the suction pipe has a suction hole for sucking the perfume supplied from at least one supply hole, and when the perfume cartridge is rotated and the supply hole and the suction hole are communicated with each other, the perfume in the inner end of the perfume cartridge is mixed with the air flowing from the inflow hole to the supply hole into the beverage.

4. The container for beverage and the flavor cartridge according to claim 3, wherein: the spice box main body is provided with at least one middle clapboard which is provided with at least one through hole, and the spice box is divided into at least two layers by the middle clapboard.

The container for beverage and the flavor cartridge according to claim 3, wherein: the spice box main body is provided with: outer flanges provided on the inner outer peripheral surface, extending from the inner outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface by a predetermined length, and provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction;

and inner flanges provided on the inner peripheral surface, extending from the inner peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface by a predetermined length, and provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction.

6. The container for beverage and the flavor cartridge according to claim 1, wherein: the fragrance box is made of resin or plastic.

7. The container for beverage and the flavor cartridge according to claim 1, wherein: the container body is made of metal or plastic.

Background

The water is colorless and tasteless, so the desire of people to drink is seldom aroused, but the juice is different, most people like to drink the juice, the taste emitted by sweet juice in the mouth is very attractive, so people can not feel that drinking water is painful when drinking the juice, but the juice is too bad for the body, and part of people suffering from diabetes can not drink the juice.

Generally, the flavor of a beverage is determined by the smell and mouthfeel, while the human tongue can taste 5 tastes (sweet, bitter, sour, salty and fresh), while the smell is responsible for 80% of the taste. This also explains why we do not always taste anything when they are cold and having nasal congestion. Therefore, a beverage container is needed to be designed to enable people to have the illusion of drinking fruit juice when drinking water, so that the desire of people to drink healthy boiled water is improved.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a container for beverage and a spice box, and solves the problems that people have small desire to drink purified water at present, but drink the beverage for a long time is harmful to the body.

Preferably, the suction tube and the fragrance box are detachably mounted to an opening portion of the container body, and include a mounting portion having a rotation mechanism for rotating the fragrance box.

a spice box main body with an opening on the top surface;

a top cover blocking the top surface of the opening;

an inflow hole which is arranged on the bottom surface of the spice box main body and is used for external air to flow in;

at least one supply hole provided on an inner circumferential surface of the fragrance cartridge body to supply the contained fragrance to the suction pipe;

the suction pipe has a suction hole for sucking the perfume supplied from at least one supply hole, and when the perfume cartridge is rotated and the supply hole and the suction hole are communicated with each other, the perfume in the inner end of the perfume cartridge is mixed with the air flowing from the inflow hole to the supply hole into the beverage.

Preferably, the fragrance box main body is provided with at least one middle partition plate, the middle partition plate is provided with at least one through hole, and the fragrance box is divided into at least two layers by the middle partition plate.

Preferably, the fragrance cartridge body has: outer flanges provided on the inner outer peripheral surface, extending from the inner outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface by a predetermined length, and provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction;

and inner flanges provided on the inner peripheral surface, extending from the inner peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface by a predetermined length, and provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction.

Preferably, the fragrance cartridge is made of resin or plastic.

Preferably, the container body is made of metal or plastic.

Preferably, the outer flange has a length not exceeding the inner peripheral surface, and the inner flange has a length not exceeding the inner peripheral surface.

The invention provides a container for beverage and a spice box. The method has the following beneficial effects:

1. the beverage container of the present invention can mix a desired flavor into a beverage contained therein, and can enjoy beverages with various tastes.

2. The container for the beverage can absorb the fruit fragrance of the essence through the nose before drinking water, firstly uses the gas fragrance to 'cheat' the smell before drinking water, and then even has the feeling of drinking fruit juice when drinking water, thereby improving the desire of people to drink water and simultaneously ensuring the physical health of people.

3. Meanwhile, the device is convenient to use integrally, can be used without complicated steps, and is small in structure and convenient to carry.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. In the present embodiment, since the flavor cartridge is provided, it is possible to mix desired flavors into the contained beverage, and therefore, it is possible to enjoy beverages of various tastes with ease.

