The invention is suitable for the field of crack filling, and particularly relates to a crack filling method.

Background

In the use process of products made of glass, ceramics and other materials, the products often encounter the impact of external or internal acting force and generate larger or smaller cracks. For example, when a sudden flying stone or other hard object hits the windshield during the driving of an automobile, cracks extending around the center of the impact are easily left, which seriously affects the appearance of the windshield. If the crack is not repaired in time, the crack is easily expanded in the process of running continuously, so that the whole windshield is damaged, and great potential safety hazard is brought to users.

Existing methods for filling cracks often require the user to bring the product to a repair center, where the filling of the crack can take a long time to complete by a professional through complicated operations and equipment. In the filling process, a maintenance worker only adds the filling liquid into the crack and then carries out corresponding accelerated reaction operation on the filling liquid through other filling tools. However, the filling liquid tends to generate bubbles during the filling reaction, and the bubbles gradually grow as the reaction proceeds, which seriously affects the filling effect of the filling liquid on each gap in the crack.

Further, when the ultrasonic wave is emitted toward the filling liquid in the fracture, the ultrasonic wave is emitted to the front face of the fracture and/or the ultrasonic wave is emitted.

Still further, the fracture filling method further comprises the steps of: shooting a picture of the crack; and displaying the photographed picture.

Still further, the step after injecting the filler fluid into the fracture further comprises: and adsorbing the vacuum sucker on the crack, and pulling and pressing the vacuum sucker for multiple times.

Fig. 1 is a block flow diagram of a crack filling method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

According to the crack filling method, ultrasonic waves are emitted towards the filling liquid in the crack in the filling process of the filling liquid to the crack, the filling liquid is guided into the crack to a certain extent by utilizing the extremely strong penetrating capacity and energy transmission capacity of the ultrasonic waves, and the filling liquid can enter each corner in the crack at a higher speed; because the transducer of the ultrasonic device can generate certain heat, the ultrasonic device can have double functions, namely the combined action of the ultrasonic wave and the heat, so that the molecular motion of the filling liquid is quicker, and the filling liquid can more quickly and more fully enter all corners and fields inside the crack. It is worth mentioning that the ultrasonic wave can also make the bubble of crack the inside broken by the shattering for the bubble of crack inside reduces, and filling liquid can permeate each inside gap of crack, can avoid the condition of not having filling liquid in the local gap, makes the crack of finally accomplishing the packing more compact, brings splendid filling effect.

Example one

Referring to fig. 1, a crack filling method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:

in step S101, a filler fluid is injected into the crack;

placing a film on the cracks in step S102 so that the filling liquid penetrates into the cracks by a tensile force;

emitting ultrasonic waves toward the filling liquid in the crack in step S103 so that the filling liquid sufficiently penetrates into the crack;

in step S104, the filling liquid infiltrated into the crack is uv-cured.

In the embodiment of the invention, the filling liquid is gradually poured on the crack through the container filled with the filling liquid, and the container is gradually moved, so that the poured filling liquid can be injected and spread to cover the whole crack. Subsequently, a film, optionally a transparent plastic film, is applied to the crevices, and by shifting the position of the film, the filling liquid is allowed to diffuse into the crevices by virtue of the molecular tension thereof. Then, ultrasonic waves are provided to the crack in an intermittent or continuous mode by using an ultrasonic device, after the ultrasonic device is started, a certain guiding effect is achieved on the filling liquid by utilizing the extremely strong penetrating capacity and energy transmission capacity of the ultrasonic waves, and the filling liquid enters each corner inside the crack at a higher speed; meanwhile, the transducer of the ultrasonic device can generate certain heat, so that the ultrasonic device has double functions, namely the combined action of ultrasonic waves and the heat, enables molecular activities of the filling liquid to be more active, and can enter the crack more quickly and fully. And finally, irradiating the crack by using an ultraviolet lamp to solidify the filling liquid in the crack, combining the crack and the filling liquid into a whole, filling the crack, wherein the surface of the crack is smooth and has no scratch, no obvious repair trace can be seen, the interior of the crack is compact, and the filling effect is excellent.

