4. The air oven of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:

the heating module is arranged in the shell, and the supporting component is connected with the heating module arranged in the shell through a connecting component with adjustable length;

an air outlet is formed in one side of the shell, a filter screen is arranged on the air outlet, and the heating module is opposite to the filter screen so as to heat the pot body placed on the supporting part.

5. The air oven of claim 4, wherein the heating module comprises a heat pipe; the heating tube is connected with a power supply in the shell.

Background

An air fryer is a high-tech cooking tool. The principle is that hot oil in an original frying pan is replaced by air, convection heating similar to solar hot air is used, the hot air forms rapidly circulating heat flow in the closed pan, food is cooked, meanwhile, the hot air blows away moisture on the surface layer of the food, and the food can achieve the effect similar to frying without frying.

An air oven, comprising:

a support member;

a pan body placed on the support member;

the heating module is connected with the supporting part and heats the side wall of the pot body placed on the supporting part.

Referring to fig. 1, the heating module 200 may be disposed in a housing, and when the pot body 100 is placed on the supporting member 400, the pot body 100 is in sealing contact with the heating module, that is, the pot body 100 is in sealing contact with the housing, so that the heating module 200 in the housing can heat the pot body. The bottom of the pot body 100 of each size is provided with a rotation shaft mounting part, preferably disposed at the center of the bottom of each size, which is inserted into the first through hole to be engaged with the rotation shaft positioned in the first through hole when the pot body 100 is placed on the support part 400, so that the rotation motor 410 outputs power and drives the pot body 100 to rotate through the rotation shaft and the rotation shaft mounting part when the rotation motor 410 is started. In one embodiment, the rotating motor 410 rotates the container for holding food in the pot 100, rather than rotating the entire pot 100, to achieve the heat preservation effect.

In addition, it should be noted that, in order to realize the rotation of the pan body 100, a certain gap may exist between the pan body 100 and the supporting member 400, that is, the gap between the pan body 100 and the supporting member 400 is realized by the length of the rotating shaft supporting member 400, so that the friction during the rotation can be avoided. Referring to fig. 1, the heating module 200 may be disposed in a housing, so that the distance between the supporting member 400 and the housing is adjustable, and the distance between the supporting member 400 and the heating module 200 is adjustable, so that the supporting member 400 can accommodate different sizes of pans 100.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connecting member 500 may be a telescopic rod or a corrugated connecting member 500, so that the distance between the supporting member 400 and the heating module 200 can be adjusted. Optionally, in order to ensure the heating effect, the length of the extension of the two sides of the housing is the maximum adjustable length of the connecting member 500, so that when the pot body 100 is placed on the supporting member 400, the side wall of the pot body 100 is tightly combined with the extension of the two sides of the housing. In one embodiment, the connecting member 500 may be a separate member for easy replacement, and both ends of the connecting member 500 are respectively connected to the housing and the supporting member 400, for example, the connecting member 500 may be a wire 510, one end of which is connected to the housing for connecting to a power source in the housing, and the other end of which is connected to the supporting member 400 for supplying power to the electrical components in the supporting member 400. In other embodiments, the bottom of the baking cage 120 may be provided with a pulley, and the bottom of the oil receiving pan 130 may be provided with a slide way, so that the pulley of the baking cage 120 slides along the slide way of the oil receiving pan 130 under the driving of the rotating motor 410 to rotate the baking cage 120, and in addition, the rotating speed of the baking cage 120 can also be adjusted by controlling the rotating motor 410.

In one embodiment, since the housing of the heating module 200 is fixed, all sizes of the oil pan 130 are provided with the same size on the side in contact with the housing, or the sizes may be changed, in order to achieve different sizes, but the outer edges of the oil pan 130 are still sealed from each other when in contact with the housing. Alternatively, a large oil receiving pan 130 may be provided, but the size of the inner baking cage 120 may vary,

in one embodiment, the heat insulation layer 110 is sleeved on the portion of the sidewall of the oil receiving pan 130 not opened with the air inlet 140. In particular, the insulating layer 110 may be integrally formed with the oil pan 130 or may be two separate components. The thermal insulation layer 110 is mainly used for thermal insulation. In one embodiment, in order to make the structure and principle of the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7:

the invention provides an air oven, which comprises a heating module 200, a supporting part 400 and a pan body 100, wherein the heating module 200 is connected with the supporting part 400 through a connecting part 500 with adjustable length or fixedly connected with the supporting part 400, so that the pan bodies 100 with a plurality of sizes can be replaceably placed on the supporting part 400, or only one size of pan body 100 is placed on the supporting part 400 and connected with the heating module 200, so that the heating module 200 can heat food in the pan body 100, the supporting part 400 is connected with the heating module 200, and the pan body is placed on the supporting part 400, so that the pan body 200 can be directly taken down from the supporting part 400 for cleaning after heating is finished, no limitation exists, the taking is easier, the cleaning and the taking and placing of an outer shell are more convenient, and the replacement of the pan bodies 100 with a plurality of sizes can be realized through the connecting part 500 with adjustable length, therefore, the proper pot body 100 can be selected according to the amount of food, and energy waste or multiple heating is avoided.

Wherein, optionally, the supporting member 400 is provided with a rotating member connected with the pot body 100 to drive the pot body 100 to rotate, so that the heating module 200 can uniformly heat the pot body 100. Optionally, the adding module includes an oil receiving pan 130 and a baking cage 120, wherein the oil receiving pan 130 is placed on the supporting member 400, during cooking, the oil receiving pan 130 does not need to rotate, the baking cage 120 is placed in the oil receiving pan 130 and can be taken from the supporting plate together with the oil receiving pan 130, the baking cage 120 passes through a second through hole at the bottom of the oil receiving pan 130 to be connected with the rotating motor 410, and the baking cage 120 rotates inside the oil receiving pan 130 under the action of the rotating motor 410.

Further, an air inlet 140 is formed at a side portion of the oil pan 130, and when the oil pan 130 is placed on the supporting member 400, the air inlet 140 faces the heating module 200.

The heating module 200 may include a housing, a heating pipe disposed in the housing, a blower 240 and fan blades 230, under the action of the blower 240, the fan blades 230 may rotate to blow heat generated by the heating pipe 220 into the pot body 100 through the air inlet 140, wherein an air outlet is disposed on one side of the housing facing the air inlet 140, and a filter screen may be disposed on the air outlet.

In addition, the pot body 100 further comprises a pot cover 300, and the pot cover 300 is used for covering the oil receiving pot 130.

When the barbecue grill is used, the controller 210 on the shell is started, so that the fan 240 drives the fan blades 230 to rotate, heat generated by the heating tube 220 is blown into the pan body 100, and accordingly food in the barbecue grill 120 can be barbecued and cooked, and under the action of the rotating motor 410, the barbecue grill 120 rotates, and hot air uniformly heats the food in the barbecue grill 120.

In the above embodiment, the oil receiving pan 130 and the baking cage 120 can be conveniently taken off and cleaned integrally, so that the effect of easy cleaning is achieved. The structure of uncapping at the top, food is conveniently taken, also can take out food with roast cage 120 is whole, realizes the effect of easily taking. Meanwhile, as the rotary barbecue is realized, the heating is more uniform, and the cooking effect on food is better.
