Technical Field

The invention relates to a disposable overall delivery spread towel and a folding method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical sanitation and being used for delivery and delivery of obstetrics and gynecology department in hospitals.

Background

Because of the requirement of sterile operation in the natural labor, the delivery is carried out after the towel is laid in the delivery process, the existing towel is 6-7 pieces, wherein the existing towel comprises a large hip pad, two leg sleeves and three to four small towels, the three towels are used for laying the towels on the legs of the left thigh and the right thigh and one belly, and the other small towel is used for protecting the perineum. The conventional delivery and towel laying sequence is as follows:

if the operator wears the hand washing clothes: when the towel is spread, firstly, the buttocks pad is singly spread under the buttocks of a patient, then the side leg sleeve is sleeved and the side leg spreading towel is spread, then the leg sleeve close to one side of the towel spreader is sleeved and the leg spreading towel is spread, and finally the abdomen spreading towel is spread on the head and the side.

If the operator has worn the surgical gown: when the towel is spread, firstly, the buttocks pad is singly spread under the buttocks of a patient, then the leg sleeve close to one side of the towel spreader is sleeved with the leg spreading towel, then the side leg sleeve is sleeved with the side leg spreading towel, and finally the abdomen at the front side is spread with the towel.

After the leg scarf and the abdomen scarf are paved around the perineum, the fourth small square scarf can be applied to protect the perineum when needed, so that the friction force between the perineum and the perineum is increased, and the perineum and gloves can be prevented from slipping off when delivery is performed.

Because the number of the existing delivery shop towels is large, the various shop towels are required to be sequentially put on the specific part of the puerpera one by one after the delivery bag is opened, the time required for the shop towels is long, and medical staff are required to skillfully master the shop towel sequence, so that the sterile operation principle is prevented from being violated due to wrong shop towel sequence; and a plurality of shop towels are owing to all be the individual of separation after placing, the parturient changes in the childbirth in-process position or the change of shank position when exerting oneself, cause the shop towel slippage easily, because aseptic technique requires can not pull back original position behind the slippage, thereby lead to can not guarantee in whole delivery process that original shop towel position keeps unchangeable, shop towel position change in-process probably makes aseptic district become to have the fungus district, aseptic district area reduction and have the increase of fungus district area, cause the infection easily.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a disposable overall delivery spread towel to solve the problems of large quantity of various spread towels, complicated spreading towel sequence, long time, easy slippage after the spread towels are spread, high aseptic risk, easy infection of puerpera and infants and the like in the conventional spread towel. In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a disposable overall delivery drape which forms a sterile operating area for delivery at the perineum of the parturient; the sterile operation area is composed of a middle part which is arranged between the two legs and covers the perineum and leg protecting parts which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the middle part and cover the legs; the middle part and the leg protecting parts on the two sides are connected into a whole.

When the parturient gives birth naturally, the parturient lies on the obstetric table in the way of lithotomy position, and the parturient and the midwife are matched to cover the whole body of the parturient. In the process of spreading the towel, a midwife can spread the leg protecting parts at two sides, the middle part of the whole towel is naturally positioned around the perineum of the puerpera, and the middle part is respectively flattened towards the abdomen and the table top along the length direction of the body of the puerpera.

Further, the middle part comprises an abdomen protecting part arranged on the head side and covering the abdomen, and a midwifery extending part arranged on the foot side and covering the table top; the abdomen protecting part, the delivery extension part and the leg protecting parts at the two sides enclose a sterile operation area for delivery at the perineum of the lying-in woman.

Still further, the middle part still includes the delivery part of setting in lying-in woman perineum department, protect abdomen and connect in delivery part head side, the delivery extension is connected in delivery part foot side.

After the leg guard is laid, the abdomen guard and the midwifery extension part can be quickly laid. Wherein the delivery part is respectively connected with the abdomen protecting part and the delivery extension part and is positioned at the perineum, the delivery part is not clearly divided from the abdomen protecting part and the delivery extension part, and the delivery part only needs to be positioned at the perineum approximately. The delivery part can be arranged according to specific conditions, the delivery part is positioned at the perineum, and when the delivery is carried out, if the delivery part is arranged, a hole for delivering a newborn can be formed by manually tearing the delivery part and is aligned with the perineum, or the hole or other shapes required by delivery can be designed in the delivery part in advance; if the midwifery part is not arranged, the abdomen protecting part, the midwifery extending part and the two side leg protecting parts form a hole at the perineum part together in an enclosing way, and the midwifery can be directly connected through the hole. When the midwife lays a disposable overall midwifery spreading towel, the disposable overall midwifery spreading towel can stand on any two sides of a lying-in woman for operation, and the leg protection parts can be laid in different opening sequences according to different clothes worn by the midwife and different standing positions so as to ensure the aseptic requirement. The connecting portions of the drape portions may be connected directly or by means of a stretchable material, such as a fan-shaped structure, or may be an area of material in order to conform to the morphology of the woman. Whole drape convenient operation integrates into one with original a plurality of pajamas, has reduced the loaded down with trivial details order and the time of spreading the drape and laying the drape, and whole pajamas naturally forms a sterile operation area in lying-in woman perineum department, and the drape is whole difficult for the landing, has reduced lying-in woman and baby's infection scheduling problem.

