The screw hole 51 can be covered with a rubber protective plug 53, so that other sundries are prevented from entering the screw hole to influence the driving rotation of the reserved disc assembly 3, and the rubber protective plug 53 can be fixed on the side wall of the reserved disc 5 far away from the connecting rod 4 through a screw.

The tunnel anchor rod installation method sequentially comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps of primary support steel arch installation:

referring to fig. 7, after tunnel excavation, installation of tie bars 021 and primary concrete spraying are performed, a primary support steel arch 022 is installed on the surface of the primary concrete spraying layer 02;

and (3) mounting a reserved pipe 2:

according to the requirement that anchor rods are arranged at intervals along the inner ring direction and the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, a plurality of reserved pipe fixing frames 6 are welded on a primary support steel arch 022, and the reserved pipe fixing frames 6 are used for fixing the reserved pipes 2. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the reserved pipe fixing frame 6 includes two adjusting bars 61, a connecting bar 62 and two reserved pipe fixing reinforcing rings 63, the adjusting bars 61 and the reserved pipe fixing reinforcing rings 63 are respectively disposed on opposite sidewalls of the connecting bar 62 along a radial direction of the connecting bar 62, and the connecting bar 62 is welded between the adjusting bars 61 and the reserved pipe fixing reinforcing rings 63. In this embodiment, two adjusting bars 61 are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the connecting bar 62, two reserved pipe fixing reinforcing rings 63 are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the connecting bar 62, one adjusting bar 61 and one reserved pipe fixing reinforcing ring 63 are arranged in a collinear manner along the radial direction of the connecting rod 4, and the two adjusting bars 61 are welded on the primary support steel arch 022; one reserve pipe 2 penetrates through both reserve pipe fixing reinforcing rings 63 simultaneously, so that the reserve pipe 2 is firmly fixed to the primary steel arch 022.

Mounting the reserved disc assembly 3:

referring to fig. 10, the preformed disc assembly 3 is installed in the preformed tube 2, and the snap connection between the elastic sheet 43 on the connecting rod 4 and the clamping groove 21 on the preformed tube 2 is completed; after the connecting rod 4 is connected with the reserved pipe 2, the connecting part of the connecting rod 4 and the reserved pipe 2 and one end of the reserved pipe 2 far away from the reserved disc 5 are wrapped and sealed by using a transparent adhesive tape 44; the reserved plate 5 is arranged outside the reserved pipe 2, and the height of the protrusion of the reserved plate 5 is 6 cm-9 cm based on the outer surface of the primary support steel arch 022 facing the inner side of the tunnel.

The primary support concrete spraying step:

referring to fig. 11, after the reserved pipe 2 and the reserved disc assembly 3 are installed on the primary support steel arch 022, spraying construction of primary support concrete is performed, the reserved pipe 2 and a part of the reserved disc 5 are buried in a primary support concrete layer 02, the other part of the reserved disc 5 is exposed on the basis of the outer surface of the primary support concrete layer 02, in the primary support concrete spraying process, operation is strictly performed according to specifications, the concrete spraying thickness and the spraying time of the reserved disc position need to be strictly controlled according to actual conditions, the later-stage use influence caused by over-thickness, long-time impact and the like is avoided, and the reserved disc assembly cannot be recycled.

And (3) disassembling the reserved disc assembly:

after the primary concrete injection is finished, the reserved disc assembly 3 in the reserved pipe 2 is disassembled, and the specific disassembling method comprises the following steps: opening a rubber protective cover 53 on a screw hole 51 on the reserved disc 5, driving the reserved disc 5 to rotate along the direction opposite to the first direction X by using a special hexagonal rotary T-shaped wrench 54, and continuing to disassemble after disconnecting the buckle connection between the connecting rod 4 and the reserved pipe 2; the removal after rotation still has difficulty, and the pulling removal of the auxiliary work is carried out by utilizing the lifting lug 53. Referring to fig. 12, after the removal of the reserved disc assembly 3 is completed, a reserved pit 7 is formed in the original position of the reserved disc assembly 3 in the primary concrete layer 02, and the reserved pit 7 is communicated with the reserved pipe 2.

An anchor rod installation step:

installing an anchor rod 04 in the reserved pit 7, referring to fig. 13, drilling a hole in the reserved pipe 2, wherein the hole drilling can be performed in the reserved pipe 2, the installation hole 03 extends to the surrounding rock 01 around the tunnel, referring to fig. 14, installing the anchor rod 04 in the drilled installation hole 03, then installing a grout stop plug 05 and an anchor backing plate 06 in the reserved pit 7, locking the anchor backing plate 06 through a bolt 07, arranging the grout stop plug 05 in the reserved pipe 2, and at the moment, positioning the tail ends of the anchor backing plate 06, the bolt 07 and the anchor rod 04 in the reserved pit 7; then the anchor rod 04 is grouted, and the mounting hole 03 is filled with grout.

And a supplementary spraying and backfilling step:

referring to fig. 15, the reserved pit 7 is subjected to concrete supplementary spraying, and the reserved pit 7 is leveled, so that the outer surface of the primary concrete layer 02 is smooth.

Secondary lining step:

referring to fig. 16, the waterproof board is installed on the primary concrete layer 02 and the secondary lining 09 is performed, and after the secondary lining 09 is completed, the width of each part is consistent, and the width meets the design requirement.

After the excavation and the primary spraying of the tunnel and the installation of the primary support steel arch 022 are completed at one time, the reserved device 1 is installed on the primary support steel arch 022, then the primary concrete spraying is carried out, and in the spraying process, the reserved disc 5 protrudes on the surface of the primary concrete layer 02; after the primary support concrete is sprayed, the reserved disc assembly 3 is detached, a reserved pit groove 7 is naturally formed in the primary support concrete layer 02, the reserved pipe 2 is left in the reserved pit groove 7, drilling, installation, grouting and the like of the anchor rod 04 are carried out in the reserved pipe 2, the anchor backing plate 06 connected with the anchor rod 04, the bolt 07, the tail end of the anchor rod 04 and the like are all located in the space where the reserved disc 5 is located, and finally, the reserved pit groove 7 is backfilled with concrete, so that the surface of the primary support concrete layer 02 is smooth, the problem that the tail end of the anchor rod 04 leaks outwards or the surface of the primary support concrete bulges 041 due to the fact that the anchor rod 04 is installed after the primary support concrete is sprayed is solved, and the quality of later-stage water prevention and drainage is better guaranteed; reservation device 1's simple structure, pre-buried easy operation is quick, and the installation back is whole firm, and connecting rod 4 passes through the buckle with reservation pipe 2 to be connected, ensures not hard up, not fall off under the adverse circumstances of the high wind pressure of shotcrete, high impact force, guarantees the stability of reserving the pit slot construction to but reserve the disk assembly used cyclically, reduce construction cost.
