s3: uniformly casting and distributing the fully biodegradable material in a molten state to the surface of the preheated paper to form a thin film layer;

s4: and tensioning and pressing the thin film layer and the paper which are cast and distributed on the surface of the paper together by a roller.

Background

For a paper laminating process, the laminating temperature of common materials on the market at present is about 300 ℃, the temperature is high, the energy consumption is high, the environment is not protected, and the paper laminating process is in a half-elimination trend; if the degradable material is adopted, the economic cost is high when the degradable material is popularized because the degradable material is very expensive and is limited by the cost.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a fully biodegradable material and a paper laminating process thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a fully biodegradable material comprising: bamboo powder, starch, biological resin, PLA, PBS and talcum powder, and the components are mixed and then catalyzed by biological enzyme to prepare the bamboo powder.

The components are as follows according to the mass ratio: 10-15 parts of bamboo powder, 16-20 parts of starch, 18-24 parts of biological resin, 20-25 parts of PLA, 20-30 parts of PBS and 10-25 parts of talcum powder.

The particle size of the bamboo powder is 800-1200 meshes.

The starch comprises: tapioca flour, sweet potato flour or potato flour.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the film spraying temperature of the process is low, only 120-150 ℃ is needed, the consumed energy is less, and the process is energy-saving and environment-friendly;

the adopted fully biodegradable material has low cost, and other components with higher cost performance are mixed and added on the premise of not influencing the performance, so that the popularization and application of the biodegradable material are facilitated;

the paper adopts a film-coated fully biodegradable material as a film layer, and the film layer can prevent water and oil stains and can be used as disposable paper cups, lunch boxes and the like; the paper and the film layer on the surface of the paper can be completely degraded in natural environment, are green and environment-friendly, and cannot pollute the environment.

The paper laminating process for the fully biodegradable material, which is designed by the preferred embodiment of the invention, mainly comprises the following steps:

s1: preheating paper to be subjected to laminating treatment to 70-90 ℃;

s2: heating the fully biodegradable material to the temperature of 120-150 ℃ to a molten state;

s3: uniformly casting and distributing the fully biodegradable material in a molten state to the surface of the preheated paper to form a thin film layer;

s4: and tensioning and pressing the thin film layer and the paper which are cast and distributed on the surface of the paper together by a roller.

The biological full-degradable material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15 parts of bamboo powder, 16-20 parts of cassava powder, 18-24 parts of biological resin, 20-25 parts of PLA, 20-30 parts of PBS and 10-25 parts of talcum powder, and mixing the components and then carrying out biological enzyme catalysis to obtain the composite material. Wherein, the main component of the biological resin is PPC, namely polymethyl ethylene carbonate, PLA is polylactic acid, also called polylactide, and PBS is poly butylene succinate. The film coating temperature of the process is low because the melting point of the completely biodegradable material is low, PLA is a novel biodegradable material in recent years, but in the actual production and manufacturing process, due to the restriction of foreign countries, the cost of PLA is high, the melting point of PLA is 180 ℃, in order to reduce the film coating temperature of common materials, in order to reduce the production cost, PBS is added on the basis of PLA, bamboo powder, cassava powder, biological resin and the like are added, a plurality of materials are mixed, and through a plurality of experimental trials and comparisons, the melting point of the mixed material in the process is lower than that of the PLA and other materials, and the mixed and added materials are completely biodegradable materials, so that the cost is greatly reduced compared with the single use of PLA or PBS.

Furthermore, the particle size of the bamboo powder needs to be controlled to be 800-1200 meshes, the fully biodegradable material adopting the particle size has good fluidity in a molten state, the smaller the particle size, the better the fluidity, the better the performance of the finally obtained film layer, and the excellent strength, flexural modulus and elastic modulus. The cassava flour can also be replaced by sweet potato flour, potato flour and other starches.

The thickness and the material of the paper used in the process have no special requirements, the preheating temperature can reach 70-90 ℃, no special requirement on duration exists, and the paper is preheated in a casting machine; the fully biodegradable material is also heated to a molten state in a casting machine; then, the film spraying operation is carried out through a casting machine, and the thickness of a film layer formed by casting the fully biodegradable material is about 5-30 mu m; and finally, performing rolling operation on a roller of the casting machine.
