The invention aims to provide a grain unloading device for an open wagon, which can quickly and efficiently unload grains of the open wagon of a train, aiming at the problems of high cost and low efficiency caused by manual grain unloading of the traditional train.

2) In the past, 8 persons continuously work for 30 minutes, the grain unloading device of the open wagon can complete the work task by only 2 persons for 5 minutes, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity is reduced, the labor cost is saved, and the safety factor of field workers is enhanced. The problems of high cost and low efficiency of grain unloading of the traditional open wagon are effectively solved.

3) The equipment is provided with a control system, can realize the functions of automatic walking, automatic fixing on a track, automatic positioning of a discharge opening of the open wagon, automatic rotation, automatic pushing and the like, has two operation modes of automatic operation and semi-automatic operation, and can quickly unload the grains in the open wagon.

The embodiment discloses a grain unloading system which can quickly unload grains loaded on an open wagon. The structure of the grain unloading system is shown in figure 2, and the grain unloading system comprises a track 1, two open trucks 4 and an open truck grain unloading device 2, wherein the track 1 is arranged between the two groups of open trucks 4 and is parallel to the two groups of open trucks 4; the open wagon grain unloading device 2 is arranged on the track 1, and a material pushing plate of the open wagon grain unloading device 2 corresponds to a discharging window (grain stack 3) on the open wagon 4.

The structure of the open wagon grain unloading device 2 is shown in fig. 2-3, and the open wagon grain unloading device comprises a traveling device 21, a rail clamping device 22, a rack 23, a rotating device 24, a pushing arm support 25, a pushing arm 26, a hydraulic station 27, a probe 28 and a control system, wherein the traveling device 21 and the rail clamping device 22 which are matched with a rail are arranged below the rack 23, and the traveling device 21 comprises wheels and a driving device connected with the wheels. The rail clamping device 22 comprises a rail clamp and a hydraulic cylinder push lock device connected with the rail clamp.

A pushing arm support 25 is fixed above the rack 23 through a rotating device 24, a hydraulic station 27 is fixed at one end of the pushing arm support 25, a pushing arm 26 penetrates through the pushing arm support 25, one end of the pushing arm 26 is connected with the hydraulic station 27, a pushing plate is arranged at the other end of the pushing arm 26, and the shape and the arrangement height of the pushing plate are matched with a material discharging window on the gondola car 4; the material pushing plate is provided with a probe 28, and the stroke of the material pushing plate at the end part of the material pushing arm 26 is required to satisfy the following conditions: the open wagon 4 runs from the emptying window at one side to the emptying window at the other side.

The control system is electrically connected with the traveling device 21, the probe 28, the slewing device 24 and the hydraulic station 27 respectively. The rotating angle of the rotating device 24 is larger than or equal to 180 degrees, and 180-degree or more rotation of the material pushing arm can be realized.

According to the working principle of the grain unloading system, after the open trucks 4 on two sides run to the manufacturing and positioning positions, the open truck grain unloading device 2 runs on the track 1 through the traveling device 21, when the open trucks 4 run to the discharging windows, the rotating device 24 rotates to drive the pushing arms 26 of the pushing arm supports 25 to rotate, the pushing arms 26 are perpendicular to the open trucks, the probes 28 at the end parts of the pushing arms 26 start to position the discharging windows of the open trucks 4 on one side, the hydraulic station 27 pushes the pushing arms 26 to push grains 3 in the open trucks 4, and when the open truck grain unloading device 2 returns after pushing the grains in all the sections of the open trucks on the side, the rotating device 24 rotates to drive the pushing arms 26 to rotate to the other side to push the grains until the grains 3 in all the sections of the open trucks on two sides are unloaded.
