The vulcanized rubber powder in the activated state comprises a plurality of powder particles with the surfaces being wholly or partially desulfurized;

the powder particles comprise a desulfurization layer 1 positioned on the surface of the particles and a vulcanization layer 2 positioned in the particles;

the desulfurization layer 1 enables the powder particles to have viscosity, and further enables the powder particles to be directly molded together without adhesives;

the vulcanized layer 2 enables the powder particles to have structural strength, and the stickiness of the desulfurized layer 1 is utilized, so that the powder particles can be pressed into a rubber flat plate.

The molding pressure is 15-60 MPa.

The molding time is 15-60 min.

The invention directly produces the body-building footpath by one step from vulcanized rubber powder and has the characteristics of simple process and low cost. Because the adopted main raw material is waste vulcanized rubber (such as vulcanized rubber edges in factories), the cost is saved and the rubber resource is effectively utilized.

Examples of the invention using scrap tire rubber:

firstly, sorting waste rubber, for example, firstly, roughly crushing waste tyre rubber, removing steel wires and cord threads, then carrying out activation crushing at 50-120 ℃, placing the obtained 20-200 mesh part of desulfurized rubber powder on a mould to be uniformly spread, and then directly carrying out mould pressing under the conditions of 160-230 ℃, 60MPa of pressure and 15-30 minutes to form a body-building footpath with the thickness of 6-18 mm.

The embodiment of the invention using the waste ethylene propylene rubber of the factory comprises the following steps:

sorting the waste ethylene propylene rubber powder, removing impurities, activating and crushing at 50-120 ℃, placing the obtained 20-200 mesh desulfurized rubber powder on a mold to be spread uniformly, and pressing at 160-230 ℃, under 40MPa for 25 minutes to form a 13mm fitness footpath.

The invention uses the rubber track and basketball court material as the embodiment:

firstly, the materials of sports rubber track and basketball court recovered in factory are crushed and sorted, then the impurities are removed, then the activation crushing is carried out at 50-120 ℃, the obtained 20-200 mesh part of desulfurized rubber powder is placed on a mould to be spread evenly, and then the desulfurized rubber powder is directly moulded into the body-building footpath with the thickness of 6-18mm under the conditions of the temperature of 160-230 ℃, the pressure of 60MPa and the time of 15-30 minutes.

The invention can produce vulcanized rubber powder in an activated state, and the novel environment-friendly fitness footpath is produced by one-step direct compression molding according to the novel powder processing technical method, has simple production method, short production flow, good product usability, simple construction and use and lower cost, and is suitable for application in walking, running and riding fitness footpaths.

By adopting the simple and practical technical scheme, the body-building footpath produced by the method has the characteristics of simple manufacturing process, excellent product performance, good impact resistance and falling damage resistance, convenient construction and lower cost.

The invention has the following advantages:

1. the fully vulcanized rubber powder is used for manufacturing, so that the environmental protection of the existing fitness footpath is improved, and the rubber resource is saved.

2. The three-layer composite one-step compression molding technology is practical and simple, and has the advantages of simple production, convenient construction and application and lower cost.

3. The body-building footpath produced by the invention has reasonable structure, good elasticity, simple and convenient construction and good application performance, can reduce possible sports injury of sports body-building, and is a safe, healthy and environment-friendly body-building footpath product.
