1. A sex pheromone composition for tea black moths comprises cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene and cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone in a mass ratio of (1-4) to (1-6).

2. The sex pheromone composition of the tea black moth according to claim 1, wherein the sex pheromone composition comprises cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis 3, cis 6, trans 11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene and cis 3, cis 6-heneicosadien-11-one in a mass ratio of (2-3) to (3-4) to (5-6).

3. A sex attractant, comprising a slow release carrier and an active component solution loaded in the slow release carrier, wherein the active component in the active component solution is the tea black moth sex pheromone composition disclosed by claim 1 or 2.

4. The sex attractant according to claim 3, wherein the concentration of the active ingredient in the active ingredient solution is 5-15 μ g/μ L.

5. The sex attractant according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the solvent in the solution of the active ingredient comprises n-hexane.

6. The sex attractant according to claim 3, wherein the addition amount of the active ingredient solution is 80-100 μ L.

7. The sex attractant of claim 3, wherein the slow release carrier is a rubber stopper.

8. The sex attractant of claim 7, wherein the rubber stopper is devulcanized prior to use.

9. A process for preparing a sex attractant according to any one of claims 3 to 8, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing each component in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition with a solvent respectively to obtain each sex pheromone solution;

(2) mixing the pheromone solutions obtained in the step (1) according to the proportion of the components in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition to obtain active component solutions;

(3) and (3) dropwise adding the active component solution obtained in the step (2) into a slow release carrier, and standing to obtain the sex attractant.

10. The use of the sex attractant of any one of claims 3 to 8 or the sex attractant prepared by the preparation method of claim 9 in trapping and killing tea black moth.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a tea black moth sex pheromone composition, a sex attractant, a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The tea black moth Dasychia baibarana Matsumura, also known as tea downy moth, belongs to the family of Lepidoptera toxophthiriasidae, and becomes one of the increasingly serious tea plant pests in tea areas in China since the 60 s of the 20 th century. The generation is 4 generations in the West and North Anhui, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Minbei, etc., and 4-5 generations in the middle and south of Zhejiang, 5 generations in the West of Jiangxi. The tea black moth larvae eat the fresh buds, the tender leaves, the old leaves and even the tender stems of the tea trees, and serious tea garden leaves do not exist, so that the tea yield and the tree vigor are seriously influenced. The toxic hairs of the larva touch the human body to cause red, swollen, painful and itchy, which hinders the picking of the tea leaves and the field management work.

The sex pheromone of the insect is a trace chemical substance which is secreted in vitro by a special secretion organ of a sex individual of the same insect, can be accepted by a receptor of an opposite individual of the same species, and causes the opposite individual to generate certain behavioral response or physiological effect (such as mating, directional mating, mating and the like). After the sex pheromone of an insect is identified, the sex pheromone has multiple application modes, the first mode is insect condition monitoring, whether target insects exist in a sex pheromone trapper or not can accurately reflect whether target insects exist in a corresponding area range or not and the hatching condition of adults. The sex pheromone is used for monitoring the insect situation so as to provide guidance for chemical pesticide application, such as determination of a prevention and control threshold value, determination of prevention and control time and the like. The second application mode is mating disorientation, namely sex pheromone flavor source is manufactured by artificially releasing sex pheromone, so that the insect obtains wrong signals in the puppet communication, and the insect is delayed, reduced or prevented from successfully finding the opposite sex to complete mating. The third application mode is a mass trapping method, which is characterized in that a mass of insects of one sex or both sexes are attracted by a sex attractant, and the attracted insects are killed by combining a large-capacity trap or chemical pesticide.

At present, female tea black moth insects in the mating period are generally adopted for trapping and killing the tea black moth, but the effect of trapping and killing the female tea black moth insects cannot meet the agricultural requirement. Therefore, it is desired to provide a sex attractant having a strong attractant for male tea black moth.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a tea black moth sex pheromone composition, a sex attractant, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof. The attraction force of the tea black moth sex pheromone composition on male tea black moth is higher than that of female tea black moth.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a sex pheromone composition for tea black moths, which comprises cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene and cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone in a mass ratio of (1-4) to (1-6).

Preferably, the tea black moth sex pheromone composition comprises cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis 3, cis 6, trans 11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene and cis 3, cis 6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone in a mass ratio of (2-3) to (3-4) to (5-6).

