The sprinkling point spraying material is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B; the component A comprises alkyd resin, a dispersing agent, black powder, a solvent, a defoaming agent, high-hardness powder, gas silicon and bentonite; the component B comprises TDI tripolymer, TDI addition product, polyurethane grade solvent and dehydrating agent.

A spot-spraying material according to claim 3, wherein the component A comprises 35 to 45 parts by weight of alkyd resin, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of dispersant, 8 to 10 parts by weight of black toner, 5 to 7 parts by weight of solvent, 0.1 to 0.5 part by weight of defoaming agent, 34 to 45 parts by weight of high-hardness powder, 2 to 3 parts by weight of silicon dioxide and 1 to 2 parts by weight of bentonite.

6. The aqueous skin-feel wood coating of claim 5, wherein the solvent comprises butyl acetate and ethyl acetate.

7. A method of making a spot spray material according to claim 6, comprising the steps of:

preparation of the component A:

1) weighing the alkyd resin, the dispersing agent, the black powder, the solvent, the defoaming agent, the high-hardness powder, the gas silicon and the bentonite according to the proportion;

2) mixing the alkyd resin and butyl acetate, and dispersing at medium speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution I;

3) adding a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent into the mixed solution I, and dispersing at a medium speed until the mixed solution I is uniform to obtain a mixed solution II;

4) adding gas silicon, bentonite and black toner into the mixed solution II, and dispersing at a high speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution III;

5) adding high-hardness powder into the mixed solution III, and dispersing at a medium speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution IV;

6) adding ethyl acetate into the mixed solution IV, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixed solution IV;

Background

The wine-dropping paint is a paint which is coated on the surface of a product and is similar to dripping water beads, the coating can protect the surface of an object and has artistic feeling, and the wine-dropping paint is usually used for coating the outer surfaces of instruments, equipment, metal products and the like. The sprayed paint has beautiful appearance and strong decoration, and can mask the surface defects of shallow mechanical scars, roughness, unevenness and the like of the coated object.

Chinese patent document CN200810142154.9, application date 20080826, entitled: an aqueous woodenware sprinkling paint is disclosed, which mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of water, 2-4 parts of a film forming additive, 0.2-0.4 part of a wetting dispersant, 0.4-0.8 part of a defoaming agent, 50-60 parts of a filler, 10-30 parts of an acrylic emulsion and 1-1.5 parts of a thickening agent; the preparation method of the water-based woodenware wine-dropping paint comprises the following steps: according to the formula amount, 3/5 amount of water is taken and added into a batching pot, and stirring is started at the rotating speed of 500-700 rpm; sequentially adding a film forming additive, a wetting dispersant, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent according to the formula amount, and adding a filler after uniformly stirring: the stirring speed is adjusted to be over 1200rpm by 600 meshes of quartz powder, 1000 meshes of calcium carbonate and 1000 meshes of talcum powder, and the mixture is dispersed at a high speed for over 25min to form uniform paint slurry; grinding the uniformly stirred paint paste until the particle size is less than or equal to 35 mu m; transferring the ground paint paste into another mixing pot, stirring at a low speed until the paint paste is uniform, sequentially adding the acrylic emulsion with the formula amount and the rest water with the formula amount of 2/5, stirring for at least more than 20min, testing the initial viscosity, adding the thickening agent with the formula amount according to the measured initial viscosity, and adjusting the viscosity of the paste to 3500-4500 mPas.

The water-based wine-dropping paint provided by the patent documents has the advantages of natural shape, strong texture, smoothness, quick drying and the like, and is suitable for coating large-scale stage sound boxes and musical instruments. However, no technical proposal about a spot spraying material with high hardness, scratch resistance, long construction activation period and strong stereoscopic impression is proposed yet.

Therefore, a scattering spraying material with high hardness, scratch resistance, long construction activation period and strong stereoscopic impression is needed,

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a sprinkling point spraying material and a preparation method thereof, so as to at least achieve the effects of high hardness, scratch resistance, long construction activation period and strong stereoscopic impression.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a spot spraying material comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises alkyd resin, a dispersing agent, black powder, a solvent, a defoaming agent, high-hardness powder, gas silicon and bentonite; the component B comprises TDI tripolymer, TDI addition product, polyurethane grade solvent and dehydrating agent.

2) mixing the alkyd resin and butyl acetate, and dispersing at medium speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution I;

3) adding a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent into the mixed solution I, and dispersing at a medium speed until the mixed solution I is uniform to obtain a mixed solution II;

4) adding gas silicon, bentonite and black toner into the mixed solution II, and dispersing at a high speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution III;

5) adding high-hardness powder into the mixed solution III, and dispersing at a medium speed until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution IV;

6) adding ethyl acetate into the mixed solution IV, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixed solution IV;

preparation of the component B:

7) weighing the TDI tripolymer, the TDI addition product, the polyurethane-grade solvent and the dehydrating agent according to the proportion;

