Some embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features in the embodiments described below may be combined with each other without conflict.

The first embodiment is as follows:

referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a massage machine, which includes a back frame 1, a seat frame 2, a guide rail 5 and a massage movement (not shown in the figure); the back frame 1 adjusts the treatment angle between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 by rotating around a set axis, a spacing gap 3 is formed between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, a guide rail 5 spans the spacing gap 3 and extends from the back frame 1 to the seat frame 2, an elastic plate 6 connecting the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 is arranged at the spacing gap 3, and the guide rail 5 is fixedly connected with the elastic plate 6; the massage machine core is arranged on the guide rail 5 and can move along the guide rail 5 to massage; the device also comprises a deformation retaining mechanism 4, wherein the deformation retaining mechanism 4 is arranged at the interval gap 3 and comprises a first pressing plate 401, a second pressing plate 402, a first support member group 404a and a second support member group 404b, the first pressing plate 401 and the second pressing plate 402 are both suitable for pressing the elastic plate 6 from the upper part, and the first support member group 404a and the second support member group 404b are both suitable for supporting the elastic plate 6 from the lower part; the first support group 404a includes three support members 4 arranged at intervals, and the second support group 404b includes two support members 4 arranged at intervals; as shown in fig. 7, a shaping channel 7 for maintaining the deformation stability of the elastic plate 6 is formed between the pressing plate and the supporting member 4, and the elastic plate 6 is clamped in the shaping channel 7. The elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 deform in the shaping channel 7, and the shaping channel 7 has the functions of limiting and maintaining the deformation of the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5, so that the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 can generate stable deformation, the massage machine core does not shake when passing through the interval gap 3, and the fatigue life of the guide rail 5 and the elastic plate 6 can be prolonged. The elastic plate 6 in this embodiment is made of spring steel, such as 60Si2Mn or the like.

It should be noted that the pressing in the present invention means that the pressing plate actively applies a downward pressure on the elastic plate 6, and the pressing may be a direct contact and an application of force, or an indirect contact and an application of force. In the present embodiment, the pressing plate is indirectly contacted and applied with force, specifically, the pressing plate is directly applied with force on the pressing member 403, the pressing member 403 transmits the pressure to the extending portion of the guide rail 5, and the extending portion further transmits the pressure to the elastic plate 6. Therefore, the pressing in the present invention includes direct contact and pressure application, i.e., the pressing plate directly contacts the elastic plate 6, and also includes indirect contact and pressure application, i.e., the example in the present embodiment. The support in the present invention means that the support member passively receives the pressure applied by the elastic plate 6 from below, and the support may be a direct support or an indirect support, and in this embodiment, a direct support is adopted, that is, the support member directly contacts the elastic plate 6 and receives the pressure applied by the elastic plate.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the deformation holding mechanism 4 includes a first pressing plate 401 and a second pressing plate 402, the first pressing plate 401 and the second pressing plate 402 are both applied with force to the elastic plate 6 through the pressing member 403, and the first pressing plate 401, the second pressing plate 402 and the pressing member 403 are in relatively slidable contact, that is, the pressing plates are pressed against the upper surface of the pressing member 403, and can slide relatively therebetween. Three pressing members 403 are provided below the first pressing plate 401, and two pressing members 403 are provided below the second pressing plate 402.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, each of the first presser plate 401 and the second presser plate 402 has an arc-shaped force application portion adapted to the arc-shaped deformation of the elastic plate 6 at the gap 3, and the adaptation means that the arc of the presser plate and the arc of the elastic plate 6 deformed at the gap are substantially equivalent to each other in the normal use state, and not that both are completely identical, and in fact, in the angle adjustment process of the back frame 1, the arc of the elastic plate 6 at the gap 3 is constantly changed, and the arc of the presser plate is fixed, so that both cannot be identical. As shown in fig. 10, the pressing member 403 has an upper arc surface 403a adapted to the force application portion and a lower arc surface 403b adapted to the elastic plate 6, and the pressing member 403 is a molded part made of wear-resistant plastic, specifically, wear-resistant plastic composed of nylon and glass fiber, but may also be other wear-resistant plastics, and the nylon is mainly used in consideration of comprehensive cost performance.

As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 11, the guide rail 5 has an extending portion extending between the elastic plate 6 and the pressing member 403, the extending portion and the guide rail 5 are integrally formed, the extending portion is tightly attached to the elastic plate 6, and the pressing member 403 abuts against the extending portion. In the present embodiment, the pressing positions are, from top to bottom, the pressing plate-pressing member 403-the extending portion of the guide rail 5-the elastic plate 6-the supporting member 4.

