Background

After a batch of plank boards are processed in a production workshop, the plank boards need to be transported to a furniture manufacturing workshop through a vehicle for actual splicing manufacturing, and in order to transport the plank boards, the plank boards are loaded firstly by a box body or other containers and then placed on a vehicle body for transportation. However, a disadvantage of this loading method is that the boards must be removed from the box or container when the transport reaches the destination. However, there is a problem in that the wooden boards are difficult to take out because of their heavy weight and the small volume inside the container or box, and even if they are taken out, they are difficult to separate because they are vertically stacked.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

The extension seat is respectively provided with a driving assembly and a guide frame; a main sliding block is horizontally and slidably arranged on the guide frame, and the main sliding block is connected with a box door matched with the driving assembly; an upper rack matched with the front gear is welded on the box door.

The swing control assembly comprises a limiting frame welded on a base of the box body, and the front side and the rear side of the limiting frame are hinged with a group of main swing rods; and a rectangular frame hinged and connected with the two groups of main swing rods is arranged above the two groups of main swing rods, and a hydraulic cylinder hinged and connected with the rectangular frame is hinged and installed on the right side of the box body base. The two groups of main swing rods are parallel to each other. Each group of main swing rods is provided with 3 main swing rods, and the 3 main swing rods of each group are uniformly distributed along the horizontal direction.

The box door is supported on the box body main frame and the upper end of the extension seat.

The driving assembly comprises a motor arranged on the rear side of the box body main frame, the motor is connected with a driving gear, the driving gear is meshed and matched with a driving rack, and a linkage block which is welded with the driving rack and the box door is arranged between the driving rack and the box door.

The transmission shaft is arranged on the extension seat through a bearing; the box body main frame and the extension seat are both provided with a cross-border groove for horizontally and slidably mounting the driving rack.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the lifting box is convenient to use, can automatically lift the wood boards upwards while automatically opening the box cover on the basis of stacking and storing the wood boards, and can push the vertically stacked wood boards to be inclined after being lifted, so that the effect of conveniently separating and taking out the wood boards is achieved.
