eighthly, the scrapers 305 clean the aquatic weeds or sundries attached to the outer side of the outer cylinder 201, and buoyancy of the outer cylinder 201 is improved.

When in use: when the water conservancy flood prevention early warning device is used in water condition monitoring, firstly, the body 1 is arranged at a position of a reservoir or a dam close to a bank, a threaded rod in the vertical groove 101 is rotated, a preset value is set according to the position of the capacity adjusting positioning plate 102 of the reservoir or the dam, the outer cylinder 201 is provided with buoyancy to drive the waterproof motor to move, the waterproof motor drives the rotating plate 203 to rotate in the bottom groove 202 through the meshing of gears, a blade at the inner side of the rotating plate 203 cuts aquatic weeds to prevent the aquatic weeds from winding the outer cylinder 201, the bottom plate 204 is arranged at the outer side of the body 1 to slide to ensure that the inner side of the outer cylinder 201 does not contact with the floating plate 103, a filter hole at the top of the bottom plate 204 filters the chopped aquatic weeds or other sundries, the floating plate 103 slides along the body 1, the pointer 104 points to the scale at the side of the body 1, the convex lens at the top of the outer cylinder 201 amplifies the scale on the body 1 to improve the reading accuracy, and the floating plate 103 moves to reach the preset value, peripheral staff is reminded in alarm lamp alarm at kickboard 103 top, the signal transmitter through its top makes the result of monitoring transmit the regimen station to carry out the analysis simultaneously, make planking 302 and inner panel 303 remove in inner chamber 301 under the effect of spring, reduce the influence of surface of water ripple fluctuation to kickboard 103, the threaded rod of waterproof motor drive urceolus 201 side drives slide 304 and removes, scraper blade 305 is to adnexed pasture and water or debris clearance in the urceolus 201 outside, improve the buoyancy of urceolus 201, slide 304 drives the side clearance of clearance board 308 to planking 303 and planking 302 through the connecting plate simultaneously, keep inner panel 303 and the filtration of planking 302 trompil to aquatic debris.