Furthermore, the middle part still includes the apparatus portion of putting the apparatus, the apparatus portion of putting is connected in the foot side of connecing to produce the extension and is set up on the mesa between two leg guards. By arranging the instrument placing part on the table board of the obstetric table, the sterile instrument for delivering can be conveniently placed, and the delivery by doctors is facilitated.

Further, the utility model also comprises a hip pad under the hip, and the hip pad is connected with the midwifery part or the midwifery extension part. By arranging the buttocks pad, the table top can be prevented from being polluted by excrement, placenta and other sundries of the lying-in woman during delivery.

Furthermore, the middle part can be added with a perineum protecting part for protecting perineum, and is connected with the delivery part or the delivery extension part. The doctor needs to press in perineum both sides with the hand in order to prevent that lying-in woman's perineum department muscle from tearing, through setting up perineum protection portion, and doctor's accessible perineum protection portion presses in perineum both sides, has increased the frictional force of hand with perineum both sides, prevents the hand slippage.

Furthermore, the buttocks of the pad are of a pocket-shaped structure, and the bag body is plugged under the buttocks through the opening of the pocket-shaped structure when in use. The hip pad part is arranged into the pocket-shaped structure, and after other parts of the drape are laid, the midwife can directly insert the whole hip pad part into the lower hip of the puerpera by penetrating the two hands into the pocket-shaped structure, so that the operation is convenient, and the time for laying and paving the drape is saved; the buttock pad can also be a small spreading towel which is directly arranged on the back of the whole spreading towel, and the buttock pad can be directly arranged under the buttock when in use.

Further, the drape is composed of, but not limited to, three layers, in particular the midwifery extension or/and the hip pad, composed of, but not limited to, three layers, including a waterproof layer as a bottom layer, an intermediate water absorbent layer, and a sterile layer as a top layer. If a water absorbing layer or a waterproof layer is laid on the table top in advance, only one sterile layer is needed for laying the towel, such as but not limited to non-woven fabrics, so that materials are saved, and the requirement of sterility can be met.

Furthermore, the side of the leg protecting part contacting with the human body is provided with a pedal pocket for covering feet. Through set up the pedal pocket on protecting the shank, the lying-in woman can directly overlap the foot in the pedal pocket, can lay leg protection portion on the leg fast, and the pedal pocket can be made into the cover tube-shape, and lying-in woman and midwife direct cooperation overlap the shank in the pedal pocket, need not tie up again or paste, has practiced thrift the time of spreading the piece of cloth, the operation of being convenient for.

Preferably, the leg protection part is provided with a binding structure for coating the leg. The binding structure is but not limited to one of a self-adhesive button, a self-adhesive glue for adhering the leg protector to the human body or a binding rope. Protect the shank also can make for individual layer structure, tie up the structure and tie up the shank in the shank through tying up, tie up the structure and through setting up self-adhesive fastener or self-adhesive, practiced thrift and tie up the time of tying up to whole paving time of piece of cloth has been practiced thrift.

Further, the leg guard is provided with a telescopic fold structure which is matched with the knee bending part of the puerpera in the lithotomy position state and is formed by folding. Through setting up the fold structure, when the lying-in woman is the lithotomy position state, the fold of fold structure can pull open and the gomphosis is in crooked knee department, makes whole leg guard portion stably set up on the leg to can prevent whole drape slippage scheduling problem.

Furthermore, the leg protecting part is 40-150cm long and 20-150cm wide; the length of the abdomen protecting part is 10-100cm, and the width of the abdomen protecting part is 20-150 cm; the length of the delivery part is 10-100cm, and the width of the delivery part is 10-150 cm; the length of the midwifery extension part is 20-200cm, and the width of the midwifery extension part is 50-200 cm. The different sizes of all parts of the spreading towel are limited, the spreading towel with different models or universal models and sizes can be manufactured, and the application of various body materials is easy to adapt.

The invention also relates to a folding method of the disposable integral delivery spread towel, which comprises the following steps:

s1, folding the leg protecting parts at the two sides to the middle part of the drape at one side of the drape surface layer;

and S2, folding the drape folded in the step S1 for a plurality of times on one side of the drape surface layer to form a sealable drape block.

