Background

At present, as shown in fig. 1, a conventional chain 1 includes an inner link and an outer link, the inner link is composed of an inner link plate '11, a sleeve' 12 and a roller '13, and the outer link is composed of an outer link plate 14', an outer attached plate '15 and a pin' 16; the inner chain links and the outer chain links are connected in a clearance fit manner by sleeves '12 and pins' 16 to form a movable hinge.

As shown in figure 2, after the conveying plate is installed on the traditional conveying chain, the traditional conveying chain can be reversely bent for a certain angle, and the conveyed materials are often inclined and moved in the using process, so that the traditional conveying chain is not suitable for the precise transmission occasions. Therefore, a new technical solution should be provided to solve the above problems.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The both sides of outer support plate respectively process an contained angle alpha, and in this embodiment, contained angle alpha is 15, and it does not influence the meshing of chain and sprocket, guarantees that the chain forward can be crooked smoothly.

Preferably, as a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the improvement of the anti-reverse conveying chain of the present invention, the inner link plates on both sides of the conveying chain are connected with inner attached plates for fixing the mesh belt or the small mold, etc., so as to improve the practicability and stability of the conveying chain of the present invention. The rest of the structure is the same as the first embodiment.
