Background

The magnetic force of the electromagnetic clamp can be controlled by the power-on and power-off because of the existence of the magnetism of the electromagnetic clamp, the strength of the magnetism of the electromagnetic clamp can be controlled by the strength of current, and the north and south poles of the electromagnetic clamp can be controlled by changing the direction of the current, so that the electromagnetic clamp is convenient to use. However, when power is cut off accidentally, the electromagnetic clamp is automatically demagnetized, and the magnetic force disappears, so that the clamping force disappears, the clamp fails, and the machining precision of the workpiece is affected or the workpiece is directly scrapped.

In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

When the electromagnetic device is used and is determined to be loosened, the coil 14 is powered off, the rocker 43 is rotated to separate the gear 152 from the rack structure 311, the attraction plate 3 is lifted under the action of the spring, and the long rod 31 is not hindered by the gear 152 and does not influence the lifting of the attraction plate 3. When the suction plate 3 is reset, the rocker 43 is reset under the action of the torsion spring, and the gear 152 is engaged with the rack structure 311.

In conclusion, the magnetic core with a special structure is utilized, the non-return rod is reserved on the magnetic core to provide structural support for the connection of a subsequent mechanical structure, meanwhile, the magnetic core is arranged in the shell, and the attraction plate with the long rod is additionally arranged, so that the attraction plate can keep in an attraction state after being electrified, the attraction plate cannot be accidentally separated due to accidental power failure, and the reliability and the continuity of attraction are improved.
