Technical Field

The invention relates to a forming system, in particular to a full-angle rotary conveying vehicle.

Background

In the production line of the forming system, the conveying trolley is an important link for connecting the various processes in series, and the conveying trolley plays a role in conveying the workpiece to be processed from the previous station to the next station, particularly in the loading station and the trimming station.

At present, in a conveying vehicle between a feeding station and a trimming station, the conveying vehicle runs on a horizontal rail system by depending on the driving of a motor in the running process, so that a workpiece to be processed is conveyed. Then, the existing horizontal track system is easy to wear after long-term use, so that the transport vehicle cannot stably run in the moving process, and the vehicle is turned over or other accidents are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a full-angle rotary conveying vehicle which has good straightness during operation, ensures the operation stability and avoids safety accidents.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a full-angle rotary conveying vehicle comprises a horizontal rail system, a horizontal moving unit erected on the horizontal rail system and a rotary platform assembly fixedly installed on the horizontal moving unit, wherein the horizontal rail system is arranged between a feeding station and an edge cutting station;

the horizontal rail system comprises a rail base body, a guide unit fixedly arranged on the rail base body and a walking driving wire matched with the horizontal moving unit; the horizontal moving unit is provided with a fixed platform, a driving motor and a walking unit driven by the driving motor, and the walking unit is matched with a walking driving wire so that the horizontal moving unit moves back and forth between a feeding station and a trimming station along a horizontal rail system;

the horizontal moving unit also comprises a sliding block matched with the guide unit, and the sliding block is erected on the guide unit so that the horizontal moving unit can move linearly under the guidance of the guide unit.

Optionally, the guide unit comprises a guide base body, and the guide base body is fixedly mounted on the track base body;

the upper part of the guide base body is provided with guide strips distributed along the walking direction of the horizontal moving unit, and the middle parts of two sides of each guide strip are provided with arc-shaped first grooves; the guide strip is also provided with arc chamfers on two sides of the top.

By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the guide mechanism is arranged in the horizontal track system, so that the horizontal moving unit still has higher straightness after being used for a long time, the running stability is ensured, and safety accidents are avoided.

Detailed Description

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses a full-angle rotary conveying vehicle, which comprises a horizontal rail system 1, a horizontal moving unit 2 erected on the horizontal rail system 1, and a rotary platform assembly 3 fixedly installed on the horizontal moving unit 2, wherein the horizontal rail system 1 is arranged between a feeding station and a trimming station, and the rotary platform assembly 3 is installed on the horizontal moving unit 2 through a lifting assembly 6.

In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal rail system 1 includes a rail base 101, a guide unit 102 fixedly installed on the rail base 101, and a travel driving line 103 for cooperating with the horizontal moving unit 2.

The rail base 101 is fixedly installed on the ground by the bracket 7, and the guide unit 102 is fixedly installed on the top surface of the rail base 101. In one embodiment of the present invention, two guide units 102 are provided to enable the bottom of the horizontal moving unit 2 to be symmetrically guided, thereby ensuring stability of the horizontal moving unit 2 in operation. Note that, in the present invention, the travel driving wire 103 is a carrier of the horizontal movement unit 2, and the guide unit 102 plays a role of guiding only the straightness of the horizontal movement unit 2.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the guide unit 102 includes a guide base 102a, the guide base 102a is fixedly mounted on the rail base 101, a guide strip 102b distributed along the traveling direction of the horizontal moving unit 2 is disposed on the upper portion of the guide base 102a, an arc-shaped first groove 102c is disposed in the middle of two sides of the guide strip 102b, and arc-shaped chamfers are disposed on two sides of the top of the guide strip 102 b.

In the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a fixed platform 204, a driving motor 201 and a walking unit 202 driven by the driving motor 201 are arranged on the horizontal moving unit 2, and the walking unit 202 is matched with the walking driving wire 103, so that the horizontal moving unit 2 moves back and forth between the feeding station and the trimming station along the horizontal rail system 1. The horizontal moving unit 2 further includes a slider 203 engaged with the guide unit, and the slider 203 is mounted on the guide unit 102 so that the horizontal moving unit 2 is linearly moved under the guide of the guide unit 102.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the slider 203 includes a slider base 203a, a second groove 203b adapted to the guide bar 102b is provided in a middle portion of a bottom side of the slider base 203a, the second groove 203b is engaged with the guide bar 102b, and a gap is provided between two side walls of the second groove 203b and the guide bar 102b, and the gap is used for disposing the below-described restriction element 4.