The main agent with high solid content and activation time of up to 3 hours is formed by alkyd resin, a dispersing agent, black powder, a solvent, a defoaming agent, high-hardness powder, air silicon and bentonite in the component A; and then the mixed solution is combined with the component B and reacts fully and quickly, and the TDI tripolymer, the TDI adduct, the polyurethane-grade solvent and the dehydrating agent in the component B are mainly used for participating in the crosslinking reaction of the component A to play a role in curing, so that the effects of high crosslinking density, strong stereoscopic impression and high scratch resistance of the sprinkling point spraying material are achieved. The JD12-70D coconut oil alkyd resin and the VT771 high-hardness filling powder are used as main bodies and are subjected to crosslinking reaction with a curing agent, so that the hardness and scratch resistance can be improved, and the advantages of long activation period, full sprinkling points and strong stereoscopic impression can be realized.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the sprinkling point spraying material, the component A is used for forming a main agent which is high in solid content and has the activation time as long as 3 hours; and then the B component is combined with the B component and reacts fully quickly, and the B component mainly participates in the crosslinking reaction of the A component to play a role in curing, so that the effects of high crosslinking density, strong stereoscopic impression and high scratch resistance of the spot spraying material are achieved.

2. According to the spot spraying material, JD12-70D coconut oil alkyd resin and VT771 high-hardness filling powder are used as main bodies and are subjected to cross-linking reaction with a curing agent, so that the hardness and scratch resistance can be improved, and the advantages of long activation period, full spraying points and strong stereoscopic impression can be realized.

3. The spot spraying material is suitable for audio equipment and the like.

In the following examples, the alkyd resin is JD12-70D coconut oil alkyd resin of Zhanchen, the dispersant is EFKA4010 dispersant of EFKA company, the black powder is carbon black M100 of Degussa, the defoamer is BYK066N foam breaking polysiloxane, the high hardness powder is VT771 high hardness filling powder of Yue, the gas silicon is M-5 of Cabot company, and the bentonite is hydrophilic 758 bentonite of Zhejiang Huatt company; TDI trimer is JDOK-50TL of Zhanchen new material, TDI additive is BG-L75 of Bogao, and dehydrating agent is F-180 of samsung paint; both butyl acetate and ethyl acetate were purchased from the metallocene petrochemical company.

Example 1

1. A spot spraying material comprises a component A and a component B.

The component A comprises 41.9 parts of alkyd resin, 0.8 part of dispersant, 9 parts of black powder, 3 parts of butyl acetate, 2 parts of ethyl acetate, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 40 parts of high-hardness powder, 2 parts of gas silicon and 1 part of bentonite in parts by weight; the component B comprises 35 parts of TDI tripolymer, 40 parts of TDI addition product, 24 parts of butyl acetate and 1 part of dehydrating agent in parts by weight.

2. A preparation method of a sprinkling point spraying material comprises the following steps:

preparation of component A:

1) weighing alkyd resin, a dispersing agent, black powder, a solvent, a defoaming agent, high-hardness powder, gas silicon and bentonite according to a ratio;

2) mixing alkyd resin and butyl acetate, and dispersing at the rotating speed of 800rpm for 10min to obtain a mixed solution I;

The sprinkling point spraying material in the embodiment 1 of the invention is compared with the comparative example 2, wherein the comparative example 2 is not added with high-hardness powder, and other conditions such as dosage, preparation method and the like are the same as those in the embodiment 1 of the invention (the sprinkling point spraying material in the comparative example is not added with high-hardness powder, so as to prove that the sprinkling point spraying material has better performance).

Comparative example 3

The material for spray point application in example 1 of the present invention was compared with comparative example 3, wherein the comparative example 3 was not added with TDI adduct, and other conditions such as the amount of TDI adduct and the method of preparation were the same as those in example 1 of the present invention (the material for spray point application in the comparative example, which was not added with TDI adduct, was used to prove that the material for spray point application of the present invention has better properties).

Test effects

1. In order to verify the performance of the sprinkling point spraying material of the invention, the product performances of the sprinkling point spraying materials prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3, such as hardness, adhesive force, wear resistance, construction viscosity, sprinkling point effect and the like, were tested, wherein:

1) hardness: the measurement is carried out according to the regulation of GB/T6739-2006, and the used pencil is a Chinese edition 101 drawing pencil;

2) adhesion force: the cross-grid spacing is 2MM, determined according to the specifications of GB/T9286-1998;

3) wear resistance: the rubber grinding wheel is measured according to the specification of GB/T1768-2006, and the model of the used rubber grinding wheel is CS-10;

4) construction viscosity: according to the construction proportion, the seconds are measured by using a saline field 2# cup at 25 ℃.

The test results are shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the above table, compared with examples 1 to 5, the hardness and wear resistance of comparative examples 1 to 3 were significantly reduced, indicating that the high-hardness powder and TDI adduct have significant effects in improving the hardness and wear resistance; the construction viscosity of the comparative examples 1-2 is obviously increased, which shows that the activation period of the TDI adduct can be obviously prolonged; the spreading effect of the comparative examples 2-3 is obviously poor, which shows that the fullness and the stereoscopic impression can be ensured by adopting the collocation of the resin and the powder in the formula.

In conclusion, the sprinkling point spraying material and the preparation method thereof achieve the effects of high hardness, scratch resistance, long construction activation period and strong stereoscopic impression.
