The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

Example one

The embodiment discloses a three-position power accumulation and generation mechanism of a body builder, which comprises a general assembly bottom plate 1, a power accumulation spring storage mechanism 2, a generator 3 and a self-comparison transmission assembly 4.

The power storage spring storage mechanism 2 stores the work of the fitness equipment and transmits energy to the generator 4 through the self-comparison transmission assembly 3, the number of the power storage spring storage mechanisms 2 is three, the self-comparison transmission assembly 4 automatically compares the energy in the three power storage spring storage mechanisms 2, and transmits the energy of the highest energy to the generator 3.

The generator 3 is arranged at the center 1 of the assembly bottom plate, and the three power storage spring storage mechanisms 2 are arranged in a circumferential array by taking the generator 3 as the center.

Each power spring storage mechanism 2 includes: power storage assembly 21, pull rope collector 22, pull rope 23 and spring central shaft 24. The spring center shaft 24 is inserted through the assembly base plate 1 and connected to the assembly base plate 1 through a spring center shaft fixing bearing 241. The power storage assembly 21 and the pull rope collector 23 are arranged on a spring central shaft 24 and are respectively arranged on two sides of the assembly bottom plate 1. The self-comparison transmission assembly 4 comprises a pinion 41, a pinion shaft 42, a pinion one-way bearing 43, a rotation stop block 44, a rotation stop block cover plate 45, a drive gear 46 and a central gear 47. The sun gear 47 is fixedly connected to a generator shaft of the generator 3. The three pinion gears 41 are respectively meshed with the power storage spring external gear 212 and are transmitted to the driving gear 46 on the other side of the assembly base plate 1 through the pinion shaft 42, and the driving gear 46 is meshed with the central gear 47. The top of the pinion 41 is provided with an upper bearing seat 48.

The assembly bottom plate 1 is provided with clamping plates 11, the rotation stopping block 44 slides between the clamping plates 11, the rotation stopping block 44 is provided with a clamping part 441, and the power storage spring clamping plate 211 is provided with a notch 215 for clamping the clamping part 441.

The tail ends of the clamping plates 11 are close to the central position of the general assembly bottom plate 1. The stopper 44 forms a friction pair with the power spring retaining plate 211, and the power spring retaining plate 211 presses the stopper 44 toward the center of the assembly base plate 1. Under the action, the three rotation stopping blocks 44 are mutually extruded, and when one rotation stopping block 44 is always kept to move relative to the outer ring of the power storage spring clamping plate 211, the other two rotation stopping blocks 44 are clamped in the corresponding notches 215.

The bearings used in the embodiment are all one-way bearings, so that the transmission mechanism rotates when people do reciprocating motion during body building. In use, a person pulls the pull cord 23 and transfers energy into the power storage spring 213. When the energy in the power spring 213 is weak, the power spring 213 is not enough to drive the power spring detent plate 211 to push the rotation stop block 44 away, so that the rotation stop block 44 is engaged in the notch 215 to continue the power accumulation. When the energy of the power spring 213 exceeds the energy of the other two power springs, the rotation stop block 44 is pushed to move towards the center of the assembly bottom plate 6, so as to cancel the restriction of the rotation stop block 44 to the power spring locking plate 211.

The working principle of the self-comparing transmission assembly 4 is described below: as shown in the figure, the three power storage spring retaining plates 211 store different amounts of force, and tend to push the rotation stopper 44 toward the center. When one of the power spring retaining plates 211 is larger than the other two power spring retaining plates 211 (for example, the power spring retaining plate at the lower right position in the figure), the corresponding rotation stop block 44 moves toward the center, and the other two rotation stop blocks 44 (corresponding to the upper and lower left rotation stop blocks 44 in the figure) are pressed in the notch 215, so that the power spring retaining plate 211 is in a state of continuing to store power, and the lower right power spring retaining plate 211 releases energy and transmits the energy to the generator through the pinion 41, the driving gear 46 and the sun gear 47. When the notch 215 rotates to the rotation stop block 44 after the lower right power storage spring retaining plate 211 rotates for a circle, the rotation stop block 44 loses support and is squeezed into the notch 215 by other upper and lower left rotation stop blocks 44. The rotation stopping blocks 44 at the upper position and the lower left position are automatically compared according to the magnitude of the accumulated force in the self-accumulation spring 213, and the accumulation spring 213 with larger accumulated force drives the accumulation spring clamping plate 211 to extrude the corresponding rotation stopping block 44 to the center and enter the next cycle. When the device is not in use, the return spring 222 rotates the notch 215 to a position corresponding to the rotation stop block 44 for the next time the device is used.

The embodiment can simultaneously meet the requirement that 1-3 groups of body-building machines simultaneously do work and generate electricity. The power generation device can be integrated, the space and the volume of the power generation device are reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved. Meanwhile, the self-comparison transmission assembly can stabilize the rotating speed of the generator so as to achieve the purpose of stable power generation.
