But substances such as caking powder, impurities and the like enter the cooler to block a flow channel, reduce the heat exchange performance and influence the operation of equipment.

The powder particles are generally in a high-temperature state before entering the powder flow cooler, and the agglomeration size can reach 10-30mm after the powder particles are agglomerated. The formation of these blocks reduces the efficiency of the cooler and tends to cause fluid blockage between the plates entering the cooler, resulting in a reduction in cooling performance, making the cooler unable to function properly and requiring frequent shut-down cleaning.
