The gas film 2 is protected by the protective film 33, and the gas film 2 can be prevented from being damaged. Each fixing assembly 26 may further include a plurality of three, four, or more sleeves in order to accommodate other shapes of air film insulation structures and improve the binding effect on the air film 2; fig. 12 shows a schematic structural diagram of a part of the wire rope net 6 when each fixing component 26 comprises four sleeves, a spring 28 is respectively arranged in each sleeve, a central column for connecting with the spring 28 is arranged in the center of the wire rope net 6, one end of the spring 28 is connected with the central column, the other end of the spring 28 is connected with a short wire rope 27, and a plurality of fixing components 26 are respectively connected through the short wire ropes 27 to form the wire rope net 6 which is arranged in a staggered manner transversely and longitudinally.

If the steel cable net 6 is formed by directly binding long steel cables, the formed steel cable net 6 can tightly bind the air film 2 with a specific expansion volume, when the air film 2 is too large, the steel cables are easy to break, and when the air film 2 is too small, the steel cable net 6 cannot well bind the air film 2; in the using process of the air film 2, when the external pressure intensity changes, a certain process is needed for adjusting the internal and external pressure intensities of the air film 2, and in the process, the air film 2 is difficult to expand or contract.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, an end cap 29 is respectively screwed to an end of each of the sleeves, a through hole for receiving the short steel cable 27 is formed in the middle of the end cap 29, the short steel cable 27 passes through the end cap 29 and then is wound into a knot in the sleeve, and the knot is used to limit the maximum extension length of the spring 28. By adjusting the length of the end cap 29 threaded onto the sleeve, the maximum extension of the spring 28 can be adjusted. The maximum expansion degree of the air film 2 at different positions can be changed by adjusting the maximum stretching length of the spring 28 at different positions in the steel cable net 6; the steel cable net 6 only covers outside the air film 2, and after the maximum expansion degree of the air film 2 at different positions is limited, the air film 2 can expand towards other positions, so that the expanded shape of the air film 2 can be finely adjusted to adapt to different building specific structures.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, the air film insulation structure provided by this embodiment further includes a thermal insulation layer, where the thermal insulation layer is attached to the inner wall of the air film 2, preferably to the inner wall of the air film 2, and the thermal insulation layer is protected by the air film 2 and the protection film 33 respectively; the heat insulation layer comprises a plurality of flexible heat insulation sheets 11, a splicing seam 8 is formed between every two adjacent flexible heat insulation sheets 11, and a gap filling adhesive is filled in the splicing seam 8.

It should be noted that the heat insulating layer may be made of a flexible heat insulating material with a low thermal conductivity coefficient, such as a flexible rubber and plastic heat insulating material, which is light in weight, and the flexible material has elasticity and can be bent to facilitate construction in a pasting manner.

Adopt the subsides of multi-disc flexible thermal-insulated sheet 11 to establish on air film 2, the thermal-insulated adhesive tape of being convenient for is laminated with air film 2, guarantees that thermal-insulated adhesive tape can cover air film 2 completely, avoids appearing the problem of insulation material disappearance between the adjacent thermal-insulated sheet. When external atmospheric pressure changes, even control aerifys in 14 and thermal-insulated chamber 9 and maintains thermal-insulated chamber 9 and external preset pressure differential, but atmospheric pressure changes and has certain process, still can't avoid the inflation or the shrink of air film 2 completely, adopt the flexible thermal-insulated sheet 11 of multi-disc to form thermal-insulated pad pasting, when air film 2 has certain inflation or shrink, because there is the piece seam 8 and flexible thermal-insulated sheet 11 itself to have certain elasticity between the flexible thermal-insulated sheet 11, make thermal-insulated pad pasting expansion or shrink that can be even, thereby avoid thermal-insulated pad pasting to warp inhomogeneously, guarantee thermal-insulated effect and the life on thermal-insulated pad pasting.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3a-g, the present invention provides a thermal insulation paste in which each flexible thermal insulation sheet 11 is sequentially fixed to the inner wall of the air film 2 by adhesive in a predetermined direction according to a predetermined rule. Preferably, each flexible insulating sheet 11 has the dimensions: the length is 2 meters to 5 meters, and the width is 0.5 meters to 2 meters, so, through piecing together in proper order, make the inner wall of air film 2 evenly covered by flexible thermal-insulated sheet 11 completely, and, also, it is convenient to construct.

