4. The vehicle radar decorative panel of claim 1, wherein the curved substrate has a convex display surface and a concave back surface, the display layer is on the convex display surface, and the curved protective cover is transparent or translucent.

5. The radar decorative panel for vehicles according to claim 4, wherein a scratch resistant layer is provided on the curved surface protective cover, the scratch resistant layer being on the opposite side of the display layer.

6. The radar decorative panel for vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the curved protective cover is covered after a protective paint layer is coated on the display layer.

7. The vehicle radar decorative panel according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle radar decorative panel is any one of a logo, a front rail of a vehicle, a front end trim panel/strip of a vehicle, a door trim panel/strip of a vehicle, or a rear end trim panel/strip of a vehicle.

8. The vehicle radar as recited in claim 1, wherein the plating layer comprises a main metal layer, and a metal or metalloid oxide film layer outside the main metal layer.

9. The vehicle radar as recited in claim 8, wherein the metal or metalloid oxide film layer is SixOy、TixOy、AlxOyOr SixNyAny of them.

10. A method of forming a vehicle radar trim panel, comprising: coating a plating layer on a curved substrate; removing the unnecessary part of the coating by laser engraving to process the coating into a display layer; a curved surface protective cover is combined on the curved surface substrate to cover the display layer, and at least one of the curved surface substrate and the curved surface protective cover is transparent or semitransparent.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the plating layer has a thickness of between 10 nm and 150 nm.

12. The method of claim 10, wherein the curved protective cover is covered after a protective paint layer is coated on the display layer, and the thickness of the protective paint layer is between 15 microns and 100 microns.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vehicle decorative plate and a forming method thereof, particularly to a method for processing a pattern display layer of a vehicle curved surface decorative plate by laser engraving.

Background

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, a conventional automobile trim panel, such as a vehicle logo (logo) (a), includes a substrate (a1), a scratch-resistant layer (a2), a display layer (A3), a metal plating layer (a4), a protective paint layer (a5), and a protective cover (a 6).

Wherein, the scratch-resistant layer (A2) is coated on the outer layer of the substrate (A1), and then the pattern of the display layer (A3) is printed by ink on the inner layer of the substrate (A1) in a printing mode of screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping and the like; then, the metal coating (A4) is evaporated or sputtered on the display layer (A3); after the protective paint layer (A5) is coated, the protective cover (A6) is covered. Wherein, the display layer (A3) refers to the part of the substrate (A1) shielded by ink, and the ink of the display layer (A3) can directly display graphics, patterns or characters; alternatively, the display layer (A3) may be a shielding part formed by ink on the substrate (a1), and a non-shielding part on the substrate (a1) may display the metal texture of the metal plating layer (a4), and the metal plating layer (a4) may form a pattern, a pattern or a character.

However, the ink printing method of the display layer (A3) is only suitable for the decoration board with a plane or a micro curved surface, and when the decoration board has a larger curved surface, the ink printing method of the display layer (A3) has the following problems:

1. when screen printing is adopted, curved surface printing, such as concave surface printing, has the problem that patterns cannot be completely transferred to form missing parts, so that when the curvature radius of the concave surface is too large or a special shape is formed, screen printing cannot be adopted.

2. In pad printing, there are problems such as burrs occurring at the boundary of the pattern or broken pattern in the printing, which results in poor appearance of the pattern.

3. When hot stamping is adopted, the problems of poor appearance such as rough edges generated on the boundary of a graph or broken pictures printed are easily caused during curved surface printing. Meanwhile, the hot stamping process makes the substrate undergo a high-temperature and high-pressure process, which easily causes stress and cracking on the curved substrate.

Refer to taiwan patent No. M544436, "automotive interior light-emitting panel", which is a laser engraving method for removing opaque ink portion on a planar automobile decorative panel to engrave a light-transmitting pattern, but is still used for manufacturing the planar automobile decorative panel.

Refer to taiwan patent No. 479120, entitled "manufacturing method of vehicle rearview mirror with indicator light function and vehicle rearview mirror manufactured by the method", which is to spray paint on the mirror shell of the rearview mirror, and then remove part of the paint by laser engraving to form transparent display pattern.

In the prior art, laser engraving is adopted to remove opaque ink or paint, but the quality of the ink or paint may be changed by the high-temperature laser processing process, so that the designed color cannot be presented, and the product quality is different.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a vehicle radar decoration panel without using ink to display a display layer, comprising a curved substrate, a display layer and a curved protection cover, wherein:

a curved substrate; a display layer, after a coating is coated on the curved substrate, the unnecessary part of the coating is removed by laser engraving to process the coating into the display layer; and the curved surface protective cover is combined on the curved surface substrate and covers the display layer, and at least one of the curved surface substrate and the curved surface protective cover is transparent or semitransparent.

The invention further provides a forming method of the radar decorative plate of the vehicle, which comprises the following steps:

coating a plating layer on a curved substrate; removing the unnecessary part of the coating by laser engraving to process the coating into a display layer; a curved surface protective cover is combined on the curved surface substrate to cover the display layer, and at least one of the curved surface substrate and the curved surface protective cover is transparent or semitransparent.