The invention also provides a sex attractant which comprises a slow release carrier and an active component solution loaded in the slow release carrier, wherein the active component in the active component solution is the tea black moth sex pheromone composition in the technical scheme.

Preferably, the concentration of the active ingredient in the active ingredient solution is 5-15 mug/muL.

Preferably, the solvent in the active ingredient solution comprises n-hexane.

Preferably, the addition amount of the active component solution is 80-100 mu L.

Preferably, the slow release carrier is a rubber plug.

Preferably, the rubber plug is subjected to a devulcanization treatment before use.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the sex attractant in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing each component in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition with a solvent respectively to obtain each sex pheromone solution;

(2) mixing the pheromone solutions obtained in the step (1) according to the proportion of the components in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition to obtain active component solutions;

(3) and (3) dropwise adding the active component solution obtained in the step (2) into a slow release carrier, and standing to obtain the sex attractant.

The invention also provides the application of the sex attractant in the technical scheme or the sex attractant prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme in trapping and killing the tea black moth.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a tea black moth sex pheromone composition which comprises cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene (Z3, Z6, epo9-21: H), cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene (Z3, Z6, E11, epo9-21: H) and cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-one (Z3, Z6,11-one-21: H) in a mass ratio of (1-4) to (1-6).

In the invention, the tea black moth sex pheromone composition preferably comprises cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene and cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone in a mass ratio of (2-3) to (3-4) to (5-6). In the invention, the mass ratio of the cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene to the cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadien-11-one is more preferably 1:1:1, 2:3:5 or 4:2: 4.

According to the invention, the sex pheromone composition of the tea black moth is obtained by selecting the variety of the sex pheromone of the tea black moth and compounding the sex pheromone composition according to a specific proportion, has extremely strong attractive power to male tea black moth, and is higher than that of female tea black moth.

The invention also provides a sex attractant which comprises a slow release carrier and an active component solution loaded in the slow release carrier, wherein the active component in the active component solution is the tea black moth sex pheromone composition in the technical scheme.

The sex attractant provided by the invention comprises a slow-release carrier. In the present invention, the sustained-release carrier is preferably a rubber stopper. The kind and source of the rubber stopper are not particularly limited in the present invention, and a rubber stopper for a sustained release carrier known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the height of the rubber plug is preferably 13.5-14.5 mm, the outer diameter of an adding opening of the rubber plug is preferably 7.5-10.5 mm, and the inner diameter of the rubber plug is preferably 7.3-7.7 mm.

In the present invention, the rubber plug is preferably subjected to a desulfurization treatment before use. According to the invention, the rubber plug is preferably soaked in absolute ethyl alcohol for 22-26 h for desulfurization, and then is placed in an oven at 38-42 ℃ for 22-26 h to obtain a slow-release carrier; the soaking time is preferably 24 hours, the temperature of the oven is preferably 40 ℃, and the holding time is preferably 24 hours.

The sex attractant provided by the invention also comprises an active component solution loaded in the slow release carrier, wherein the active component in the active component solution is the tea black moth sex pheromone composition in the technical scheme.

In the invention, the concentration of the active ingredient in the active ingredient solution is preferably 5-15 mug/muL, more preferably 8-12 mug/muL, and most preferably 10 mug/muL. In the present invention, when the concentration of the active ingredient is within the above range, the attraction force to male tea black moth is greater.

In the present invention, the solvent in the active ingredient solution preferably includes n-hexane.

In the invention, the addition amount of the active component solution is preferably 80-100 mu L, and more preferably 90-100 mu L.

The sex attractant provided by the invention takes the tea black moth sex pheromone composition in the technical scheme as an active component, and has strong attraction to male tea black moth.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the sex attractant in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing each component in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition with a solvent respectively to obtain each sex pheromone solution;

(2) mixing the pheromone solutions obtained in the step (1) according to the proportion of the components in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition to obtain active component solutions;

(3) and (3) dropwise adding the active component solution obtained in the step (2) into a slow release carrier, and standing to obtain the sex attractant.