The ultrasonic wave refers to a sound wave with a frequency higher than 20000 hertz, and has many advantages of good directivity, strong penetrability and the like. The type of the ultrasonic device is not limited, and the ultrasonic device can be selected from WL705-003, MD67-KMD-K1 and the like, and is preferably a small-sized hand-held ultrasonic device which is convenient for a user to hold and operate.

During the penetration of the filler fluid into the cracks, the filler fluid may generate tiny bubbles. When the ultrasonic wave device is transmitting ultrasonic waves to filling liquid in the crack, the ultrasonic waves can also shock bubbles generated by the filling liquid, so that the bubbles inside the crack are reduced, the bubbles are prevented from being left behind after the crack is filled, and the attractiveness of repaired articles is influenced. And after the bubbles in the cracks are reduced, certain gaps are formed, and the filling liquid can be squeezed into the gaps, so that the cracks are filled more compactly, and the filling effect is further ensured.

The crack filling method in the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the crack filling field of glass, ceramic and other articles, and can be applied to other articles, wherein the articles and the glass and the ceramic are made of similar hard materials.

The method and the device have simple flow, do not need to use complex equipment, and can successfully finish the crack filling work with little time even for an ordinary user without training. No matter whether the crack is large or small, the surface of the crack can be ensured to be changed into a smooth and scratch-free state after being filled, the original appearance of the product is perfectly restored, and the filling effect is excellent. In the process of filling the crack, ultrasonic waves are emitted towards the filling liquid in the crack, and the molecular motion of the filling liquid is quicker under the combined action of the ultrasonic waves and heat, so that the filling liquid can more quickly and more fully enter all corners and fields in the crack; and the ultrasonic wave can shake and break bubbles generated in the cracks, the filling liquid can permeate into all the gaps in the cracks, the situation that the filling liquid does not exist in the local gaps can be avoided, the finally filled cracks are more compact, and the excellent filling effect is brought.

It should be noted that the operation combination and the operation sequence of film pasting and ultrasonic wave transmission are not limited, and the user can adjust the operation combination and the operation sequence according to the actual situation and can complete the processes of the film pasting and the ultrasonic wave transmission alternately or repeatedly. For example, the film pasting operation can be performed first, after part of the filling liquid permeates into the crack, the film is removed, then the ultrasonic wave emitting operation is performed to accelerate the filling liquid to enter the crack, the bubble in the crack is shattered, and then the film pasting operation is performed, so that the filling liquid can permeate into the crack more smoothly because no bubble exists in the crack. Alternatively, the lamination and the ultrasonic transmission can be performed together, that is, after the lamination is performed on the crack, the ultrasonic transmission is performed on the crack synchronously, so that the diffused filling liquid can be accelerated to penetrate into the crack. Whatever the adjustment method, the final filling effect is guaranteed as a standard.

Example two

In the second embodiment of the present invention, when ultrasonic waves are emitted to the filling liquid in the crack, the ultrasonic waves are emitted to the front surface and/or the back surface of the crack. That is, when the ultrasonic wave is emitted to the crack, the ultrasonic wave is generated to the front surface of the crack, and when the crack is filled with the filling liquid, the ultrasonic wave may not be emitted to the back surface of the crack; or, the ultrasonic wave is emitted to the back surface of the crack, and the ultrasonic wave is not emitted to the front surface of the crack under the condition that the crack is filled with the filling liquid; alternatively, ultrasonic waves are emitted to the front and back of the crack.

For example, a windshield is oriented toward the environment outside the vehicle body as the front side and oriented toward the environment inside the vehicle body as the back side. When a hard object collides against the windshield from the outside of the vehicle body, cracks are generated on the windshield, and in the subsequent repair process, in order to ensure that the filling liquid smoothly falls on the cracks and the windshield does not need to be removed, the filling liquid is often poured on the front surface of the windshield. In this case, it is preferable that ultrasonic waves be emitted to the front surface of the windshield to accelerate the penetration of the filler liquid into the cracks, so that the filler liquid located inside the cracks is accumulated at a position near the front surface and partially penetrates to a position near the back surface. And then pouring the filling liquid on the back surface of the windshield, and then transmitting ultrasonic waves to the back surface of the windshield to accelerate the filling liquid to penetrate into the cracks, so that the filling liquid positioned in the cracks is accumulated at a position close to the back surface and partially penetrates into a position close to the front surface, and the filling liquid can fill the whole cracks to achieve an excellent filling effect.

