Embodiment 2 is an improvement on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 8-9, two pairs of balance assemblies 3 located at the same height are provided, the two pairs of balance assemblies 3 are spaced by 180 degrees, each balance assembly 3 comprises a fixed sleeve 301, an adjusting rod 302, an adjusting spring 303, a ball sleeve 304, a ball 305 and a second connecting sleeve 306, the second connecting sleeve 306 is arranged on the stirring shaft 1 through a bolt and the fixed sleeve 301, the second connecting sleeve 306 is fixedly connected with a pair of connecting plates, one end of the fixed sleeve 301 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate, and the fixed sleeve 301 and the second connecting sleeve 306 are fixedly connected through the connecting plate and the bolt; the fixing sleeve 301 is horizontally arranged, the adjusting rod 302 is sleeved inside the fixing sleeve 301, the adjusting rod 302 can horizontally and freely slide along the fixing sleeve 301, one end of the adjusting rod 302 is located inside the fixing sleeve 301, the other end of the adjusting rod 302 is located outside the fixing sleeve 301, one end of the adjusting rod 302 located outside the fixing sleeve 301 is fixedly connected with the ball sleeve 304, one end, away from the adjusting rod 302, of the ball sleeve 304 is embedded with the ball 305, and the ball 305 can freely rotate within 360 degrees in the ball sleeve 304; the outer wall of the fixed sleeve 301 close to the adjusting rod 302 is provided with threads, the threaded area of the fixed sleeve 301 is connected with a nut in a threaded mode, the fixed sleeve 301 and the adjusting rod 302 are further sleeved with an adjusting spring 303, one end of the adjusting spring 303 abuts against the nut, and the other end of the adjusting spring 303 abuts against the ball sleeve 304; the adjusting spring 303 is a compression adjusting spring 303; the adjusting rod 302 is provided with a fifth through hole 307, the area of the fixing sleeve 301, which is close to the second connecting sleeve 306, is provided with a sixth through hole 308, the fifth through hole 307 and the sixth through hole 308 are provided with a screw 309 in a matching manner, the screw 309 penetrates through the fifth through hole 307 and the sixth through hole 308, the screw 309 is also provided with a fastening nut 310 in a matching manner, the fastening nut 310 is also fixedly connected with a limiting sleeve 311, and the limiting sleeve 311 is tightly contacted with the outer side surface of the adjusting rod.

In this embodiment, the balls 305 have rolling friction with the inner wall of the reaction kettle during the walking process of the inner wall of the reaction kettle, so that the balls 305 can greatly reduce the friction between the balance assembly 3 and the inner wall of the reaction kettle, further reduce the rotational driving force of the stirring shaft 1, and reduce the friction loss of the inner wall of the reaction kettle; the fixed sleeve 301, the adjusting rod 302 and the screw 309 can adjust the walking radius of the balance assembly 3, and further can be used in reaction kettles with different inner diameters, so that the application range is enlarged; by designing the adjusting spring 303 and the nut, the ball sleeve 304 can be tightly contacted with the inner wall of the reaction kettle at any time.

The compound desulfurizer prepared by the production equipment of the high temperature and high pressure resistant compound desulfurizer for downhole natural gas provided in embodiment 2 comprises, by mass, 75% of meta-triazine, 6% of ethanolamine, 15% of a-sulfo fatty acid methyl ester, 1.5% of polyaspartic acid, and 0.6% of methylbenzotriazole sodium, and the balance of water.

Example 3

Embodiment 3 is an improvement on the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 10, a pair of cleaning brushes 4 are further disposed on a pair of ball sleeves 304 located on the same side of the stirring shaft 1, a pair of connecting plates are fixedly connected to lower side sleeves of the ball sleeves 304 located at higher positions, a pair of connecting plates fixedly connected to lower sides of the ball sleeves 304 located at higher positions are vertically downward, a pair of connecting plates are fixedly connected to upper sides of the ball sleeves 304 located at lower positions, a pair of connecting plates fixedly connected to upper sides of the ball sleeves 304 located at lower positions are vertically upward, two ends of each cleaning brush 4 are fixedly connected with a connecting plate, the cleaning brushes 4 are fixedly connected with the ball sleeves 304 through connecting plates and bolts, brush portions of the cleaning brushes 4 are flush with outermost edge ends of the balls 305, and the cleaning brushes 4 are parallel to the stirring shaft 1; the pair of cleaning brushes 4 is axisymmetrical with respect to the center line of the stirring shaft 1.

In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning brush 4 is arranged, wherein the brush part of the cleaning brush 4 is always in close contact with the inner wall of the reaction kettle, and the brush part of the cleaning brush 4 can brush the inner wall of the reaction kettle at any time by driving the stirring shaft 1, so that the problem that solid substances such as products generated in the reaction and the like are attached to the inner wall of the reaction kettle to cause intractable stains is avoided.

The compound desulfurizer prepared by the production equipment of the high temperature and high pressure resistant compound desulfurizer for downhole natural gas provided in embodiment 3 comprises, by mass, 50% of triazine, 4% of ethanolamine, 8% of a-sulfo fatty acid methyl ester, 1.0% of polyaspartic acid, and 0.3% of methylbenzotriazole sodium, and the balance of water.

The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
