Technical Field

Background

Taurine, chemical name 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, is dissolved in water and 95% ethanol, and exists in cytoplasm liquid of animal tissue, and research shows that the taurine can be combined with bile to form bile components, thereby promoting fat emulsification; taurine is the main free amino acid in retina, and the lack of taurine in animals can cause visual function reduction; taurine also acts as a neurotransmitter or hormone, and has a wide range of nutritional and regulatory effects on the cardiovascular system. After the taurine is added into the daily ration of the chicks, the weight is increased, the feed conversion rate is improved, and the taurine serving as a feed additive has positive effects on the growth performance and the immune function of the chicks, but has little effect on adult laying hens.

Guanidinoacetic acid, chemical name nmiglycine, is generally white or yellowish crystalline powder or flake crystalline, and is a creatine direct precursor. Murakami et al added guanidinoacetic acid at various doses of 0.06% -0.24% to quail ration for meat breed, found that guanidinoacetic acid in quail eggs is linearly increased and can increase the content of guanidinoacetic acid in muscle of hatched quails, and subsequently showed that the addition of guanidinoacetic acid can increase the reproductive performance and the content of creatine in quail offspring muscle creatine.

Although the addition of taurine or guanidinoacetic acid to animal feed has many benefits on the growth of animals, the simultaneous addition of taurine and guanidinoacetic acid to chicken feed as a chicken feed additive is not known, nor is the effect on the growth and egg production of chickens.

Dodder seed: has effects in invigorating kidney, replenishing vital essence, preventing miscarriage, nourishing liver, improving eyesight, invigorating spleen, and consolidating fetus, and can be used for treating diabetes, dim eyesight, anorexia, diarrhea, sexual impotence, spermatorrhea, soreness of waist and knees, etc.

Rhizoma curculiginis: can improve the responsiveness of ovary to Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in plasma, delay the aging process of reproductive system of rat, and improve sexual function.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the active components of the chicken feed additive are the combination of taurine and glycocyamine, and the combination of the active components greatly improves the laying rate of laying hens. The chicken feed disclosed by the invention is added with the combination of the dodder and the curculigo orchioides, so that the egg laying quality is improved, the eggshells are thickened, and the synergistic effect is realized through combined use.

Detailed Description

In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Example 1

In the experiment of the embodiment, 22-week-old egg-laying cymbidium chickens (the weight is 1.3 +/-0.1 Kg) are fed for 3 times a day, water is freely drunk, the sunlight irradiation time is 16 hours, and the laying hens are normally fed and managed. The daily ration comprises 60% of corn, 9.5% of corn cob powder, 23% of soybean meal, 1% of calcium bicarbonate, 5% of shell powder, 0.5% of salt, 0.2% of vitamin and 0.8% of methionine. The additives with different formulas are added into the basic ration in different proportions, and the control group is only fed with the basic ration.

The proportion gradient of the addition amount of taurine in the basic ration is set to be 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4% and 1.6%; the proportion gradient of the additive amount of the glycocyamine in the basic ration is set to be 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4% and 1.6%; taking 10 laying hens as an experimental group, counting the total number of eggs laid within 10 days, and calculating the laying rate: the total egg laying amount is 100% per 100X.

The experimental results are shown in fig. 1-2, and the maximum laying rate is obtained when the addition amount of taurine and the addition amount of glycocyamine are both 1.0%.

Example 2

In order to verify the effect of the combined use of taurine and glycocyamine, the addition amounts of taurine and glycocyamine in the basic ration are respectively set to be 1.0%, the addition amounts of taurine and glycocyamine in the compound additive are both 0.5%, the control is the basic ration, 10 laying hens are taken as an experimental group, the total number of eggs laid in 10 days is counted, and the laying rate of the laying helenium hens is calculated, as shown in table 1:

From table 1, it can be seen that the laying rate of the technical scheme of the compound addition of taurine and glycocyamine is remarkably improved compared with that of the single addition, and the synergistic effect of the compound addition of taurine and glycocyamine is proved.

Example 3

A chicken feed additive compounded by taurine and guanidinoacetic acid comprises the active components of taurine and guanidinoacetic acid; the chicken feed additive also comprises auxiliary materials, and the dosage mass ratio of taurine, glycocyamine and auxiliary materials is 1: 1: 2; the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 50% of chitosan, 20% of corncob powder, 5% of vitamin and 25% of calcium bicarbonate.

Example 4

A chicken feed additive compounded by taurine and guanidinoacetic acid comprises the active components of taurine and guanidinoacetic acid; the chicken feed additive also comprises auxiliary materials, and the dosage mass ratio of taurine, glycocyamine and auxiliary materials is 1: 1: 2; the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 60% of corncob meal, 5% of vitamin, 25% of calcium bicarbonate, 5% of EM microbial inoculum and 5% of methionine.

Example 5

A chicken feed additive compounded by taurine and guanidinoacetic acid comprises the active components of taurine and guanidinoacetic acid; the chicken feed additive also comprises auxiliary materials, and the dosage mass ratio of taurine, glycocyamine and auxiliary materials is 1: 1: 2; the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 45% of chitosan, 25% of corncob powder, 5% of vitamin, 15% of calcium acetate, 5% of EM microbial inoculum and 5% of methionine.

Example 6

The inventor researches and discovers that the chicken feed is added with some traditional Chinese medicine components, the laying rate is improved, in the embodiment, the chicken feed adopts the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of corn, 40 parts of bean pulp, 6 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine components, 1 part of taurine, 1 part of guanidinoacetic acid and 0.2 part of methionine.

In the experiment of the embodiment, 22-week-old egg-laying cymbidium hens (with the weight of 1.3 +/-0.1 Kg) are fed for 3 times a day, water is freely drunk, the sunlight irradiation time is 16 hours, 3 egg-laying hens are taken as an experiment group, eggs are collected within 3 days, and the thickness of the eggshells is measured to obtain an average value.

The test result is shown in fig. 3, the eggshell thickness is obviously increased by adding the dodder and the curculigo orchioides, and the eggshell thickness is not obviously changed by adding the tetragon grass, the plantain, the lycopodium clavatum, the dried orange peel, the argy wormwood leaf and the ligusticum wallichii.

Example 7

In order to verify the effect of the combination of the dodder and the curculigo orchioides, four groups of tests are respectively set, and the formula of the chicken feed for the control group is as follows according to parts by weight: 100 parts of corn, 40 parts of bean pulp, 6 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 1 part of taurine, 1 part of glycocyamine and 0.2 part of methionine; the semen cuscutae chicken feed formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of corn, 40 parts of bean pulp, 20 parts of semen cuscutae, 6 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 1 part of taurine, 1 part of glycocyamine and 0.2 part of methionine; the feed formula of the curculigo orchioides group chicken comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of corn, 40 parts of bean pulp, 20 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 6 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 1 part of taurine, 1 part of guanidinoacetic acid and 0.2 part of methionine; the feed formula for the dodder and curculigo orchioides group chicken comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of corn, 40 parts of bean pulp, 10 parts of semen cuscutae, 10 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 6 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 1 part of taurine, 1 part of glycocyamine and 0.2 part of methionine.

As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the single addition, the eggshell thickness of the composite addition of the dodder and the curculigo orchioides is remarkably improved, and the synergistic effect of the composite addition of the dodder and the curculigo orchioides is proved.
