Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ray protection equipment, in particular to protection equipment of a CT machine, and specifically relates to a CT ray protection device which is good in protection effect and convenient to use.

Background

With the rapid development of medical detection technology, CT (computed tomography), that is, computerized tomography, has been increasingly widely used due to its ability to detect millisecond-level lesions, and the CT detection technology uses a precisely collimated X-ray beam and a highly sensitive detector to perform cross-section scanning one by one around a certain part of a human body, has the characteristics of rapid scanning time and clear image, and can be used for the examination of various diseases.

However, it is known that radiation can seriously irradiate human body, and because only a specific part of the patient's body is examined during the examination, the part which is not examined is difficult to be protected from the radiation of the radiation, and the radiation can cause certain damage after being absorbed by the human body. Especially, gonads, thyroid glands, lungs, mammary glands and the like of a human body are most easily damaged, a plurality of tumors can be induced when human tissues are exposed to radioactive rays, and the research of the international radiation protection committee proves that the risk of carcinogenesis of a detected person can be obviously improved through one CT scanning general examination.

The casing of the CT machine is not generally made of a material with a protective effect, and a large amount of scattered rays inside the CT machine can be radiated to the body of a detected person through the casing of the CT machine during working. During a CT scan, therefore, regulations specify that an effective shielding must be provided for unscanned parts of the subject to avoid radiation. The common protective lead clothes have large weight, are not convenient to wear and block, have poor protective effect due to limited protective parts, and are difficult to avoid radiating bodies such as knee joints, heads and the like which do not need to be inspected during the inspection, thereby causing the incurable injury to the bodies of patients. Since the position scanned by the CT is dynamically changed, it is impossible to dynamically adjust the position shielded by the lead garment during actual inspection, and therefore, even if the lead garment is used for shielding, the protection effect is very poor. If repeated manual adjustment is carried out, the time and labor are consumed, the operation time of CT scanning is prolonged, and the examination efficiency is reduced. Different patients wear the same protective lead clothes, if the lead clothes are not disinfected and sterilized in time, the lead clothes also have more serious potential safety hazards such as cross infection.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a CT ray protection device which is good in protection effect and convenient to use, aiming at the problems in the prior art.

The invention aims to solve the problems by the following technical scheme:

a CT-ray shielding apparatus, comprising: the protective device comprises a front blocking protective ring arranged on the front side of a scanning window of the CT machine and a rear blocking protective ring arranged on the rear side of the scanning window of the CT machine, wherein the rear end of the front blocking protective ring is connected with the front end of the rear blocking protective ring through a scanning window ring with the aluminum equivalent not more than 2 mm.

The tops of the inner walls of the two ends of the scanning window ring are respectively provided with a front protective curtain and a rear protective curtain which fall downwards; and the bottoms of the inner walls of the two ends of the scanning window ring are respectively provided with a front lower blocking protective block and a rear lower blocking protective block which are arranged upwards.

The front guard ring is bowl-shaped with a through hole at the bottom, and the bottom of the bowl of the front guard ring is arranged adjacent to the scanning window; the rear baffle protective ring is in a circular ring shape or in a circular ring bowl shape after the rear end is unfolded.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1-2: a CT ray protection device comprises a front shield protective ring 1 arranged on the front side of a scanning window of a CT machine and a rear shield protective ring 2 arranged on the rear side of the scanning window of the CT machine, so as to prevent rays emitted by the CT machine from passing through the inner wall of a CT scanning channel and falling on a region outside a detected part of a detected object; adopt the aluminium equivalent to be no longer than 2 mm's scanning window circle 3 to be connected between the rear end of fender guard ring 1 before and the front end of fender guard ring 2 after, and keep off guard ring 1 before and keep off guard ring 2 after and can laminate on the inner wall of CT scanning passageway to improve the protecting effect and avoid hindering the removal of CT bed panel. In addition, because the laser positioning mechanism is arranged in the CT machine, in order to accurately position the laser positioning mechanism, the transparent scanning window ring 3 has better effect.