Of course, in actual situations, the formation causes of cracks are different, and the cracks may be generated by hitting a hard object against the front surface of the article and extend from the front surface to the back surface, or the cracks may be generated by hitting a hard object against the back surface of the article and extend from the back surface to the front surface; and, the formation structure of cracks is also different, some cracks are larger and some cracks are smaller. In various cases, after the filling liquid is poured onto the crack, ultrasonic waves may be emitted to the front and back of the crack, or only to the front of the crack, or only to the back of the crack. No matter what kind of mode is adopted to transmit ultrasonic waves, the standard is to ensure the final filling effect.

EXAMPLE III

In the crack filling method provided in the third embodiment, in the process of filling the crack, the picture of the crack is photographed, and the photographed picture is synchronously displayed.

In the embodiment of the invention, before the filling operation of the crack is started, a camera and a display screen connected with the camera need to be placed. And aligning the shooting focus of the camera to the crack to obtain a picture of the crack, wherein the picture of the crack can be synchronously displayed by the display screen at the moment. And then, starting a crack filling operation, wherein in the crack filling process, a worker can observe a picture of the display screen to acquire the crack filling condition. And, the worker can manually adjust the position of the camera to adjust the shot picture, or directly adjust the focal length of the camera to enlarge or reduce the acquired picture of the crack.

Because cracks of the cracks are very fine, if the cracks are directly observed by naked eyes of people, the positions of the cracks which need to be filled mainly cannot be observed; moreover, the operator needs to be close to the crack for better visibility, which is inconvenient for filling the crack. By checking the high-definition picture of the display screen, the position of the crack which needs to be intensively filled can be clearly observed, so that a worker can conveniently adjust the filling step; moreover, the staff only need to observe the display screen and do not need to be close to the crack, so that the filling operation of the display screen is facilitated. If when heating operation is carried out to the filling liquid in the crack, the staff can directly observe the display screen, need not the face and presses close to the crack position and observe, just can not bring uncomfortable sense owing to the heat is too high yet.

Example four

In the crack filling method provided by the fourth embodiment of the invention, after the filling liquid is injected into the crack, the vacuum chuck is adsorbed on the crack, and the vacuum chuck is pulled and pressed for multiple times, so that the filling liquid can be more fully infiltrated into the crack.

When the vacuum chuck is adsorbed on the crack, a cavity is formed inside the vacuum chuck. The pressure in the cavity is stable without any manipulation of the vacuum chuck.

The structural shape of the vacuum cup changes when the vacuum cup is pulled up. Compared with the original structure shape, the upper part of the vacuum sucker after being pulled is higher, the lower part of the vacuum sucker is narrower, and air moves towards the upper part of the vacuum sucker, namely towards the upper part of the cavity, so that the air pressure of the cavity at the position close to the crack is reduced, and the air pressure difference is generated between the upper part of the crack and the inner part of the crack. The air flows from a place with high air pressure to a place with low air pressure, and then flows from the inside of the crack to the upper part of the crack, so that the air is discharged from the inside of the crack. In the case of reducing the air inside the crack, a void may occur inside the crack, and the filling liquid may be infiltrated into the void.

When the vacuum cup is pressed, the structural shape of the vacuum cup changes again. Compared with the structure shape after lifting, the upper part of the vacuum sucker after pressing is shorter, the lower part of the vacuum sucker is wider, the air moves towards the lower part of the vacuum sucker, namely towards the lower part of the cavity, the air pressure of the position, close to the crack, of the cavity is improved, the air is extruded into the crack, and under the pushing action of the air, filling liquid is extruded into the crack more quickly and permeates into each crack.

Optionally, in order to avoid vacuum chuck direct adsorption on the crack, vacuum chuck can lead to the fact the secondary to destroy to the crack when drawing and pressing, can paste behind the crack top at the membrane, adsorbs vacuum chuck in the top of membrane again, then draws and presses the operation to vacuum chuck, because vacuum chuck can not have direct action to the crack, just can not destroy to some extent yet.

