A portable wire clamp, comprising: the pair of clamping cover plates (1) are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft (11), at least one end of each clamping cover plate (1) is provided with a clamping groove (12) for clamping a lead (5), one end of each clamping cover plate (1) is connected through a fastening piece (2), and at least one end of each fastening piece (2) is connected with a clamping structure;

the clamping and fixing structure comprises a handheld piece (3), one end of the handheld piece (3) is rotatably connected onto the fastener (2) through a connecting pin shaft (31), the outer wall of the handheld piece (3) is suitable for being directly or indirectly abutted to the clamping cover plate (1), and the rotating center of the handheld piece (3) is eccentrically arranged relative to the appearance center of the handheld piece (3).

The portable wire clamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the fastening member (2) is connected to one of the clamping cover plates (1) of a pair through the clamping structure, and the other end of the fastening member (2) is connected to the other of the clamping cover plates (1) of a pair through a threaded structure.

The portable wire clamp according to claim 1, wherein one end of a pair of the clamping cover plates (1) is formed with a first clamping groove (12) for clamping the wire (5), the other end of a pair of the clamping cover plates (1) is formed with a second clamping groove (12) for clamping the wire (5), and the rotation shaft (11) is located between the first clamping groove (12) and the second clamping groove (12).

5. A portable clamp according to claim 4, characterized in that the rubber pad (4) has a flat surface at one end for abutting against the clamping cover (1) and a concave surface at the other end for abutting against the hand piece (3), the concave surface being an arc-shaped surface.

A portable clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a pair of said clamping cover plates (1) comprises a first clamping plate (13) and a second clamping plate (14), said first clamping plate (13) being provided in a plurality, said plurality of first clamping plates (13) being rotatably connected to said second clamping plate (14) by a rotating shaft (11).

7. The portable wire clamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first clamping plate (13) has a first through hole (132) for passing the fastener (2), and one side of the first through hole (132) is provided with a clamping groove (131) for clamping the nut (23).

8. The portable wire clip as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second holding plate (14) has a second through hole (141) for passing the fastener (2), the second through hole (141) being an open hole having an opening at one side.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric power connection fittings, in particular to a portable wire clamp.

Background

At present, the power line wire generally uses the fastener to connect the cable, generally uses traditional parallel groove fastener and C shape fastener, ann ordinary fastener etc. in the trade.

However, the cable clamp has the following technical problems: the existing cable clamp needs a spanner or a hydraulic clamp installation tool, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed in construction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a portable wire clamp to solve the technical problem that a cable clamp in the prior art is inconvenient to use.

In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a portable wire clamp, including at least a pair of clamping cover plates, the pair of clamping cover plates are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft, at least one end of the pair of clamping cover plates is formed with a clamping groove for clamping a wire, one end of the pair of clamping cover plates is further connected through a fastener, at least one end of the fastener is connected with a clamping structure; the clamping and fixing structure comprises a handheld piece, one end of the handheld piece is rotatably connected onto the fastener through a connecting pin shaft, the outer wall of the handheld piece is suitable for being directly or indirectly abutted against the clamping cover plate, and the rotating center of the handheld piece is eccentrically arranged relative to the appearance center of the handheld piece.

Furthermore, one end of the fastener is connected with one of the clamping cover plates in one pair through the clamping structure, and the other end of the fastener is connected with the other clamping cover plate in one pair through a threaded structure.

Furthermore, one end of each of the pair of clamping cover plates is provided with a first clamping groove for clamping a wire, the other end of each of the pair of clamping cover plates is provided with a second clamping groove for clamping the wire, and the rotating shaft is positioned between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the handheld piece is rotated, and the handheld piece rotates the connecting pin shaft and rotates, so that the clamping groove is locked by the fastener, two electric wires are respectively clamped in the clamping groove, and the connection of the two electric wires is realized. Further, a pair of centre gripping apron 1 includes first grip block 13 and second grip block 14, and first grip block 13 is equipped with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of first grip blocks 13 all rotate through axis of rotation 11 and connect in second grip block 14.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, two first clamping plates 13 are provided, and each of the two first clamping plates 13 is rotatably connected to the second clamping plate 14 through the rotating shaft 11. The first clamping plates 13 are provided with a plurality of first clamping plates 13, and the first clamping plates 13 are all opposite to the second clamping plates 14 and are hinged to the second clamping plates. Further, the outer wall of the clamping cover plate 1 is arc-shaped, and the free end of the hand piece 3 is suitable for abutting against the arc-shaped outer wall of the clamping cover plate 1. After the fastener 2 is installed in place, the hand piece 3 is rotated, the free end of the hand piece 3 is attached to the arc-shaped outer wall of the clamping cover plate 1, the hand piece 3 is clamped by the outer wall of the arc-shaped clamping cover plate 1 in a limiting mode and cannot rotate, the rotation of the hand piece 3 is avoided, the fastener 2 after locking can be prevented from loosening, and the clamp is guaranteed to be clamped firmly.

Further, the inner wall of the clamping groove 12 is provided with inverted teeth 6 for clamping the wire 5, and the inverted teeth 6 are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the clamping groove 12 for increasing the friction force with the wire 5.
