The sucker rod adopts threaded mode end to end usually to constitute a whole, adopt artifical manually operation when assembling or dismantling like this, efficiency is lower, and very consume the manpower.

the sucker rod to be disassembled penetrates through the oil pipe, so that the joint of the two sucker rods to be disassembled is positioned at the upper side of the oil pipe, the outer wall of one sucker rod is fixedly connected with the starting connecting rod through an external structure, and the other sucker rod is fixedly connected with the end part of the outer wall of the oil pipe through an external thread structure;

the pneumatic air cannon drives the driven gear and the starting connecting rod to rotate through the driving gear, the driven gear and the starting connecting rod rotate relative to the oil pipe, so that the two sucker rods rotate relative to each other, the two sucker rods are unscrewed spirally, and the separation operation of the sucker rods below is realized.

Preferably, the diameter of the outer wall of the oil pipe is 73mm, and the diameter of the inner wall of the oil pipe is 62 mm.

Preferably, the starting link has an outer wall diameter of 24 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the two sucker rods are pneumatically driven to be in rotary connection or loose firstly through a driving mode of the pneumatic air cannon, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the fatigue degree of workers is reduced;

2) the two sucker rods are connected or loosened through the matching action of the oil pipe and the starting connecting rod.

3) This scheme is not limited to the dismouting to the sucker rod, can also be used for other cylinder dismouting that adopt the threaded connection mode.