Furthermore, the curved substrate is transparent or semitransparent and has a convex display surface and an inner concave back surface, and the display layer is positioned on the inner concave back surface. Furthermore, a scratch resistant layer is arranged on the curved substrate, and the scratch resistant layer is arranged on the opposite side of the display layer.

Furthermore, the substrate has a convex display surface and a concave back surface, the display layer is located on the convex display surface, and the curved surface protective cover is transparent or semitransparent. Furthermore, a scratch-resistant layer is arranged on the curved surface protective cover, and the scratch-resistant layer is arranged on the opposite side of the display layer.

Further, the radar decoration board of the vehicle is any one of a logo (logo), a front rail of the vehicle, a front end decoration board/strip of the vehicle, a door side decoration board/strip of the vehicle or a rear end decoration board/strip of the vehicle.

According to the technical characteristics, the following effects can be achieved:

1. the traditional automobile decorative plate adopts an ink printing mode to print a pattern, and a metal coating needs to be evaporated or sputtered on the ink pattern; or laser engraving is used to remove opaque ink to display the pattern. The vehicle radar decorative plate of the invention does not use ink at all, but directly engraves the graph of the display layer on the metal coating, does not need to be shielded or displayed by the ink, and solves the problem of color difference caused by high-temperature deterioration of the ink.

2. The thickness of the display layer of the invention is about between 10 nm and 150 nm, and the display layer is transparent, so that the radar decorative plate of the vehicle can present brighter visual perception.

3. The complete graph of the display layer can be carved on the curved surface substrate, particularly the concave back surface through laser carving, and the problem that the graph cannot be completely transferred in the curved surface printing process of screen printing is solved.

4. The graph of the display layer is processed by laser engraving on the curved substrate, so that the graph of the display layer has a smooth and complete boundary, and the problems that burrs are generated on the graph boundary or the graph is broken due to printing (namely the printed graph is incomplete) and the like in the curved printing of pad printing, hot stamping and screen printing are solved.

5. The graph of the display layer is processed by laser engraving on the curved substrate, so that the graph of the display layer can not crack, and the problem that the hot stamped curved surface printing causes stress or cracking of the display graph is solved.

Detailed Description

In view of the above technical features, the main effects of the vehicle trim panel and the forming method thereof according to the present invention will be apparent from the following embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the vehicle radar decorative panel of the present embodiment is exemplified by a logo (logo) (10), but is not limited to the logo (logo) (10), and … such as a front rail of a vehicle, a front end trim panel/strip of a vehicle, a door trim panel/strip of a vehicle, a rear end trim panel/strip of a vehicle, etc. are all the vehicle radar decorative panels of the present invention. Then, a plating layer (30) is coated on the back surface (12) of the inner recess in a way of evaporation or sputtering, then, the unnecessary plating layer is removed by laser engraving to process the plating layer into the display layer (3), the display layer (3) displays the figures, patterns or characters of the logo (logo) (10), wherein the parameters of the laser engraving are corrected according to different metal plating layers, and the laser engraving is a conventional technology and is not repeated herein. Then coating the protective paint layer (4) on the display layer (3) to avoid the display layer (3) peeling off or slow down the oxidation, then combining the curved surface protective cover (5) on the curved surface substrate (1) to cover the display layer (3), the common method is injection or adhesion mode, and the curved surface substrate (1) is transparent or semi-transparent, so as to display the graph, pattern or character of the display layer (3).

Referring to fig. 4, in addition to the display layer (3) being formed on the concave back surface (12) of the curved substrate (1), the display layer (3) may be formed on the convex display surface (11) of the curved substrate (1), for example, in fig. 4, a coating is coated on the convex display surface (11) by evaporation or sputtering, then the coating is processed into the display layer (3) by removing the unnecessary coating by laser engraving, then the protective paint layer (4) is coated on the display layer (3) to prevent the display layer (3) from peeling off or slow down the oxidation of the display layer, and then the curved protective cover (5) is combined on the curved substrate (1) to cover the display layer (3), at this time, the curved protective cover (5) is exposed in the environment to display the display layer (3), thus, the scratch-resistant layer (2) is coated on the curved protective cover (5). At this time, the curved surface protection cover (5) is required to be in a transparent or semitransparent shape so as to display the figures, patterns or characters of the display layer (3).

In addition, the thickness of the plating layer (30) is between about 10 nm and 150 nm, and the thickness of the plating layer (30) is preferably between about 40 nm and 100 nm, and the thickness of the protective paint layer (4) for protecting the display layer (3) is between about 15 microns and 100 microns, preferably between about 40 microns and 60 microns, and is light-permeable or light-impermeable, thereby presenting a more varied visual sensation. The vehicle decorative plate disclosed by the invention does not use ink at all, but directly engraves the graph of the display layer (3) on the metal coating, so that the display graph does not need to be generated by the ink, and the problem of color difference caused by high-temperature deterioration of the laser engraving ink is solved. And the patterns of the display layer (3) are not transferred by printing methods such as screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping and the like, so that the problems of pattern edge burrs, pattern cracks or incomplete transfer printing are avoided. The curved substrate can be a regular curved surface with a single curvature or an irregular curved surface with any irregular curvature change.
