(1) respectively preparing a protective film coating liquid, a thermosensitive layer coating liquid and a back film coating liquid;

(2) installing a base material on a storage rack of a coating machine according to requirements, starting the coating machine, uniformly coating the thermosensitive layer coating liquid and the protective film coating liquid on one surface of the base material in sequence, and drying and curing; then uniformly coating the back film coating liquid on the other surface of the base material, and drying and curing; rolling and cutting to obtain the finished product.

s3, sequentially adding polyvinyl alcohol, inorganic powder, a plasticizer, a lubricant and an auxiliary agent under the stirring condition, uniformly stirring, then adding a solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

and S4, placing the mixed solution in a centrifuge, and centrifuging and degassing at 1500r/min for 15-20min to obtain the protective film coating liquid.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of thermosensitive printing materials, and particularly belongs to a waterproof thermosensitive film and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the continuous development of medical imaging technology, the demand of medical films is increasing. From wet medical films to dry medical films and dry medical digital films. The traditional wet medical film mainly refers to silver halide photosensitive medical film, which is easily affected by external environmental factors, turns black due to long-term oxidation and is difficult to store. The imaging process of the film needs to be finished through development and fixation, and the film generates waste liquid in the development and fixation process, thereby polluting the environment. The dry medical film does not need to be processed by developing and fixing solution like a wet medical film, and is a novel medical film for digital imaging by a processing mode of heat-sensitive, laser or ink-jet printing. The processing process is environment-friendly, convenient and fast, and the imaging is clear. Currently, dry medical films have become the mainstream in medical image recording.

Dry medical film constructions generally consist of a backing layer, a base layer, a film support, a base layer, an imaging layer, and a film-protecting layer. Dry type medical films are classified according to different imaging methods and classified into laser printing dry type films, inkjet printing dry type films, and thermal printing dry type films. The laser printing dry film is a photosensitive material medical film developed along with a laser printer, and has the advantages of stable imaging and convenient processing, but the film has slightly high cost of coating materials, limited application range and poor storage stability; the ink-jet printing dry film is a medical imaging film for ink-jet printing, and has poor slipping performance and antistatic effect when in use; the thermal printing dry film is a medical film aiming at thermal printing, generally uses an organic thermal coating for imaging, and partial films have the problem of poor adhesive force between a film base and a thermal imaging layer, and meanwhile, the slip performance and the anti-static effect are poor, so that the adhesion phenomenon is generated in the printing process, the machine passing performance is poor, therefore, the back surface is required to be coated to improve the slip performance and the anti-static function, and the cost is higher.

The existing thermosensitive film has poor waterproof performance, is easy to be affected with damp, generates uneven heat transfer, has large surface friction resistance, influences the color development of an imaging layer, and damages the key parts of thermosensitive imaging equipment when serious.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a waterproof thermosensitive film, overcomes the defects of the prior art, optimizes the material and the proportion of a protective film, improves the waterproof performance and the scratch resistance of the film, and improves the color development effect of thermosensitive imaging.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a waterproof thermosensitive film comprises a base material, wherein one surface of the base material is provided with a protective film, the other surface of the base material is provided with a back film, and a thermosensitive layer is arranged between the protective film and the base material;

the protective film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of konjac glucomannan, 15-25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 6-8 parts of inorganic powder, 2-6 parts of plasticizer, 0.8-1.6 parts of lubricant, 3-5 parts of auxiliary agent, 300 parts of solvent 200 and 15-40 parts of deionized water.

Example 1

The embodiment discloses a waterproof thermosensitive film, which comprises a base material, wherein one surface of the base material is provided with a protective film, the other surface of the base material is provided with a back film, and a thermosensitive layer is arranged between the protective film and the base material;

the protective film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of konjac glucomannan, 15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 6-8 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 2-6 parts of diester phthalate, 0.8 part of butyrylamide tosylate, 3 parts of titanium oxide, 200 parts of ethanol and 15 parts of deionized water.

The embodiment also discloses a preparation method of the waterproof thermosensitive film, which comprises the following steps:

(1) respectively preparing a protective film coating liquid, a thermosensitive layer coating liquid and a back film coating liquid;

(2) installing a base material on a storage rack of a coating machine according to requirements, starting the coating machine, uniformly coating the thermosensitive layer coating liquid and the protective film coating liquid on one surface of the base material in sequence, and drying and curing; then uniformly coating the back film coating liquid on the other surface of the base material, and drying and curing; rolling and cutting to obtain the finished product.

The preparation method of the protective film coating liquid comprises the following steps:

s1, respectively weighing the raw materials according to the weight components;

s2, adding konjac glucomannan and deionized water into a stirrer under the condition of a warm water bath at 50-60 ℃, and stirring for 10min at 1500r/min to obtain sol;

s3, sequentially adding polyvinyl alcohol, nano calcium carbonate, phthalic diester, butyrylamide tosylate and titanium oxide under stirring, uniformly stirring, then adding ethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

and S4, placing the mixed solution in a centrifuge, and centrifuging and degassing at 1500r/min for 15-20min to obtain the protective film coating liquid.

Example 2

The raw material ratio and the preparation method of the present example are substantially the same as those of example 1, except that: the protective film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of konjac glucomannan, 20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 7 parts of nano barium sulfate, 4 parts of adipic diester, 1.2 parts of butyrylamide tosylate, 4 parts of titanium oxide, 250 parts of toluene and 27.5 parts of deionized water.

Example 3

The raw material ratio and the preparation method of the present example are substantially the same as those of example 1, except that: the protective film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of konjac glucomannan, 25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4 parts of nano barium sulfate, 6 parts of adipic diester, 1.6 parts of benzamide, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 300 parts of ethylbenzene and 40 parts of deionized water.

Evaluation of Performance

(1) Pellicle adhesion test

A. After the thermosensitive film is made, the thermosensitive imaging layer does not fall off after being kneaded with force, the number of folds is 0 if no folds exist, the number of folds is 1 if the thermosensitive imaging layer slightly falls off, and the number of folds is 2 if the thermosensitive imaging layer slightly falls off in large area and a large number of folds occur;

B. in film printing, the number of particles falling off is 0 when no particles fall off, and the number of particles falling off is 1 when some particles fall off.

(2) Test of Water resistance

After the thermal sensitive film is manufactured, the thermal sensitive film is placed in an environment with 100 ℃ and 100% humidity for 30 days, then printing is carried out, whether color development is influenced or not is respectively observed in a contrast mode, if no influence is caused on color development quality, the color development quality is 0, and if any influence is caused, the color development quality is 1.

(3) Scratch resistance test

After the thermal sensitive film is manufactured, the thermal sensitive film is placed in a scratch-resistant detection machine, a scraping needle scrapes the surface of the protective film, the scratch on the surface of the protective film is 1, and the scratch without obvious scratches is 0.

Specific detection results are shown in table 1:

according to the results shown in table 1, the waterproof agent thermal sensitive film provided by the invention has the advantages of good waterproofness, good elasticity, strong flexibility and good scratch resistance, and can provide waterproof protection for the thermal sensitive film and improve the color development effect of thermal sensitive imaging.
