(3) adding a modified color fixing solution into a material melting tank of a setting machine, padding the fabric dried in the step (2) with the modified color fixing solution at the speed of 20-30m/min, then drying and setting the fabric in the setting machine at the temperature of 150-;

(4) and (4) taking out the fabric subjected to the modified color fixing and shaping in the step (3), and finishing and preshrinking to obtain a finished product.

2. The dyeing method according to claim 1, wherein the dye is one or more of c.i. acid blue 193, c.i. acid yellow 141 and c.i. acid red 131.

3. Dyeing process according to claim 2, characterized in that the dye is used in an amount of 5 to 60g/L in the dyeing liquor.

(3) adding a modified color fixing solution into a material melting tank of a setting machine, padding the fabric dried in the step (2) with the modified color fixing solution at the speed of 20-30m/min, then drying and setting the fabric in the setting machine at the temperature of 150-;

(4) and (4) taking out the fabric subjected to the modified color fixing and shaping in the step (3), and finishing and preshrinking to obtain a finished product.

Further, the dye is one or more of c.i. acid blue 193, c.i. acid yellow 141, and c.i. acid red 131.

Furthermore, the dosage range of the dye in the dye liquor is 5-60 g/L.

A dyeing method of novel nostalgic style fabric comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into a material dissolving tank, heating to 85 ℃, adding a dye, and stirring for 20min to completely dissolve the dye to form a dye solution, wherein in the embodiment, the dye is C.I. acid blue 193, specifically, a fast-washing series dye of the Spanish Arsute (ASUTEX) group is used, the dye dosage range in the dye solution is 10g/L, and in the stirring process, a leveling agent with the dosage of 5g/L and a nonionic penetrant with the dosage of 2g/L are added into the dye solution;

(3) adding a modified color fixing solution into a material tank of a setting machine, padding the dried fabric in the step (2) with the modified color fixing solution at the speed of 20m/min, then drying and setting the fabric in the setting machine at the temperature of 180 ℃ for 25min, wherein the modified color fixing solution comprises a cationic quaternary ammonium salt color fixing agent, an azetidine cationic compound modifier, a penetrating agent, T1118 silicone oil, a softening agent and glacial acetic acid, and the dosage of the penetrating agent, the silicone oil, the glacial acetic acid and the softening agent in the modified color fixing solution is 2g/L, 20g/L and 2 g/L; the modified color fixing solution comprises a color fixing agent, a modifying agent and a softening agent, so that the modified color fixing process and softening are completed in one bath, the process is simplified, the dosage of the color fixing agent is 30g/L, and the dosage of the modifying agent is 30 g/L;

(3) adding a modified color fixing solution into a chemical material tank of a setting machine, padding the dried fabric in the step (2) with the modified color fixing solution under the condition of a vehicle speed of 25m/min, then putting the fabric into the setting machine for drying and setting, wherein the temperature is 160 ℃, the time is 20min, the modified color fixing solution comprises a color fixing agent, a modifying agent, a penetrating agent, T1118 silicone oil, a softening agent and glacial acetic acid, the dosage of the penetrating agent is 2g/L, the dosage of the silicone oil is 20g/L, the dosage of the glacial acetic acid is 2g/L, the dosage of the softening agent is 50g/L, and the modified color fixing solution comprises the color fixing agent, the modifying agent and the softening agent, so that the modified color fixing process and the upper softening process are completed in one bath, the process is simplified, the dosage of the color fixing agent is 30g/L, and the dosage of the modifying agent is 30 g/L;

As can be seen from Table 1, the plants dyed by the method have high fastness and good nostalgic effect, the average color fixing rate is higher than 95%, the fluffing grade is higher, the shrinkage rate of finished products is lower, the whole dyeing process is almost zero emission, and the energy consumption is reduced.
