Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of vehicle anti-slip, in particular to an intelligent fastener.

Background

Vehicle runaway is an important safety problem for the railway department, and has the consequences of causing huge economic loss, interrupting the running transportation and even causing personal casualties. In order to prevent the occurrence of the slip accident of the freight car, a fastener is adopted to prevent the slip at present.

The railway industry Standard TB/T3095-: the axial pull force generated by the fastener on the manual brake is 10-14.7 KN. The traditional fastener has no tension detection function, and anti-slip implementing personnel feel whether the fastener is tensioned or not by people and whether the tension reaches the standard or not is unknown. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the tension of the fastener is always kept after the fastener is prevented from slipping, a manual regular inspection system is established by railway departments, and the problem of personal safety caused by the manual regular inspection system is particularly prominent.

The existing intelligent fastener strain sensitivity is influenced by temperature change, and the error generated is large, so that the application range is limited to a certain extent, and the intelligent fastener strain sensitivity is labor-consuming and inconvenient to use.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to an intelligent fastener, so as to solve the problems mentioned in the background art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an intelligent fastener comprises a hook, a tension sensor and a lead screw, wherein the hook is fixedly connected with the tension sensor, one end, far away from the hook, of the tension sensor is connected with the lead screw through a thrust bearing connected with the tension sensor, a screw nut is connected to the lead screw in a threaded manner, and a clamping plate is rotatably mounted on the screw nut;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the intelligent fastener is novel in design, the thrust bearing is adopted, so that labor is saved when the screw rod rotates, the intelligent fastener is convenient to use, the set tension detection unit receives detection data of the tension sensor and transmits the detection data to the microprocessor, the microprocessor controls the indication module to send reminding information according to the detection data so as to remind field operators, and meanwhile, the arming, disarming and warning information is sent to the computer terminal, so that monitoring of the intelligent fastener in the using process is realized, and the intelligent fastener is high in practicability.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. the intelligent fastener further comprises a central processing module 10, wherein the central processing module 10 comprises a microprocessor, a tension detection unit, a communication module and an indication module, wherein:

the tension detection unit is connected with the tension sensor 2 and used for detecting the tension value of the tension sensor 2 and sending the tension value;

the microprocessor is used for receiving the tension value, judging whether the tension value reaches a arming set value or a disarming set value, sending arming information or disarming information through the communication module when the tension value reaches the arming set value or the disarming set value, and sending an indication signal;

and the indicating module is used for receiving the indicating signal and reminding a field operator according to the indicating signal.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the intelligent fastener is used for deploying defense, the hook 1 is hung on a chain ring of a vehicle manual brake, the clamping plate 8 is clamped on a vehicle body, then the screw rod 6 is rotated anticlockwise through a special wrench to tighten a chain, when the tension detection unit of the central processing module 10 receives the tension detected by the tension sensor 2 and reaches the set value of deploying the defense, the indication module sends out reminding information to field personnel, and the communication module sends the deploying information to a computer terminal.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the intelligent fastener is disarmed, the screw rod 6 which is rotated clockwise by using a special spanner is used for loosening the chain, then the clamping plate 8 is taken down from the vehicle body, the hook 1 is taken down from the chain ring of the vehicle manual brake, when the tension detection unit of the central processing module 11 receives that the tension detected by the tension sensor 2 reaches the set value of disarmed, the indicating module sends reminding information to field personnel, and the communication module sends disarmed information to a computer terminal.

In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be further noted that, when the intelligent fastener is in the arming state, the communication module of the central processing module 10 sends the normal state information every 3 minutes, and when the tension detection unit receives that the tension detected by the sensor is continuously smaller than the arming set value, the tension detection unit sends the information that the tension value is low to the computer terminal, and meanwhile, the indication module changes the state.

As an embodiment of the invention, the intelligent fastener further comprises a module box 9 and a battery box 3, wherein the module box 9 and the battery box 3 are used for placing a central processing module 10, the battery box 3 and the module box 9 are respectively positioned at two sides of the tension sensor 2, clamped in a clamping groove arranged on the hook 1, and fixed through bolts;

a battery 4 electrically connected to the central processing module 10 is mounted inside the battery case 3.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the central processing module 10 is further provided with a charging port, and the charging port is used for supplementing the power to the battery 4.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the upper cover 11 is fixedly connected to the module case 9 by bolts, so as to facilitate disassembly for assembling or disassembling the central processing module 10 disposed in the module case 9.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the central processing module further includes a radio frequency card or a bluetooth receiving module, and the radio frequency card or the bluetooth receiving module establishes communication with an identification module disposed in the anti-slide apparatus box.