In the embodiment of the invention, the operation combination and the operation sequence of film pasting, ultrasonic wave emission, vacuum suction cup pulling and pressing are not limited, a user can adjust according to the actual situation, and the three processes can be finished alternately or repeatedly. For example, the film pasting operation can be performed firstly, after part of filling liquid permeates into the crack, the film is removed, then the ultrasonic wave transmitting operation is performed, the filling liquid is accelerated to enter the crack, bubbles in the crack are shattered, then the film pasting operation is performed, as no bubbles exist in the crack, the filling liquid can permeate into the crack more smoothly, the vacuum suction cup is pulled and pressed after the film is removed, and the filling liquid is further accelerated to permeate into each gap in the crack. Alternatively, at least two operations, such as film pasting and ultrasonic wave emitting, can be performed simultaneously to accelerate the penetration of the filling liquid into the crack, and then the vacuum suction cup is pulled and pressed to accelerate the penetration of the filling liquid into the crack. Whatever the operation mode is chosen, the purpose is to ensure the final filling effect.

EXAMPLE five

In the fracture filling method provided in the fifth embodiment, before the step of injecting the filling liquid into the fracture, the method further includes the following steps: a cleaning solution is added to the crevice and wiped off after a set time has elapsed.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the crack is formed, impurities such as residue and dust are often on the crack, if the impurities are not removed, the crack is directly filled, and the impurities block the crack, so that the filling liquid cannot smoothly enter the crack, and the filling effect is further influenced. Therefore, before the filling liquid is injected into the crack, the crack needs to be cleaned.

Wherein, be earlier the position of finding the crack, pour the cleaning solution in the front of crack, various impurity on the dissoluble crack of cleaning solution, after the settlement time, treat that the cleaning solution reacts completely with impurity, recycle the glossy wiping cloth in surface and wipe off the cleaning solution. Then the cleaning solution is poured on the back of the crack and after a set time the cleaning solution is wiped off with a smooth-surfaced wipe. Therefore, various impurities on the cracks are removed, and then subsequent filling operation is carried out, so that the filling effect of the filling liquid on the cracks is guaranteed to be free from subsequent impurity influence.

Optionally, the cleaning liquid is alcohol. Of course, the cleaning liquid can also be selected from other cleaning liquids, as long as it is ensured that the impurities on the cracks are dissolved and the objects forming the cracks are not dissolved at the same time.

Alternatively, the set time is 30 seconds to 1 minute. Of course, the setting time may be selected from other times as long as the effect of removing the impurities can be ensured.

EXAMPLE six

In the crack filling method provided in the sixth embodiment, after the step of adding the cleaning liquid to the crack and wiping off the cleaning liquid after the set time is reached, the method further includes the following steps: the crack is heated to volatilize moisture in the crack.

In the embodiment of the present invention, after the cleaning liquid is wiped off, since the cleaning liquid is liquid, there may be a case where a part of moisture remains in the cracks, or a part of moisture in the air may remain in the cracks, and the moisture may be charged on the cracks, affect the permeation of the subsequent filling liquid, and may dilute the filling liquid.

Therefore, before the filling liquid is injected into the crack, a heat source or a hot air blower needs to be started to provide heat for the crack, so that the moisture on the crack is volatilized. And under the condition of ensuring that the cracks are dry, the subsequent filling operation is carried out.

EXAMPLE seven

In the seventh embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the filling liquid more sufficiently infiltrate into the crack, a pressing force may be applied to the crack by a sharp object after the filling liquid is injected into the crack.

And for the position with smaller surface caliber of the crack, a sharp object is utilized to apply proper pressing force to enable the crack to crack and spread along the original track so as to change the crack structure, at the moment, the crack is larger, and the filling liquid can smoothly penetrate into the crack through the crack. And when the filling liquid is fully accumulated at the lower position inside the crack, the filling liquid gradually permeates and stays at the upper position inside the crack, so that the filling liquid is ensured to be filled in each crack.

When a pressing force is applied to the crack, the crack which is re-fractured does not need to be limited in size, but does not completely penetrate the crack, and the pressing force can be applied to different positions on the crack in an intermittent or continuous mode for multiple times, so that the filling liquid can penetrate into the crack more smoothly and more thoroughly.

