and 4, automatically bending the aluminum sheet: then, when the transfer assembly 31 transfers the aluminum sheet to the bending assembly 32, the first bending push rod 321 and the second bending push rod 322 push the bending block 323 to move in the chute, and the aluminum sheet is bent by mutual pushing of the bending assemblies 32;

step 5, clamping the bent aluminum sheet onto a screwing assembly: after bending is completed, the second moving motor 411 drives the second moving gear 413 to rotate so as to move on the second rack 412 and drive the moving seat 414 to move, and when the clamping push rod 423 pushes the clamping cylinder 424 and the clamping piece 425 to proper positions, the clamping cylinder 424 works to clamp the bent aluminum sheet by the clamping piece 425;

step 6, transporting the sofa feet to the screwing assembly: after the sofa legs are clamped on the screwing assembly 51, the feeding and discharging manipulator 61 conveys the sofa legs in the feeding box 62 to the screwing assembly 51;

step 7, attaching the aluminum sheet and the sofa feet: then a screw driving push rod 512 and a second screw driving push rod 513 are used for attaching the aluminum sheet and the sofa legs;

step 8, fixing the aluminum sheet on the sofa feet through screws: after the fitting is finished, the screwing device 511 performs screwing operation on the aluminum sheet and the sofa leg which are fixed by the first screwing push rod 512 and the second screwing push rod 513;
