The invention relates to the field of railway cranes, in particular to a variable-pitch span double-railway-line support pad device for a railway crane and a using method thereof.

Background

Along with the continuous increase of railway operation mileage in China, the special rescue construction equipment of the railway crane is widely applied. When the railway crane is used for hoisting operation, the supporting legs need to be reliably supported on a firm foundation so as to avoid the overturning of the railway crane caused by the collapse of the foundation. However, under the restriction of various conditions of rescue or construction sites, how to find a reliable supporting point for the supporting leg of the railway crane is always the biggest problem of site operation. This not only influences the efficiency of field operation, has directly influenced the operation safety of railway crane more.

Therefore, the variable-pitch double-railway-line-crossing support pad device for the railway crane is developed, and has very important significance for improving the working efficiency of the railway crane, eliminating the potential safety hazard of foundation collapse and ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a variable-pitch span double-railway-line support pad device for a railway crane and a use method thereof, so that a support leg of the railway crane can be conveniently and quickly supported above two parallel railway lines with different intervals, thereby improving the working efficiency of the railway crane, eliminating the potential safety hazard of foundation collapse and ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

Compared with the prior art, the variable-pitch span double-railway-line support pad device for the railway crane and the use method have the following beneficial effects:

(1) by arranging the cross beam, the suspension loop and the at least two support seats, the support seats are lifted by the support legs of the railway crane and are placed on the two steel rails of the railway line, the railway crane is supported by the support seats, the counter force of the support legs of the railway crane can be effectively transmitted to the upper parts of the steel rails, and the steel rails have strong bearing capacity, so the support legs of the railway crane can obtain a relatively reliable support foundation, the potential safety hazard of foundation collapse is eliminated, and the safety of equipment and personnel is ensured;

(2) the connection of the supporting seat and the span beam ball pair can adapt to errors caused by different heights of two steel rails of a railway line, and the span beam is guaranteed to be vertically supported on the supporting seat; the supporting seats are rotatably connected with the span line beam in the horizontal plane, so that the width distance between the two supporting seats is changed, and the requirement of the railway crane on supporting cushions of railway double lines with different distances is met;

(3) the sliding support is arranged, so that the requirements of different supporting leg spans can be met.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