In the process of applying the pressing force, the pressing force may be applied to the intersection of the plurality of cracks so as to gradually split at the position of the point of application of the pressing force toward the direction of formation of the plurality of cracks. As the respective cracks are gradually cracked, the filler fluid is allowed to penetrate into the gaps of the respective cracks.

In the process of applying the pressing force, the pressing force may be applied to the center of the crack. The crack is formed by the divergent splitting of the periphery after the impact of the hard object, and the impacted position is the central position of the crack. If there are multiple cracks caused by multiple objects hitting each other, different cracks have different center positions. For example, a small crack is formed by multiple small stones, and each hit position is the center position of each crack.

Further, when a pressing force is applied to the crack, the pressing force is applied to the front surface and/or the back surface of the crack. That is, when the pressing force is applied to the crack, the pressing force is applied to the front surface of the crack, and when the crack is filled with the filling liquid, the pressing force may not be applied to the back surface of the crack; alternatively, the pressing force may be applied to the back surface of the crack, and when the crack is filled with the filling liquid, the pressing force may not be applied to the front surface of the crack; alternatively, pressing forces are applied to the front and back surfaces of the crack.

For example, a windshield is oriented toward the environment outside the vehicle body as the front side and oriented toward the environment inside the vehicle body as the back side. When a hard object is collided to the windshield from the outside of the vehicle body, cracks are generated on the windshield, and in the subsequent repairing process, in order to ensure that the filling liquid is smoothly poured on the cracks and the windshield does not need to be removed, the filling liquid is usually poured on the front surface of the windshield. In this case, it is preferable that a pressing force is applied to the front surface of the windshield to form a large-diameter slit, and the filler liquid enters the slit, is accumulated in a position close to the front surface of the windshield, and partially gradually penetrates from the front surface toward the rear surface. And then pouring the filling liquid on the back surface of the windshield, or not adding the filling liquid, and then applying pressing force on the back surface of the windshield to form a crack with a larger caliber, wherein the filling liquid enters from the crack and is accumulated at a position close to the back surface of the windshield, and part of the filling liquid gradually penetrates from the back surface to the front surface, so that the filling liquid can fill the whole crack, and an excellent filling effect is achieved.

Of course, in actual situations, the formation causes of cracks are different, and the cracks may be generated by hitting a hard object against the front surface of the article and extend from the front surface of the article to the back surface, or the cracks may be generated by hitting a hard object against the back surface of the article and extend from the back surface of the article to the front surface; and, the formation structure of cracks is also different, some cracks are larger and some cracks are smaller. In different cases, after the filling liquid is poured into the crack, pressing force can be applied to the front surface and the back surface of the crack, or only the front surface of the crack is pressed, or only the back surface of the crack is pressed. In any of the above-described methods, the pressing force is applied in such a manner that the final filling effect is ensured.

In the embodiment of the invention, the operation combination and the operation sequence of film pasting, ultrasonic wave emission and pressing force application are not limited, the user can adjust the operation combination and the operation sequence according to the actual situation, and the three processes can be finished in an intersecting way or repeatedly. For example, the film pasting operation can be performed firstly, after part of filling liquid permeates into the crack, the film is removed, then the ultrasonic wave transmitting operation is performed, the filling liquid is accelerated to enter the crack, bubbles in the crack are shattered, then the film pasting operation is performed, because no bubbles exist in the crack, the filling liquid can permeate into the crack more smoothly, the pressing force operation is performed after the film is removed, the aperture of the crack is enlarged, and the filling liquid can permeate into each corner in the crack more smoothly. At least two operations, such as film sticking and ultrasonic wave emitting, can also be performed simultaneously to accelerate the filling liquid to penetrate into the crack, and then the pressing operation is performed to allow the filling liquid to penetrate into the crack more smoothly. Whatever the operation mode is chosen, the purpose is to ensure the final filling effect.

It is worth mentioning that in the filling process of the crack, the film pasting operation, the ultrasonic wave emitting operation, the vacuum suction cup drawing and pressing operation and the pressing force applying operation can be matched with each other, so that the filling liquid is filled in the crack more tightly, and the excellent filling effect is achieved.

Example eight

In the eighth embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the filling liquid penetrate into the crack more sufficiently, the filling liquid penetrating into the crack may be further heated after the filling liquid is injected into the crack.

