Background

The extruder head stretches into the die cavity, the forming cavity of the corrugated pipe is formed along with the closing of each group of dies, the extruder injects molten polyethylene plastic into the dies, the solution can be rapidly filled into the grains, the corrugated pipe can be hardened and formed along with the forward movement of the dies by a cooling system, each pair of dies can be automatically opened for demolding, the dies move forward to continue to circularly form the corrugated pipe, the corrugated pipe after demolding is formed, the plastic is completely hardened by water cooling spraying, and the long corrugated pipe can be continuously increased.

The bellows used in the prior art is made of pure polyethylene plastic, which has insufficient internal pressure and rigidity resistance and poor corrosion resistance, resulting in short service life of the pipe.

In conclusion, the wall pipe with the mesh steel-plastic structure manufactured by the method in the technical scheme is used for water supply and drainage, gas pipes and the like, has higher ring rigidity and internal pressure resistance, is bonded with plastics in a penetrating way, has better bonding property, large pipeline caliber, strong corrosion resistance, simple production operation and strong practicability.
