s1: processing a semi-finished coil: printing a layer of water-based ink on the imported kraft paper, and compounding two layers of materials of the imported kraft paper and non-woven fabric into a semi-finished coil material through medium petrochemical polyethylene of a laminating machine;

s2: processing the single-layer film coil stock: compounding the semi-finished coil material and the two-layer material of the outer waterproof breathable film into a single-layer film coil material by medium petrochemical polyethylene of a film laminating machine, and printing patterns on the surface of the outer waterproof breathable film;

s3: processing the double-layer film roll material: compounding the single-layer film coil material and the inner waterproof breathable film layer material into a double-layer film coil material through medium petrochemical polyethylene for a laminating machine.

3. The kraft paper and non-woven fabric composite material and the production process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the production process comprises: the usage amount of the petrochemical polyethylene in the S2 and the S3 is calculated according to 15-20g per square.

The kraft paper and non-woven fabric composite material and the production process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the production process comprises: the S3 middle and outer waterproof breathable film is formed by compounding a PP polypropylene reinforcing layer, a PE polyethylene breathable film and a PP polypropylene protective layer, and the thickness of the outer waterproof breathable film is 2-5 mu m.

Common packaging materials in the market at present comprise paper, plastics, non-woven fabrics, paper-plastics or cloth-plastics composite materials and the like, and although the paper materials are environment-friendly and low in cost, the paper materials are not waterproof, have poor appearance stiffness, are easy to fold and cross, are not tear-resistant, have low strength and poor touch texture, and cannot meet the market requirements; therefore, a kraft paper and non-woven fabric composite material and a production process thereof are provided.

s3: processing the double-layer film roll material: compounding the single-layer film coil material and the inner waterproof breathable film layer material into a double-layer film coil material through medium petrochemical polyethylene for a laminating machine.

Preferably, the usage amount of the petrochemical polyethylene in S2 and S3 is 15-20g per square.

Preferably, in the S3, the outer waterproof breathable film is formed by compounding a PP polypropylene reinforcing layer, a PE polyethylene breathable film and a PP polypropylene protective layer, and the thickness of the outer waterproof breathable film is 2-5 μm.

Preferably, the inner waterproof breathable film in S3 is provided as a single-layer polyurethane film, and the thickness of the inner waterproof breathable film is 1 to 3 μm.

Preferably, the surface tension of the outer waterproof breathable film and the surface tension of the inner waterproof breathable film are not lower than 35 dyne/cm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the composite material provided by the invention is added with new materials and a new process, and the imported kraft paper is added on the basis of the original non-woven fabric material, so that the stiffness of the product appearance is ensured, the touch is more textured, the composite material is more practical and durable, the market selectivity is better, the market acceptance is good, and the composite material is high in waterproofness and air permeability, good in physical property, good in bending resistance, good in softness and high in tensile strength and has excellent corrosion resistance by adding a waterproof breathable layer inside and outside the composite material, so that the composite material is worthy of great popularization.
