Background

Safety shoes are a general term for safety-type shoes and protective-type shoes, and generally refer to shoes worn at different work occasions to protect the feet and legs from foreseeable injuries. The safety shoes are various in types, mainly divided into six types of electric insulation, static prevention, acid and alkali resistance, puncture prevention and toe protection and general protection shoes, and are widely applicable to the industries of machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, pharmacy, mining, oil fields, electric power and the like. Along with the increasingly changing market of the shoe industry in China, the safety shoes are more diversified and high-grade. Therefore, in the safety shoe production industry, the demand for new tools, new equipment and new processes is increasing.

The company designs a safety shoe, the toe part of which comprises two pieces of fabric, namely a vamp 11 and a toe cap decorative sheet 12, as shown in figure 1. In production, the vamp 11 and the toe cap trim 12 are sewn together to form the toe cap fabric assembly 1 as shown in fig. 1. At present, the toe cap fabric component is completely spliced and sewn in a manual positioning mode, the production efficiency is low, the consistency of finished products is poor, and the production cost and the quality of the finished safety shoes are seriously influenced. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new template tool and improve the production process.

Through retrieval, the existing rapid splicing and sewing template for the multi-component combination of the shoes (the authorization notice number is CN210796870U, the authorization notice date is 2020.06.19) discloses that the template comprises a bottom plate, a cover plate and a material placing plate, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a bottom plate suture track groove, the material placing plate comprises a bottom layer material plate, a middle layer material plate and a pressing plate material plate, the bottom layer material plate is provided with a bottom layer material groove, the middle layer material plate is provided with a splicing material groove, and the pressing plate material plate is provided with an upper layer material groove; the cover plate is provided with a cover plate suture track groove; the quick splicing template comprises a bottom plate, a bottom material plate, a middle material plate, a pressing plate material plate and a cover plate from bottom to top in sequence, wherein a material groove of a material discharging plate can expose a bottom plate suture track groove, and the bottom plate suture track line corresponds to a cover plate suture track line. The template cannot be applied to sewing of the toe cap fabric assembly 1.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a sewing template tool and a sewing method for a toe cap fabric component of a safety shoe, which can reduce manual participation in a needle sewing process, are simple and convenient to operate, greatly improve sewing efficiency and finished product consistency of a heel fabric component, reduce production cost of the safety shoe and improve finished product quality of the safety shoe.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.

Example 1