In order to prevent the ray emitted from the scanning window of the CT machine from scattering to the surrounding space when the ray is scanned by the examinee, the top parts of the inner walls at the two ends of the scanning window ring 3 are respectively provided with a front protective curtain 4 and a rear protective curtain 6 which fall downwards, and the bottom parts of the inner walls at the two ends of the scanning window ring 3 are respectively provided with a front lower baffle protective block 5 and a rear lower baffle protective block 7 which are arranged upwards, so that the ray reflected by the examinee is limited in the annular cavity formed by the scanning window. The front guard ring 1 and/or the rear guard ring 2 can adopt an integral structure or a splicing structure according to requirements, such as: the front shield protective ring 1 can be formed by an integrally formed bowl-shaped protective ring with a through hole at the bottom or a bowl-shaped protective ring with a through hole at the bottom, which is formed by combining a plurality of flexible protective plates, and the flexible protective plates can adjust the shapes of the flexible protective plates according to the shapes of different CT scanning channels so as to be better attached to the inner wall and the shell of the CT scanning channel; backstop guard ring 2 comprises the flexible guard plate of the ring form of integrated into one piece, perhaps constitutes by the flexible guard plate of the ring form that the flexible guard plate of polylith makes up, and the shape of backstop guard ring 2 is the same as the shape of CT scanning passageway rear end, perhaps uses terminal cut, can adjust the flexible guard plate of self shape in a flexible way according to CT scanning passageway shape, and the length of backstop guard ring 2 can be as required than the length of CT scanning passageway rear end some long.

In addition, in order to provide a set of CT ray protection device which can be suitable for CT machines with CT scanning channels with different apertures, the inclination angle of the front end of the front guard ring 1 and/or the rear end of the rear guard ring 2 can be adjusted.

Specifically, the material of the scanning window ring 3, the scanning window ring 3 can be selected from, but not limited to, materials such as: the organic glass or resin material has the following specific requirements: the scanning window ring 3 has certain strength, the aluminum equivalent of the manufactured scanning window ring 3 is not more than 2mm, and the transparent effect is better.

In order to move the CT ray protection device provided by the invention, the CT ray protection device is provided with a movable support frame, the movable support frame comprises a support plate 8, an upright post 9, a base 10 and a universal wheel 11, the universal wheel 11 is arranged at the bottom of the base 10, the upright post 9 with adjustable height is arranged on the base 11, the top end of the upright post 9 is fixed on the rear section of the support plate 8, and the front end of the support plate 8 is fixedly connected with the backstop protection ring 2 and the scanning window ring 3. The upright column 9 can also be arranged in an off-center mode, the upright column 9 is arranged at a position close to the CT host on the base 10, and a balancing weight with enough weight is placed at a position far away from the rear guard protective ring 2 in the base 10, so that the protective device is ensured not to turn over towards the front guard protective ring 1.

It should be noted that the lead equivalent of the front shield protective ring 1, the rear shield protective ring 2, the front shield curtain 4, the front lower shield protective block 5, the rear shield curtain 6 and the rear lower shield protective block 7 adopted in the CT radiation protection device of the present invention is not less than 0.5mmPb, and the protection capability can meet the requirements of the relevant national laws and regulations.

The effect of the installation of the CT ray protection device on the CT machine is shown in figure 3, the CT ray protection device has two modes of passing through a CT scanning channel from back to front and passing through the CT scanning channel from front to back, and different designs can be provided for different modes. In order to facilitate the front-guard protective ring 1 to pass through the CT scanning channel from back to front, the front-guard protective ring 1 can be formed by lead cloth and lead sheet which can be bent, after the front-guard protective ring 1 passes through the CT scanning channel from back to front, the front part of the front-guard protective ring 1 is broken off one by one and is attached to the inner wall of the CT scanning channel, and therefore the installation of the CT ray protection device can be completed. Of course, the CT radiation protection device including the front guard ring 1, the rear guard ring 2, the scanning window ring 3 and the support plate 8 may also be passed through the CT scanning passage from front to back, and then the support plate 8 is fixed on the column 9 to complete the installation of the CT radiation protection device.

The specification of each part in the CT ray protection device can be customized according to the specification requirements of different CT machines.