As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the pressing member 403 and the supporting member 4 are connected by a connecting plate, and the pressing member 403 is rotatably coupled to the connecting plate by a pivot shaft. The support member 4 is rotatably coupled to the connection plate by a pivot shaft. In this embodiment, the pivot shafts are fixedly disposed on the connecting plate, and the supporting member 4 and the pressing member 403 are rotatably, i.e. movably sleeved on the pivot shaft, so as to improve the smoothness of rotation, the rolling bearings are sleeved in the pivot holes of the supporting member 4 and the pressing member 403, and then the rolling bearings are assembled on the pivot shafts. Because the abutting member 403 and the supporting member 4 are movably connected to the pivot shaft, the abutting member and the supporting member can rotate along with the deformation of the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5, so that the pressure applied to the elastic plate 6 is more uniform, and the deformation stability of the elastic plate 6 is improved.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the supporting members 4 and the pressing members 403 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, the supporting members 4 are disposed below the pressing members 403 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the shaping channels 7 are formed between the supporting members 4 and the pressing members 403 to make the elastic plates 6 uniformly stressed. The support member 4 is a roller or a rotating roller. The supporting member 4 in this embodiment is a roller to increase the supporting area of the supporting member 4 for supporting the elastic plate 6, and to improve the stability of the support. The supporting member 4 is also made of wear-resistant plastic, and the material of the supporting member may be the same as or different from that of the pressing member 403. In this embodiment, the materials are selected to be the same and are made of nylon and 30% glass fiber. It should be noted that, since the supporting member 4 in this embodiment is a cylindrical roller, it may be fixed to the connecting plate, and the object of the present invention may be achieved.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the first support member group 404a includes three support members 4, and the second support member group 404b includes two support members 4. The link plates include a first link plate 409 and a second link plate 410, wherein two support members 4 are rotatably engaged on the first link plate 409, wherein one support member 4 is engaged on the second link plate 410, and the first link plate 409 and the second link plate 410 are connected by a link group so that the two link plates follow each other.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the linkage includes a first link 405 and a second link 406, the first link 405 has three pivoting ends, the second link 406 has two pivoting ends, the two pivoting ends of the first link 405 are respectively pivotally connected to the first link plate 409 and the second link 406, the other pivoting end is pivotally connected to the back frame 1, and the two pivoting ends of the second link 406 are respectively pivotally connected to the second link plate 410 and the first link 405. It should be emphasized that the function of the connecting rod is its connecting and driving function, so the specific shape of the connecting rod is not limited, and it can be a round rod, a flat rod, or a strip plate. The pivot end of the link is the end around which the link rotates, and it should be emphasized that the end is not necessarily a portion protruding from the main body, and the portion functioning as the pivot may be called the pivot end. In addition, an object need not have only two ends, and may have multiple pivoted ends.

In this embodiment, the first connecting plate 409 and the second connecting plate 410 are all followed with the back frame 1, and then the three supporting members 4 and the three abutting members 403 are all followed with the back frame 1 to rotate, so that the guide rail 5 at the gap 3 can be better smoothly transited with the guide rail 5 on the back frame 1, and the massage movement is prevented from being blocked at this position.

As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the second support group 404b comprises two support members 4, the two support members 4 being each coupled to a third connecting plate 408, the third connecting plate 408 being connected to the seat frame 2 by a third link 407. The third link 407 has two pivoting ends pivotally connecting the seat frame 2 and the third connecting plate 408, respectively. In the present exemplary embodiment, the seat carrier 2 is also configured to be rotatable about a fixed axis, but the back carrier 1 and the seat carrier 2 rotate about different axes. Since the third connecting plate 408 is connected to the seat frame 2 by the third link 407, the third connecting plate 408 and the third link 407 follow the seat frame 2, and both the two support members 4 and the two pressing members 403 also rotate following the seat frame 2. In other embodiments, the seat frame 2 may be fixed, and the pivot axes of the two pressing members 403 may be directly fixed on the seat frame 2.

As shown in fig. 8, the first pressing plate 401 has two mounting holes to fixedly mount it on the back frame 1, which rotates following the rotation of the back frame 1. At the lower edge of the first presser plate 401 is an arc-shaped urging portion, and in a normal state, the arc line of the arc-shaped urging portion and the arc line of the elastic plate 6 therebelow are concentric, and the normal state is the initial state of the massager. As shown in fig. 9, the second presser plate 402 also has two mounting holes to be fixedly mounted on the mount 2. The lower edge of the second presser plate 402 is also an arc-shaped urging portion. In a normal state, the arc line of the arc force application part and the arc line generated by bending the elastic plate 6 below the arc force application part are concentric. As shown in fig. 11, the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 are combined together and are tightly attached to each other when in use, and the extension portion of the guide rail 5 extends between the pressing member 403 and the supporting member 4.

During use, the guide rails 5 and the elastic plates 6 at the spacing gaps 3 generate bending deformation along with the rotation of the back frame 1, and the degree of the bending deformation is related to the angle between the seat frames 2 of the back frame 1. Meanwhile, the back frame 1 applies pressure to the pressing members 403 by driving the first pressing plate 401 while the linkage causes the first support member group 404a and the second support member group 404b to be linked. The shaping gap formed between the pressing members 403 and the support members 4 clamps the guide rail 5 and the elastic plate 6 and causes a stable deformation thereof in the shaping channel 7 between the three pressing members 403 and the three support members 4. When the mount 2 rotates, the operation is substantially the same as that of the first presser plate 401.

Other structure of the present embodiment can refer to a whole body massage chair and its chair frame structure of the prior patent application CN201911168391.7 of the applicant.

Example two

In this embodiment, the basic structure is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the strain holding mechanism 4 is connected only to the back frame 1 and not to the seat frame 2, and only the first pressing plate 401 is provided without the second pressing plate 402, and the structure for engaging with the second pressing plate 402 is eliminated. In the present embodiment, the seat frame 2 is fixedly disposed.

EXAMPLE III

In this embodiment, the basic structure is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the strain holding mechanism 4 is connected only to the seat frame 2 and not to the back frame 1, and only the second pressing plate 402 is provided without the first pressing plate 401, and the structure for engaging with the first pressing plate 401 is eliminated accordingly. In this embodiment, the back frame 1 is fixedly disposed.

The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