The invention mixes each component in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition with solvent respectively to obtain each sex pheromone solution. The operation of mixing each component in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition with the solvent is not specially limited, and the technical scheme for preparing the mixed solution, which is well known by the technical personnel in the field, is adopted. In the present invention, the concentration of the sex pheromone solutions is preferably the same, and is 5 to 15. mu.g/. mu.L, more preferably 8 to 12. mu.g/. mu.L, and most preferably 10. mu.g/. mu.L.

After obtaining the sex pheromone solutions, the invention mixes the sex pheromone solutions according to the proportion of the components in the tea black moth sex pheromone composition to obtain the active component solution.

After the active component solution is obtained, the active component solution is dripped into the slow release carrier and then is kept stand to obtain the sex attractant. The dropping rate is not specially limited, and the solution can be loaded into a slow-release carrier.

In the invention, the standing time is preferably 2-4 h, and more preferably 3 h. In the present invention, the temperature of the standing is preferably room temperature.

The invention also provides the application of the sex attractant in the technical scheme or the sex attractant prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme in trapping and killing the tea black moth.

In the present invention, the sex attractant is preferably used in conjunction with boat traps, with a preferred spacing of 15m between each two boat traps. In the present invention, when trapping black tea moth in tea garden, the boat-shaped trap was placed 25cm above the tea plant for trapping.

The sex attractant and the application thereof provided by the invention have strong attraction to male tea black moth.

The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

Tea black moth sex pheromone composition: the mass ratio of cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene to cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone is 1:1: 1.

Tea black moth sex pheromone composition: the mass ratio of cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadiene, cis-3, cis-6, trans-11-9, 10-epoxy heneicosadriene to cis-3, cis-6-heneicosadiene-11-ketone is 2:3: 5.

1) Selecting the height of 14.0 +/-0.5 mm and the outer diameter of the sex pheromone adding port of 10.0 +/-0.2 mm; a rubber plug with an inner diameter of 7.5 +/-0.2 mm; the lure core is bell-shaped; soaking in absolute ethyl alcohol for 24h for desulfurization, and placing the taken rubber plug into a 40 ℃ oven for 24h to obtain a slow release carrier;

Example 7

The sex attractant trapping test is carried out in the experimental base of tea institute of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The sex attractant used in this example was prepared as in example 4. The sex attractant was used in conjunction with boat traps, 3 replicates per treatment. Boat-shaped traps are randomly arranged in a tea garden in a checkerboard mode, each trap is 25cm higher than a tea tree, the interval between the traps is 15m, and the number of trapped insects is counted for 4 times.

Example 8

The same procedure as in example 7 was carried out, using the sex attractant prepared in example 5.

The same procedure as in example 7 was carried out, using the sex attractant prepared in example 6.

The results of the experiments for inducing forces of examples 7 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in tables 1 and 2, respectively. As can be seen from the table 1, the three compounds are all indispensible, and the male insects cannot be attracted by any two compound formulas, but only can be attracted by the three compounds after being mixed. As can be seen from Table 2, when the three compounds are mixed according to different proportions, the attraction activity shows a certain difference, wherein when the ratio is 2:3:5, the attraction effect is the best and is obviously better than that of the combination of other proportions.

The sex attractant for the tea black moth and the female tea black moth are subjected to an attraction force comparison test and are carried out in an experimental base of tea institute of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The sex attractant used in the test is prepared in example 5, and the comparison is the unmated female tea black moth after eclosion, and the blank control is a rubber plug added with n-hexane. The sex attractant was used in conjunction with boat traps, 3 replicates per treatment. Boat-shaped traps are randomly arranged in a tea garden in a checkerboard mode, each trap is 25cm higher than a tea tree, the interval between the traps is 15m, and the number of trapped insects is counted for 4 times.

The results of the comparative experiment of the attraction of the sex attractant for the tea black moth and the female tea black moth are shown in table 3. As can be seen from Table 3, the sex attractant for the tea black moth and the female tea black moth can successfully lure male tea black moth, and the attraction effect of the sex attractant is obviously better than that of the female tea black moth. The female tea black moth can attract male insects within a certain distance range, and the sex attractant for the tea black moth can attract male insects within a farther range because the content of the sex pheromone component is higher than that of the female insects.

As can be seen from the above examples, the attractant for the tea black moth provided by the invention has attractive force which is significantly better than that of a female insect.

The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