It should be noted that the tiling direction and the tiling rule of the plurality of flexible heat insulating sheets 11 can be freely selected as required, for example, the flexible heat insulating sheets 11 can be tiled sequentially in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, arranged side by side in multiple rows, and the like, and in addition, the flexible heat insulating sheets 11 with shapes can be cut as required at irregular positions such as three-dimensional arched surfaces and corners, and arranged in irregular arrangements, as shown in fig. 3a to 3g, 7 different tiling modes are shown.

Referring to fig. 3a to 3b, in one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of flexible thermal insulation sheets 11 are arranged on the gas film 2 in a plurality of rows; each row of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 is formed by sequentially splicing the flexible heat insulation sheets 11 in one direction in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and a plurality of rows of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 are sequentially spliced in the other direction in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and splicing seams 8 on two adjacent rows of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 are arranged in a staggered mode.

That is, the plurality of flexible heat insulating sheets 11 are sequentially tiled in one of the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction to form a row of flexible heat insulating sheets 11, and then sequentially tiled in the other of the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction to form a plurality of rows of flexible heat insulating sheets 11, for example, the plurality of flexible heat insulating sheets 11 in the same row are sequentially tiled in the longitudinal direction, and the plurality of rows of flexible heat insulating sheets 11 are sequentially tiled in the transverse direction, so that a heat insulating layer can be tiled and completely covers the inner wall of the air film 2. Furthermore, the patchwork seams 8 on two adjacent rows of flexible insulating sheets 11 are staggered. The splicing seams 8 can be dispersed at different positions, and the tensile property is improved. It is to be understood that the tiling direction of the flexible thermal insulation sheet 11 is not limited to the transverse or longitudinal tiling described in the above embodiments, and any other tiling direction may be adopted, and the tiling direction of the flexible thermal insulation sheet 11 is not limited to this application.

Furthermore, the patchwork seams 8 between two adjacent flexible insulating sheets 11 may be of different shapes, for example, a "straight" patchwork seam 8 (as shown in fig. 4), a "Z" or a stepped patchwork seam 8 (as shown in fig. 5).

As a further modification of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a first overlapping portion 15 is formed along an extending projection on the splicing edge of one of the two adjacent flexible thermal insulation sheets 11, a second overlapping portion 16 is formed along an extending projection on the splicing edge of the other of the two adjacent flexible thermal insulation sheets 11, and the first overlapping portion 15 overlaps the second overlapping portion 16 and forms a zigzag-shaped splicing seam 8.

In this embodiment, utilize "Z" font patchwork seam 8 that first overlap joint portion 15 and the 16 looks overlap joints of second overlap joint portion formed, on the one hand, when connecting between two adjacent flexible thermal-insulated sheets 11 can be guaranteed, area of contact is bigger, when the joint filling adhesive is filled, it is more firm reliable to connect, on the other hand, when gas film 2 inflation, even relative motion distance is great between two adjacent flexible thermal-insulated sheets 11, patchwork seam 8 can not fracture completely, therefore, the holistic tensile strength of flexible thermal-insulated flitch layer has been improved, it is more reliable to guarantee thermal-insulated effect.

Referring to fig. 1, as a further improvement of this embodiment, the air film insulation structure further includes a ground insulation layer 7, the ground insulation layer 7 is laid on the ground in the building space 10, and the edge of the ground insulation layer 7 extends along the surface of the base body 1 and is connected with the insulation layer in a seamless manner.

In this embodiment, the ground heat insulating layer 7 extends upward from the surface of the base 1, and the lower peripheral edge of the flexible heat insulating sticker layer is seamlessly connected with the upward extending portion of the ground heat insulating layer 7, for example, bonded by an adhesive, so that the building space 10 of the whole air film 2 is completely wrapped by the heat insulating material (the flexible heat insulating sticker layer and the ground heat insulating layer 7), so that no gap exists at the joint, and further, the cold bridge phenomenon which may occur can be avoided, and the heat insulating effect is improved.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6a and 6b, a plurality of sealing curtains 17 are disposed on the side of the thermal insulation layer facing away from the air film 2; each sealing curtain 17 covers the joint 8 between two adjacent rows of the flexible heat insulation sheets 11, and an air inflation cavity 30 is defined between each sealing curtain 17 and the heat insulation layer.