As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the slider base 203a is provided with horizontally arranged annular channels 203c at two sides of the second groove 203b, a ball 203d capable of freely rolling is arranged in the annular channel 203c, one side of the annular channel 203c exposes the side wall of the second groove 203b, so that the outer side of the ball 203d exposed out of the second groove 203b abuts against the first groove 102c, and the other side of the annular channel 203c is arranged in the slider base 203a, wherein the diameter of the circle where the first groove 102c is located is the same as the diameter of the ball 203 d.

A limiting element 4 is also connected to the upper edge of the side of the annular channel 203c exposed from the side wall of the second groove 203b, and the limiting element 4 is used for limiting the ball 203d from sliding out of the annular channel 203 c.

The limiting member 4 specifically includes a pressing plate 401 fixedly attached to an upper edge of one side of the annular channel 203c exposed from the side wall of the second recess 203b, and an arc-shaped groove 402 which is engaged with a surface of the ball 203d is provided on a bottom side of the pressing plate 401. The outer end edge of the pressure plate 401 contacts the surface of the ball 203d and the outer end edge of the pressure plate 401 forms a fit with the annular channel 203c, thereby clamping the ball 203d and effectively preventing the ball 203d from rolling out of the annular channel 203 c. In the present invention, the outer end edge of the pressing plate 401 is located in the above-described gap to prevent the pressing plate 401 from wearing the guide bar 102 b.

In the invention, a ball replacing channel 203e is also arranged in the slider base body 203a, the ball replacing channel 203e and the annular channel 203c are coaxially distributed on one side positioned in the slider base body 201a, and the inner diameter of the ball replacing channel 203e is consistent with that of the annular channel 203 c. The ball changing channel 203e is arranged to facilitate the replacement of the worn ball 203d in the annular channel 203c, thereby ensuring the stability of the operation of the slider 203.

In addition, in the present invention, the slider base 203a is further detachably connected with a plugging block 5 at the outer end of the bead exchanging channel 203e, as shown in fig. 9, the plugging block 5 has a connecting portion 501 and a plugging column 502 formed in the middle of the connecting portion 501, the length of the plugging column 502 is adapted to the depth of the bead exchanging channel 203e, and at the same time, the shape of the outer end edge of the plugging column 502 is fitted with the shape of the inner wall of the annular channel 203c, so that the outer end edge of the plugging column 502 forms a part of the inner wall of the annular channel 203 c. When the block 5 is fitted into the replacement bead channel 203e, the outer end of the plug 502 is brought together with the rest of the annular channel 203c, forming the complete annular channel 203 c.

In the present invention, the traveling unit 202 may employ a gear, which is referred to as a first gear, wherein the first gear is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving motor 201, and the first gear is rotatably connected to the bottom of the fixed platform 204, and meanwhile, the inner side of the traveling driving line 103 is provided with the transmission teeth 104, and the first gear is meshed with the transmission teeth 104. When the driving motor 201 drives the first gear to rotate, the fixed platform 204 is driven by the first gear to move along the walking driving line 103.

In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rotary table assembly 3 includes a rotary driver 301 and a rotary table 302, and the rotary table 302 is used for placing a workpiece to be processed. The rotary driving member 301 includes a rotary motor 301a, a second gear 301b, and a third gear 301c, the rotary motor 301a is in transmission connection with the second gear 301b, so that the second gear 301b is driven to rotate by the rotary motor 301a, the second gear 301b is engaged with the third gear 301c, and the rotary platform 302 is fixedly mounted on a wheel surface of the third gear 301 c. The diameter of the third gear 301c is 4-5 times of the diameter of the second gear 301b, so that the rotating speed of the third gear 301c is reduced, and the stability of the adjusting rotary platform 302 during rotation is guaranteed.

In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting assembly 6 includes a first cylinder 601 and a second cylinder 602. The base of the first cylinder 601 is fixedly mounted on the fixing platform 204, the base of the second cylinder 602 is fixedly connected with a cylinder connecting plate 603, and the output end of the first cylinder 601 is fixedly connected with the cylinder connecting plate 603, so that the lifting assembly 6 forms a two-stage lifting device.

The output end of the second cylinder 602 is further fixedly connected with a fixing frame 604, wherein the rotating electrical machine 301a, the second gear 301b and the third gear 301c are all mounted on the fixing frame 604.