Example two:

as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the embodiment of the present invention provides a container 20 for beverage, the container 20 for beverage is composed of a cover 25, a perfume cartridge 23, a straw part 22, a mounting part 24 and a container main body 21 from top to bottom, the perfume cartridge 23 is mounted on the straw part 22, the straw part 22 mounted with the perfume cartridge 23 is mounted on the mounting part 24, then, the mounting part 24 mounted with the perfume cartridge 23 and the straw part 22 is mounted on a neck part 21a of the container main body 21 to block the opening of the neck part 21 a;

in use, the cap 25 is removed, the mounting portion 24 is removed, water 26 is filled in the container body 21 of the beverage container 20 from the opening of the mouth-and-neck portion 21a, then, when the user drinks the water 26, the cap 25 is removed from the container body 21, the mouth is attached to the suction nozzle 22b, the water 26 is sucked in, the water 26 is sucked up along the suction pipe 22a, and the inside water 26 can be drunk, the suction pipe 22a is covered with, for example, a transparent suction pipe cover, and the suction pipe 22a is mounted on the suction pipe base 22c through the suction pipe cover provided on the suction pipe base 22 c.

The cover 25 functions as a lid, and when the user does not use the beverage container 20, the lid 25 is mounted on the container body 21 to cover the mouth 22b of the straw 22a, so that the mouth 22b of the straw 22a is not exposed to the outside, thereby being sanitary, and when the beverage container 20 is put in a bag, the straw 22a is prevented from being broken due to friction with the liner of the bag and collision with the internal objects, and the bag and the internal objects are not wetted even if the water 26 overflows.

The suction pipe 22 is provided with a suction hole 22d, the suction hole 22d is a hole provided in the side of the suction pipe 22a for receiving the perfume 27 supplied from the feed hole 23f provided on the perfume cartridge 23, the perfume 27 is received from the suction hole 22d, the perfume 27 is mixed with air as bubbles in the water 26 sucked into the suction pipe 22a, and although the beverage itself is the water 26, the user feels that the beverage mixed with the taste of the perfume 27 is drunk, and most of the taste of the human is derived from the smell, so that the user generates an illusion by mixing various kinds of flavors in the simple water 26, although the water 26 is still present, and the user generates an illusion to make the drink of such taste, and the present embodiment well utilizes such an illusion of the human.

As shown in fig. 3, when a user wants to fill the container body 21 with water 26, the user can easily supply the water 26 from the opening of the mouth-and-neck portion 21a by removing the mounting portion 24 from the mouth-and-neck portion 21a, and after the water 26 is completely supplied, the user mounts the mounting portion 24 to the mouth-and-neck portion 21a again to block the opening of the mouth-and-neck portion 21a, so that the water 26 supplied to the container body 21 is sealed in the beverage container 20, and the end of the straw 22a opposite to the suction nozzle 22b extends to the lowermost portion of the container body 21, and the end of the straw 22a opposite to the suction nozzle 22b is bent at a predetermined position, so that the user can completely drink the water 26 by slightly tilting the beverage container 20 by bending the front end of the straw 22a, and the container body 21 is made of metal or plastic, but not limited thereto, in the present embodiment, the container body 21 may be made of stainless steel, and the container body 21 may be a commercially available plastic bottle (for example, PET bottle) for mineral water or cool drink water, a glass bottle, or the like, and in this case, the fragrance cartridge 23 may be provided with a fitting or the like that can be directly inserted into a drinking hole of a commercially available plastic bottle or glass bottle, or the fragrance cartridge 23 may be made small without passing through a fitting and may be directly attached to a mouth of a commercially available plastic bottle or glass bottle.

As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the entire fragrance cartridge 23 is a ring-shaped (doughnut-shaped) member, the suction tube 22a passes through a central hole portion 23a which is a hollow formed in the center of the fragrance cartridge 23, and the diameter of the central hole portion 23a may be as large as the suction tube 22a can pass through, but the inner peripheral surface of the fragrance cartridge 23 described later is in close contact with the suction tube 22 a;