In an embodiment of the invention, after the filling liquid is injected into the fracture, the fracture is heated by the heating device in an intermittent or continuous manner. After the temperature inside the crack is promoted, the molecular activity of the filling liquid permeating into the crack is more active, under the condition of molecular acceleration activity, the filling liquid can be more quickly diffused to each corner inside the crack, the filling speed is greatly improved, the operation of film sticking and ultrasonic wave emission by a user for multiple times can be saved, and the filling quality can be greatly improved due to the fact that the inside of the crack is filled with the filling liquid more completely, and the excellent filling effect is achieved.

The embodiment of the invention heats the filling liquid in the crack through the heat source.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the crack is directly heated by using the heat source, so that the filling liquid in the heated crack can better infiltrate into the crack. The heat source can be a heating lamp, a heating furnace or the like.

During the filling of the crack, the heat source need not be in contact with the crack, but rather placed adjacent to the crack. After the heat source is started, the heat provided by the heat source can increase the temperature inside the crack, and the filling liquid is heated to accelerate molecular activity, so that the filling liquid can enter all corners inside the crack more quickly and fully.

Alternatively, the filling liquid infiltrated into the crack is heated by the hot air blower in the embodiment of the invention.

The type of the air heater is not limited, and can be selected from HAM-G3A-11, HAM-G3A-11 and the like, and is preferably a small hand-held air heater which is convenient for a user to hold and operate.

During the filling of the crack, the heat gun need not be in contact with the crack, but merely placed adjacent to the crack. After the hot air blower is started, the heat provided by the hot air blower can raise the temperature inside the crack, so that the filling liquid molecules are more active and accelerate to penetrate into each gap of the crack. Moreover, the hot air blown out by the hot air blower can change the air pressure above the crack, pressure difference is generated above and in the crack, the crack can be structurally changed to a certain extent, and the filling liquid can permeate into each crack along the track in the crack under the action of the air pressure. Therefore, under the combined action of heat and air pressure, the filling liquid can more quickly and more fully enter all corners inside the crack, and the crack filling effect is further improved.

In the embodiment of the invention, the operation combination and the operation sequence of film pasting, ultrasonic wave emission and heating are not limited, a user can adjust according to the actual situation, and the three processes can be finished in an intersecting way or repeatedly. For example, the film pasting operation can be performed firstly, after part of filling liquid permeates into the crack, the film is removed, then the ultrasonic wave transmitting operation is performed, the filling liquid is accelerated to enter the crack, bubbles in the crack are shattered, then the film pasting operation is performed, because no bubbles exist in the crack, the filling liquid can permeate into the crack more smoothly, the heating operation is performed after the film is removed, and the filling liquid can permeate into all corners in the crack more quickly. Alternatively, at least two operations, such as the operations of film sticking and ultrasonic wave emission, may be performed simultaneously to accelerate the penetration of the filling liquid into the crack, followed by the operation of heating to allow the filling liquid to penetrate into the crack more rapidly and smoothly. Whatever the operation mode is chosen, the purpose is to ensure the final filling effect.

It is worth mentioning that in the filling process of the crack, the film pasting operation, the ultrasonic wave emitting operation, the vacuum suction cup drawing and pressing operation, the pressing force applying operation and the heating operation can be matched with each other, so that the filling liquid is filled in the crack more compactly, and the excellent filling effect is achieved.

The invention designs a crack filling method, after filling liquid is added into cracks, a film is covered on the cracks, the filling liquid can diffuse into the cracks by utilizing the tension of molecules, then ultrasonic waves are provided for the cracks, the molecular movement of the filling liquid is quicker under the combined action of the ultrasonic waves and heat, the filling liquid can more quickly and more sufficiently enter each corner in the cracks, finally, the filling liquid is cured by ultraviolet, the crack filling is completed, the flow is extremely simple, the whole flow can be completed within a few minutes, bubbles in the cracks can be shattered under the action of the ultrasonic waves, the bubbles in the cracks are reduced, the filling liquid can permeate into each gap in the cracks, the condition that the local gaps are free of the filling liquid can be avoided, and the filled cracks are more compact finally, resulting in excellent filling effect.

The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
