The middle part of the inner ring of the fan blade 10 is provided with an installation groove 39 with an upper slideway and a lower slideway and a bottom groove 40 communicated with the installation groove 39, the bottom groove 40 is meshed with the boss 30 to limit the sliding of the installation groove 39 and the boss, so that the blade surface of the fan blade 10 can be installed on the rotary column 31 when being in a vertical state, and when the fan blade 10 rotates for less than 90 degrees relative to the horizontal plane, the fan blade 10 can rotate relative to the rotary column 31 and does not depart from the rotary column 31; a slideway 22 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the fan blade is formed in the position, close to the outer ring, of the fan blade 10, the slideway 22 extends from the position, close to the middle part, of the fan blade 10 to the position, far away from the middle part, of the fan blade, is close to one side of the fan blade 10 and is gradually close to the outer ring of the fan blade 10, the inner wall of the slideway 22 is gradually increased from a vertical state to an inclined angle, the width distance between the inner walls of the slideway 22 is kept unchanged and is the same as the diameter of the sliding column 9, so that when the; the outer side of the end part of the slideway 22 close to the outer ring of the fan blade 10 is provided with a vertically downward sealing cover 25; when 5 flabellums are simultaneously positioned in a horizontal state, the 5 flabellums are matched with the counterweight ring 11 to seal the fan 101.

The support ring 21 is located below the fan blade 10 and is in a circular ring shape, the inner wall of the support ring 21 is uniformly provided with a bump 29 corresponding to the limiting groove 28, so that the support ring 21 can be fixedly sleeved on the lower part of the swivel base 5, and the fixing ring 19 is installed at the lower end of the swivel base 5 through threads to limit the up-and-down movement of the support ring 21. When the motor 102 is not turned on, the fan 101 is in a closed state, when the motor 102 is turned on, the second rotating shaft 12 instantaneously drives the rotating base 5 to rotate clockwise, due to inertia of the counterweight ring 11 and friction force between the counterweight ring 11 and the inner wall of the casing 16, the counterweight ring 11 generates lag relative to the rotating base 5, the counterweight ring 11 drives the connecting rod 8 and the first rotating shaft 7 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the rotating base 5, the connecting rod 8 drives the sliding column 9 to slide from the initial end of the sliding way 22 to the end of the sliding way 22, meanwhile, the fan blade 10 rotates around the rotating column 31 to an open air supply state, the pushing magnetic column 32 of the friction column 17 enters the opening 37 of the sliding base 18, the pushing magnetic column 32 and the sliding column 9 attract each other and pulls the friction ball column 35 to the hole slot 4, friction between the counterweight ring 11 and the inner wall of the casing 16 is removed, the fan 101 starts to normally operate, and one side of the fan blade 10, which is matched with, so that the slide way 22 presses the slide post 9 outwards, and the slide way 22 and the slide post 9 are in a locked state because the side wall of the slide way 22 is an inclined surface with gradually increasing inclination, and the fan blade 10 does not rotate around the rotary post 31 any more. When the motor 102 is unstable in voltage and the rotating speed is unstable, the attraction force between the pushing magnetic pillar 32 and the sliding pillar 9 can avoid the situation that the fan blade 10 rotates caused by the clockwise rotation of the counterweight ring 11 relative to the rotating seat 5.

When the motor 102 is turned off, the second rotating shaft 12 drives the rotating base 5 and the fan blades 10 to stop rotating rapidly, due to the inertia of the counterweight ring 11, the counterweight ring 11 will drive the connecting rod 8 and the first rotating shaft 7 to rotate clockwise relative to the rotating base 5, the connecting rod 8 drives the sliding column 9 to slide from the tail end of the sliding column 22 to the initial end of the sliding column 22, the sliding column 22 of the fan blades 10 is adapted to rotate around the rotating column 31 to the closed position, the fan blades 10 drive the sealing cover 25 to gradually tilt downwards to seal the opening 41 of the sliding base 18, the gradually inclined surface 41 separates the pushing magnetic column 32 from the tail end of the sliding column 9, the pushing magnetic column 32 slides from the outer wall of the sliding base 18, the counterweight ring 11 and the inner wall of the casing 16 obtain friction force, play a role in buffering the relative rotation of the counterweight ring 11 relative to the rotating base 5, the magnetic column 23 attracts the lower end of the sliding column 9, so that the sliding column 9 slides to the initial end, the outlet of the tee 112 is closed.