the perfume box 23 comprises a perfume box main body 23b and a top cover 23c, the perfume box main body 23b is provided with a bottom surface 23d, an outer circumferential wall and an inner circumferential wall which are vertically arranged from the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the bottom surface 23d, the whole perfume box 23 is surrounded by the bottom surface 23d, the outer circumferential wall and the inner circumferential wall, and is an annular groove which is opened at the upper part in the vertical direction, namely, the perfume box main body 23b is an annular part with an opened top surface, when the top cover 23c covers the upper part of the perfume box main body 23b, the groove which is opened at the upper part is blocked, and the inner part of the perfume box 23 is sealed;

the inside of the fragrance box 23, i.e., the groove portion, is provided with a sponge 23h, the fragrance 27 permeates into the sponge 23h, and when the fragrance box 23 is sealed, the inside of the fragrance box 23 is filled with the fragrance 27;

the bottom surface 23d of the main body 23b of the fragrance cartridge has an inflow hole 23e for introducing outside air into the interior. Further, a supply hole 23f is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the fragrance cartridge main body 23b, the supply hole 23f penetrates the sponge 23h, the fragrance 27 contained in the fragrance cartridge main body 23b is supplied to the outside of the fragrance cartridge 23, and the fragrance 27 flowing out from the supply hole 23f to the outside is supplied to the suction pipe 22 a;

a suction hole 22d is provided in the suction pipe 22a at a position corresponding to the supply hole 23f, and the supply hole 23f and the suction hole 22d are in close contact with each other, whereby the flavor 27 is mixed with air into the water 26 sucked up by the suction pipe 22 a;

two holding portions 23g are provided on the outer side of the fragrance box 23, and a user can rotate the fragrance box 23 by gripping the holding portions 23g, and although the two holding portions 23g are provided on the fragrance box 23 in the example, the number of the holding portions 23g is not limited;

further, a projection 23i is provided on the outer side of the fragrance cartridge 23 to fix the position of the fragrance cartridge 23, that is, when the fragrance cartridge 23 is rotated and the projection 23i is fitted into the recess 24a of the mounting portion 24, the rotation of the fragrance cartridge 23 is stopped and the fragrance cartridge 23 is fixed at a predetermined position, for example, in a state where the projection 23i is fitted into the recess 24a, the suction hole 22d of the suction pipe 22a communicates with the supply hole 23f of the fragrance cartridge 23, the fragrance 27 is mixed into the water 26 as bubbles together with air, and when the user rotates the fragrance cartridge 23 by applying a slight force, the projection 23i is separated from the recess 24a, the suction hole 22d does not communicate with the supply hole 23f any more, and the fragrance-unmixed water 26 is supplied to the user.

Next, the flow of the perfume 27 and the air 28 inside the perfume cartridge 23 will be described, in which the air 28 flowing into the perfume cartridge 23 from the inflow hole 23e of the bottom surface 23d is changed from flowing upward in the vertical direction to flowing in the direction horizontal to the bottom surface 23d, in this case, the air 28 is divided into two directions, the air 28 divided into two directions flows in the perfume cartridge 23 for half a turn, the air 28 flowing through the half a turn changes the flow direction, flows in the direction of the central hole portion 23a of the perfume cartridge 23, and is supplied from the supply hole 23f to the suction pipe 22 a;

the inflow hole 23e and the supply hole 23f are arranged at diagonal positions, that is, the inflow hole 23e and the supply hole 23f are arranged at positions separated from each other so that the air 28 flowing into the fragrance cartridge main body 23b can flow for the longest distance, whereby the air 28 can flow for a long time in the interior of the fragrance cartridge 23, the air 28 is exposed to the fragrance 27 for a long time, the contact time increases, and the air 28 can be made to contain a large amount of the fragrance 27 before reaching the supply hole 23 f;

in addition, two supply holes 23f are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the perfume cartridge 23, the diameters of the two supply holes 23f are different, the amount of the perfume 27 mixed into the water 26 is changed by changing the supply holes 23f and aligning the different supply holes 23f with the suction hole 22d of the suction pipe 22a, for example, by rotating the perfume cartridge 23, the mixing switch of the perfume 27 can be switched, and the amount of the mixture in 2 stages can be adjusted depending on the amount of the perfume 27 mixed at the time of opening, and the size of the two supply holes 23f may be the same, and the number of the supply holes 23f may be one, or three or more.

