Background

A primary circuit main coolant pump of a nuclear power plant is a vertical double-speed three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motor, and the motor is connected with a main pump body through a torsion bar coupler. Before and after the unit is overhauled for a long time, the vibration state of the motor can generate certain change, and the situation of high vibration occurs. Therefore, after each overhaul is finished, dynamic balance adjustment needs to be carried out according to the vibration condition of the main pump motor.

During the implementation of dynamic balance of a main pump motor, the motor flywheel has a large diameter and the motor rotating shaft has a small diameter, so that the distance between the motor flywheel and the motor rotating shaft is long, and the size difference is large, so that an effective positioning means is lacked during actual operation, the installation angle of a balancing weight on the flywheel is difficult to accurately position according to a zero point mark on the motor rotating shaft, and the implementation effect of the dynamic balance of the main pump motor is influenced.

The main effects are as follows:

1) the actual angle of the weighting is difficult to position, the weighting angle is calibrated on site only by visual estimation at present, certain deviation exists between the actual angle and a theoretical calculation result, and the dynamic balance adjustment effect is influenced;

2) the actual weighting position has deviation from the theoretical calculation position, which influences the calculation of the dynamic balance influence coefficient of the main pump motor, and long-term error accumulation causes that the calculated influence coefficient cannot correctly represent the vibration characteristic of the main pump motor;

3) because the visual error is great, can lead to once adjusting unsuccessfully, influence the maintenance progress, increase extra economic cost, simultaneously, adjustment many times also increases personnel's stay time at the maintenance scene, increases unnecessary radiation risk.

The device is integrally designed by adopting an inner ring and an outer ring, a dial is carved on the inner ring and is arranged on a rotating shaft at the lower part of the motor, and a laser locator is arranged on the outer ring. After the installation is finished, the laser instrument (capable of projecting 360 degrees) is turned on, and the outer ring is rotated to perform angle positioning. The whole set of positioning device has easy operability, and the deviation of the angular positioning precision of the positioning device needs to meet the requirement of not more than +/-5 degrees.

Meanwhile, in order to avoid damages such as scraping and grinding to the motor rotating shaft body, a layer of protective washer (made of rubber or other materials) needs to be additionally arranged inside the positioning device to protect the motor rotating shaft.

(2) a micro level meter is arranged, so that the levelness can be conveniently adjusted;

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the dynamic balance weight angle positioning apparatus includes:

the laser positioning device comprises a positioning device inner ring 2 arranged outside a rotating shaft 1 at the lower part of the motor, a positioning device outer ring 3 arranged outside the positioning device inner ring 2, a level meter 6 arranged on the positioning device outer ring 3, and a laser ray instrument 8 arranged on the positioning device outer ring 3 and positioned on the outer edge.

The inner ring 2 of the locator is composed of two identical half rings, the two half rings wrap a rotating shaft 1 at the lower part of the motor and are fixed through an inner ring locking bolt 4;

similarly, the locator outer ring 3 is composed of two identical half rings, the two half rings wrap the locator inner ring 2 and are fixed through an outer ring locking bolt 5;

as shown in fig. 2, a concentric circular guide rail 9 is installed outside the locator inner ring 2, an outer ring inner roller 7 is installed on the guide rail, and the outer ring inner roller 7 is fixedly installed inside the locator outer ring 3 and is uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction. The locator inner ring 2 and the locator outer ring 3 are kept moving relatively in the respective circumferential directions by the relative movement of the outer ring inner roller 7 and the circular guide rail 9.

When the positioning instrument is installed, firstly, the positioning instrument inner ring 2 is clasped on the lower rotating shaft 1 of the motor, and the positioning instrument inner ring 2 is attached to the lower rotating shaft 1 of the motor by fastening the inner ring locking bolt 4 with a wrench;

then, an outer ring 3 of the position finder is installed, and attention is paid to the fact that an inner roller 7 of the outer ring needs to be embedded into a guide rail of the inner ring 2 of the position finder;

then an outer ring locking bolt 5 is installed, and a spanner is used for fastening the locator outer ring 3;

rotating the locator outer ring 3, if the locator outer ring can rotate smoothly and has no resistance, indicating that the locator inner ring 2 and the locator outer ring 3 are installed and matched in place;

mounting a laser ray instrument 8 on the outer ring 3 of the locator;

the level gauge 6 is placed on the outer ring 3 of the position gauge, and the levelness of the position gauge which is installed is finely adjusted according to the indication until the bubbles in the level gauge 6 move to the middle of the peeping window.

When the angle positioning is carried out in the trial period,

a. confirming that the positioning instrument is completely installed and the levelness is corrected;

b. turning on the laser ray instrument 8, and setting the positioning mode to be a vertical mode;

c. according to the angle required by the dynamic balance weight, the index of a dial is marked on the inner ring 2 of the locator, and the outer ring 3 of the locator is rotated to the required angle at a constant speed;

e. after the outer ring 3 of the locator is selected in place, the position indicated by the laser ray instrument 8 at the moment is marked, and angle positioning is finished.

When the positioning instrument is disassembled, the laser ray instrument 8 is closed firstly, then the laser ray instrument is disassembled, the outer ring locking bolt 5 is disassembled, and the outer ring 3 of the positioning instrument is disassembled; and (4) removing the inner ring locking bolt 4 and removing the locator inner ring 2.
