7. An oil stain protection device for a screw press according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a polygonal metal barrel wall on the cover body is hinged with a hinged part in the middle of an X-shaped bracket on the scissor type telescopic bracket through a hinge.

8. An oil stain protection device for a screw press according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a polygonal metal barrel wall on the cover body is hinged with a connecting rod hinge joint of two adjacent X-shaped brackets on the scissor type telescopic bracket through a hinge.

Oil contamination prevention apparatus for screw press according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the housing is made of four closely nested octagonal metal cylinders, each cylinder having a height of 350mm, a radial dimension of 640mm for the lowermost cylinder, the last cylinder being 6mm smaller than the next, and a radial dimension of 616mm for the uppermost cylinder, the cylinders being made of 1.0mm stainless steel sheet, for screw presses of the LED67-630, LED67-400, and LED93-630 types.

An oil contamination prevention device for screw press according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cover body is composed of four tightly nested octagonal metal cylinders, each cylinder has a height of 410mm, a radial dimension of 640mm, a previous cylinder is 8mm smaller than a next cylinder, a radial dimension of 602mm is the uppermost cylinder, and the cylinders are made of 1.2mm stainless steel thin plates, for screw presses of LED67-1000, LED93-630 and LED93-1000 types.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a dustproof and anti-throwing lubricating oil device of a machine, in particular to a dustproof protection device of a screw press.

Background

The lubrication and the dust prevention of the screw and nut motion pair determine the service life of the motion pair to a great extent. Sufficient lubrication is carried out, so that a layer of oil film with the thickness of about 1mm is adhered on the screw, the screw rotating at a high speed can throw the oil film away from the surface due to centrifugal force, oil is thrown for short, thrown oil drops pollute the surrounding working environment, and therefore the screw needs to be provided with an oil collecting cover. In order to keep the sport pair free of dust, the screw needs to be provided with a dust cover. The oil collecting cover and the dust cover are designed into an integrated protective cover. The existing protective cover adopts a canvas cylinder cover and a cylinder organ type cover, can well prevent dust and oil from being thrown by a screw rod, but the lubricating oil of the protective cover in the two modes can seep out of the surface of the protective cover, so that the protective cover is full of oil stains, the hammer head of the machine is full of oil stains, the service life is short, and the protective cover is inconvenient to install and disassemble and is not an ideal protective cover form.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a metal telescopic dustproof anti-throwing lubricating oil device arranged outside a driving screw of a press, which solves the problems of dust prevention and lubricating oil recovery of a screw pair, makes equipment clean and tidy and improves the service life of the screw nut screw pair.

The invention comprises a frame, a flywheel, a driving screw, a telescopic protective cover, a hammer head, an oil collecting tank, an oil guide pipe and a recovery oil tank; the frame is in a 'return' shape structure, a thread through hole is formed in the upper portion of the frame, the lower end of the driving screw enters the inner side of the frame through the thread through hole and is connected with the hammer head, the upper end of the driving screw is connected with the flywheel, and the flywheel is driven to rotate by the motor and the transmission belt to drive the driving screw to move up and down, so that the up and down movement of the hammer head is controlled; the driving screw is arranged in the telescopic protective cover; the telescopic protective cover comprises a cover body, a flange and a scissor type telescopic bracket; the cover body is composed of a plurality of polygonal (octagonal) metal cylinders which can be tightly nested, and two adjacent metal cylinders are 6-8 mm smaller than one metal cylinder in radial dimension, so that the metal cylinders can be sequentially tightly nested and can flexibly move, and the heights of the metal cylinders are basically consistent. The maximum extension length of the cover body does not exceed the sum of the heights of the metal cylinders, and the minimum compression length is not less than the height of the maximum single cylinder. Each metal cylinder is connected together through a scissor type telescopic support to form a cover body, the cover body can be ensured to stably perform telescopic motion, and the scissor type telescopic support is composed of a plurality of X-shaped supports; the X-shaped bracket comprises two connecting rods which are arranged in a crossed manner and the middle parts of the two connecting rods are hinged with each other; the two connecting rods of any one X-shaped bracket are respectively and correspondingly hinged with the two connecting rods of the adjacent X-shaped brackets. The telescopic protective cover is made of stainless steel. Flanges are respectively welded at the top end of the metal cylinder at the upper end of the cover body and the bottom end of the metal cylinder at the lower end, the flange at the upper end is fixed on the upper top surface of the inner side of the frame through a bolt, and the flange at the lower end is fixed on the upper top surface of the hammer head through a bolt; an oil outlet is arranged at the lower part of the cover body, and an oil collecting groove is arranged at the periphery of the cover body; one end of the oil guide pipe is connected with the oil collecting tank, and the other end of the oil guide pipe is connected with the recycling box. The oil that drive screw threw away when high-speed rotatory splashes at flexible protection casing inner wall, flows down along the inner wall, assembles the oil-out through the oil collecting groove, flows into the collection box along leading oil pipe and retrieves.

The connection mode between the cover body and the scissor type telescopic bracket is as follows: the wall of a polygonal metal cylinder on the cover body is hinged with the middle hinged part of an X-shaped bracket on the scissor-fork type telescopic bracket through a hinge; the wall of the adjacent polygonal metal cylinder is hinged with the middle hinged part of the other adjacent X-shaped bracket on the scissor-fork type telescopic bracket through a hinge. Or the wall of a polygonal metal cylinder on the cover body is hinged with the hinged part of the connecting rods of two adjacent X-shaped brackets on the scissor-fork type telescopic bracket through a hinge; the wall of a polygonal metal barrel adjacent to the cover body is hinged with the hinged parts of the connecting rods of two adjacent X-shaped supports on the scissor type telescopic supports through hinges.

The invention is mainly suitable for being installed outside a driving screw of a press, strengthens the protection of the driving screw by sealing and recovering oil drops and preventing dust, can prevent the machine body from being stained with oil stains, and can ensure that the service life of a screw nut motion pair reaches the limit of materials.