When the fragrance box 23 is rotated and the protruding portion 23i is fitted into the recessed portion 24a, the inflow hole 23e is positioned above the recessed portion 24c so that the air 28 can flow in from the inflow hole 23e, the recessed portion 24c is two grooves which are bilaterally symmetrical on the top surface of the mounting portion 24 and are larger than the inflow hole 23e, the recessed portion 24c is provided with grooves which face the outside in the radial direction of the mounting portion 24, the air enters the recessed portion 24c through the grooves and then enters the inside of the fragrance box 23 from the inflow hole 23e, two supply holes 23f are provided on the inside of the fragrance box 23, the recessed portion 24c also coincides with the supply holes 23f, and two supply holes are provided, the air 28 can be introduced by rotating the fragrance box 23 so that either one of the two supply holes 23f is aligned with the suction hole 22d, and the fragrance box 23 is made of resin or plastic, but not limited thereto, the metal or alloy may be used.

When a user sucks the water 26 from the suction nozzle 22b, if the neck portion 21a is closed, the inside of the container main body 21 becomes a negative pressure and the user cannot suck the water 26, so that the air hole 24b is provided at the top of the mounting portion 24 to supply the air 28 to the inside of the container main body 21, and the user can drink the water 26 since the air 28 is supplied from the air hole 24 b.

In the present embodiment, a simple configuration can be used to mix a desired taste with a beverage, so that a user can enjoy water having various tastes and feel a feeling of drinking the taste beverage, and since the user drinks water, the user can enjoy various beverages without being conscious of diseases and the like that the user suffers, and since the user drinks only water, the condition of a patient can be alleviated.

The fragrance box 33 includes a middle partition 33a, the middle partition 33a is provided between the top cover 23c and the bottom surface 23d of the fragrance box 33, the inside of the fragrance box 33 is divided into two layers, the first layer 33c and the second layer 33d are divided into two directions in the first layer 33c, the air 28 flowing from the inflow hole 23e flows through the half cycle, then reaches the second layer 33d, which is an upper layer, through the through hole 33b provided in the middle partition 33a, and after reaching the second layer 33d, the air 28 flows through the half cycle in two directions similarly to the first layer 33c, and then is supplied to the suction pipe 22a from the supply hole 23f provided inside the fragrance box 33, and the number of the through holes 33b provided in the middle partition 33a may be plural, or plural middle partitions 33a provided inside the fragrance box 33 may be provided, thereby forming a multi-layered fragrance box 33.

In the present embodiment, since air flows through a single layer in the fragrance box, even in a fragrance box having a simple structure, a larger amount of fragrance can be supplied to water.

Example four:

as shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment provides a container for beverage and a flavor cartridge, and the container for beverage of the present embodiment has a different internal structure than those of the second and third embodiments, and the other structures and operations are the same as those of the second and third embodiments, and therefore the same structures and operations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

The present invention includes a fragrance cartridge 43, the fragrance cartridge 43 having an outer flange 43b and an inner flange 43c, the outer flange 43b being provided on an inner outer peripheral surface 43e of a fragrance cartridge main body 23b, extending from the inner outer peripheral surface 43e to the inner peripheral surface 43d by a predetermined length, and being provided at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction, and the inner flange 43c likewise extending from the inner peripheral surface 43d to the inner outer peripheral surface 43e of the fragrance cartridge main body 23b by a predetermined length, and being provided at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction.

The outer flange 43b cannot exceed the inner peripheral surface 43d in length and the inner flange 43c cannot exceed the inner outer peripheral surface 43e in length, and therefore, the passage for the flow of the air 28 is not blocked inside the fragrance box 43.

Since the air 28 flowing inside the flavor cartridge 43 flows while avoiding the outer flange 43b and the inner flange 43c, the distance of the flow becomes longer than that in the case where the outer flange 43b and the inner flange 43c are not provided, that is, the flow path of the air 28 is curved, and therefore the distance of the flow becomes longer, and thus the air 28 has to flow a long distance, and the time for the air to contact the flavor 27 permeating into the sponge 43a during the flow becomes longer, and more flavor 27 can be supplied to the water 26.

With this embodiment, even with a fragrance cartridge of simple structure, the time of contact between the air and the fragrance can be extended, and therefore more fragrance can be supplied to the water.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