Specifically, a splicing seam 8 is formed between any two adjacent rows of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 in each row of flexible heat insulation sheets 11, and the splicing seam 8 is installed with a preset rule and extends in a certain preset direction; the number of the sealing curtains 17 is equal to the number of the abutted seams 8 formed between the rows of the flexible heat insulation sheets 11 and corresponds to one another; each sealing curtain 17 is provided with a first edge 31 and a second edge 32 which are opposite, wherein the first edge 31 is bonded on one of the two adjacent rows of the flexible heat insulation sheets 11, the second edge 32 is bonded on the other of the two adjacent rows of the flexible heat insulation sheets 11, an air inflation cavity 30 is defined between each sealing curtain 17 and each flexible heat insulation sheet 11, the extending direction of the air inflation cavity 30 is consistent with the extending direction of the splicing seams 8, so that the splicing seams 8 are sealed in the air inflation cavity 30, and inert gas is filled in the air inflation cavity 30.

The splicing seams 8 are sealed through the sealing curtains 17, so that the connection sealing effect of the splicing seams 8 is better, and the heat insulation effect is improved. On the other hand, as described above, in the use of the gas film 2 in construction, the gas film 2 may be changed in height and form, and the gas film 2 is subjected to tension in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, in which case, the adjacent two rows of the insulating sheets are also subjected to tension. Although in the foregoing embodiment, the filling of the joint adhesive in the patchwork seam 8 and the compression property of the thermal insulation material itself are adopted, which can effectively prevent the patchwork seam 8 from cracking and other problems to a certain extent, after long-term use, the flexible thermal insulation sheet 11 is aged, the patchwork seam 8 still has a possibility of cracking, and after cracking, the thermal insulation effect is reduced, and by arranging the sealing curtain 17 at the patchwork seam 8, even if the patchwork seam 8 cracks, because the patchwork seam 8 is sealed by the sealing curtain 17, and the inflation cavity 30 inside the patchwork seam is filled with inert gas, so that the good thermal insulation effect can be maintained, and the reliability and durability of the thermal insulation effect of the gas film thermal insulation structure are improved.

In addition, by using the sealing curtain 17 to form a bridging structure with the two adjacent rows of flexible heat insulation sheets 11, when the flexible heat insulation sheets 11 are subjected to a tensile force, the sealing curtain 17 can play a role in enhancing the connection strength, and cracking is avoided.

As another improvement of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, one side of the thermal insulation layer away from the air film 2 can also be covered by sticking the splicing seam 8 with the self-adhesive thermal insulation tape 18, so that the splicing seam 8 is protected by the self-adhesive thermal insulation tape 18, which can improve the joint strength of the splicing part and the thermal insulation effect of the splicing part.

It should be noted that the flexible heat insulation sheet 11 is generally made of a flexible heat insulation material, such as a flexible foamed rubber plastic heat insulation material with a closed-cell structure, which has good elasticity and 180-degree bending performance, does not break or bend, has a low thermal conductivity (λ ≦ 0.034W/m · K) and excellent fireproof performance (B1 grade), is applied at a temperature range of-50 ℃ to 105 ℃, is easy to install, safe, environment-friendly, does not absorb water, and is mold-proof and antibacterial.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the edge of the gas film 2 is press-sealed to the substrate 1 by a pressing assembly.

That is to say, the border of air film 2 compresses tightly through a subassembly and seals on base member 1, for example, the border of air film 2 compresses tightly through compressing tightly the subassembly and seals in the top surface of base member 1, so, air film 2 can form sealedly with base member 1, utilizes the compressing tightly effect of subassembly to 2 borders of air film, can reach better sealed effect, improves the gas tightness of air film 2.

Illustratively, the pressing assemblies may each include a pressing plate 19, a pre-embedded rod 20 and a locking nut 21, wherein the pressing plate 19 is located above the edge of the air film 210; the lower extreme of embedded rod 20 bury underground in the base member 1, the upper end of embedded rod 20 certainly base member 1 stretches out and passes in proper order the border and the clamp plate 19 of air film 2, lock nut 21 with the upper end screw-thread fit of embedded rod 20, and right clamp plate 19 is exerted pressure and will the border of air film 2 compresses tightly sealed on the base member 1, its simple structure, construction convenience, sealed effectual.

