A miniature vibration device comprises an upper shell 1, a lower shell 10, a Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPCB)9, a Coil (CO) 8, a mass block 2 and an elastic sheet 6, wherein the lower shell comprises a plane and a positioning boss 10-1 with the central part of the plane protruding to the upper part; the flexible printed circuit board penetrates through the positioning boss and is combined with the plane of the lower shell, the coil is arranged on the upper portion of the flexible printed circuit board, the center of the coil penetrates through the positioning boss and is vertically combined with the plane of the lower shell, the mass block is arranged on the upper portion of the coil, and a magnet combining portion is arranged in the mass block and used for fixing the magnet 4, so that the mass block has weight, and vibration is amplified by using the weight; the number of the elastic pieces is two, the elastic pieces are all integrally made C-shaped structures, the upper ends of the elastic pieces are connected with the mass block, and the lower ends of the elastic pieces are arranged on the lower shell;