The leg protecting parts on the two sides are folded to the middle part of the spreading towel, the leg protecting parts and the middle part of the spreading towel can be clearly distinguished, the spreading towel can be conveniently identified and laid after being unfolded, meanwhile, the surface layer of the middle part of the spreading towel can be packaged in the spreading towel, and the aseptic requirement is ensured. Step S2 can encapsulate the drape block in the sterile bag after a plurality of times of folding, and can mark the sign of the drape unfolding direction on the drape block, so as to facilitate the normal opening and the paving of the drape by an operator, prevent the drape surface layer from contacting with other parts, ensure the sterile requirement of the drape surface layer, and ensure the sterile requirement of the operation area of the delivery.

Further, before step S1, the method further includes the step of folding the leg protector at least once on the drape layer side.

Folding the leg protector at least once generally includes at least the following four cases:

firstly, the leg protector is folded once from the foot side. The abdomen protecting part, the midwifery part and the midwifery extending part are all arranged around the perineum according to the operation requirement, the leg protecting part is longer according to the characteristics of the human body, and the leg protecting part is folded in half from the foot side, so that the problem that the whole drape is too long and is not folded well can be prevented.

And secondly, folding the leg protection part from the outer side once. The leg protection part is folded in half on one side of the surface layer, so that the surface layer of the leg protection part can be clamped in the folded leg protection part, the leg protection part is prevented from being polluted due to contact with other parts when being opened, and the requirement of aseptic operation of the leg protection part is met.

And thirdly, folding the leg protection part from the foot side of the leg, and then folding the leg protection part from the outer side of the leg.

Fourthly, the outer side of the leg protection part is folded once, and then the foot side of the leg protection part is folded once.

And in the third and fourth conditions, the leg guard part is folded twice on one side of the towel spreading surface layer, so that the size of the whole leg guard part is reduced, and the leg guard part is conveniently folded at the middle part of the towel spreading.

Further, before step S1, the method further includes the step of previously folding the middle portion of the drape, which is not connected to the leg-protecting portion, between the two leg-protecting portions of the drape, on the surface of the middle portion of the drape, on the side of the surface of the drape. The middle part which is not connected with the leg protection part is folded and pressed on the surface layer of the middle part of the spreading towel, so that the middle part of the spreading towel is not opened when the leg protection part is spread, and the middle part of the spreading towel is opened finally after the leg protection part is spread, thereby ensuring the requirement of asepsis of the middle part of the spreading towel. Meanwhile, if the middle part is longer than the leg guard part after the leg guard part is folded, in order to conveniently fold the whole towel into a towel paving block, the longer part needs to be firstly folded and pressed on the surface layer of the middle part along the cutting point of the leg guard part.

Furthermore, the table board part also comprises an instrument placing part for placing instruments, and the instrument placing part is arranged on the table board between the two leg protecting parts; the instrument placing part is folded and pressed on the surface layer of the middle part of the towel paving surface layer at one side of the towel paving surface layer after a plurality of times of folding.

Furthermore, after each folding, the spreading towels are provided with sequence marks according to the opening sequence of the spreading towels. By arranging the sequence marks, the midwife can conveniently and quickly open and lay the towel according to the sequence marks, so that the time is saved, and meanwhile, the towel laying surface layer pollution caused by misoperation of the midwife can be prevented.

The invention also relates to the application of the disposable integral delivery drape in a delivery bag. The disposable integral delivery spread towel is arranged in the delivery bag, so that the tedious work of medical staff for repeatedly taking the delivery bag every day is reduced, the rule that the quantity of articles is inconsistent with the quantity of articles brought by repeatedly exchanging the delivery bag with a newborn pediatric room is also reduced, the delivery bag can be compactly filled with various articles and quickly unfolded, safety and sanitation are realized, the working efficiency of the medical staff is greatly improved, and the preparation time for delivery is saved.

When the disposable integral delivery spread towel is used, a midwife firstly lays the leg protecting part on two legs of a lying-in woman according to the requirement of aseptic operation, and then sequentially lays the abdomen protecting part, the delivery extending part and the instrument placing part in the middle of the spread towel. The disposable integral delivery spread towel can be opened in a few steps to complete the preparation of the integral spread towel, and the problem of slippage of the spread towel is solved due to the integral design; the leg protection part is fixed on the leg quickly and simply, and the middle part of the spreading towel only needs to be unfolded towards the head side and the foot side, so that the time for spreading the towel is saved; and the towel spreading surface layer is clamped inside the towel spreading block after the whole towel spreading is folded, and the towel spreading block is gradually opened, so that the towel spreading surface layer is finally and completely exposed, and the aseptic requirement of the towel spreading is ensured.