As another modification of this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the edge of the air film 2 is fixed to the substrate 1 by pre-buried aluminum groove extrusion sealing. Pre-buried aluminium draw-in groove spare 22 in base member 1, the top of aluminium draw-in groove spare 22 has the opening, and the lower border of air film 2 is arranged in aluminium draw-in groove spare 22 to insert anticorrosive wood 23 from the opening part, utilize anticorrosive wood 23 with the lower border chucking of air film 2 in aluminium draw-in groove spare 22, realize the lower border of air film 2 and base member 1's sealed fixed, its simple structure, the construction is simple and convenient, and, sealed effect is better.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, the surface of the air film 2 attached to the heat insulating layer is a rough surface, so that the rough surface can make the bonding effect between the flexible heat insulating sheet 11 and the air film 2 firmer, and prevent the flexible heat insulating sheet 11 from falling off from the air film 2 after long-term use.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, a plum blossom-shaped arranged concave point 24 may be arranged on one side of the air film 2 attached to the heat insulating layer; the one side of thermal-insulated pad pasting and the laminating of air film 2 is provided with the bump with the shape of concave point 24, size adaptation, through the cooperation of concave point 24 and bump, avoids relative movement between air film 2 and the thermal-insulated pad pasting, guarantees that bonding is firm between air film 2 and the thermal-insulated pad pasting.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the side of the air film 2 attached to the heat insulating layer may be provided with channels 25 arranged at intervals; thermal-insulated one side of pasting layer and the laminating of air film 2 is provided with channel 25 complex sand grip, through the cooperation of channel 25 and sand grip, avoids air film 2 and thermal-insulated relative movement between pasting the layer, guarantees that air film 2 and bonding between the thermal-insulated layer are firm.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a construction method for constructing the air film heat-insulating structure in the embodiment, which specifically comprises the following steps

Firstly, the edge of the air film 2 is hermetically fixed to the substrate 1 and a building space 10 is defined;

then, the building space 10 is inflated to expand the air film 2, and a heat insulation layer is attached to the inner wall of the air film 2.

As a further improvement of this embodiment, before the heat insulation layer is attached, air is inflated into the building space 10 to make the pressure difference between the inside of the building space 10 and the outside of the building space 10 greater than a preset pressure difference; then, a plurality of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 are sequentially attached to the inner wall of the air film 2 to form a heat insulation layer, and finally, the pressure intensity in the building space 10 is reduced, so that the pressure difference between the inside of the building space 10 and the outside of the building space 10 is maintained in a preset pressure difference state.

Before the heat insulation layer is attached, the pressure difference between the interior of the building space 10 and the exterior of the building space 10 is made larger than the preset pressure difference, and the volume of the air film 2 expanded in a normal state is larger; because the elasticity of the gas film 2 is larger than that of the flexible heat insulation sheet 11, the gas film 2 inevitably expands in the normal use process, the flexible heat insulation sheet 11 is attached under the condition that the expansion volume of the gas film 2 is larger, and the gas film 2 is restored to the normal state after the attachment is finished, so that a certain elongation is reserved on the flexible heat insulation sheet 11, and the flexible heat insulation sheet 11 is prevented from being excessively elongated to generate cracks.

As a further improvement of the present embodiment, the attaching of the plurality of flexible heat insulation sheets 11 on the inner wall of the air film 2 in sequence includes:

the inner wall of the gas film 2 is firstly purified.

And then coating a membrane surface treating agent base layer on the inner wall of the gas membrane 2, and coating an adhesive layer on the membrane surface treating agent base layer.

Finally, the flexible heat insulation sheet 11 is spread on the inner wall of the air film 2, so that the flexible heat insulation sheet 11 is fixedly adhered to the inner wall of the air film 2 through the adhesive layer.

The inner wall surface of the gas film 2 is free of impurities such as dust through purification treatment, the film surface treating agent base layer is convenient to brush, the binding force of the adhesive layer can be improved through the film surface treating agent base layer, the bonded flexible insulating sheet is not prone to falling off, and the bonding is firmer and more reliable.
