1. A laminated column (10) is characterized by comprising a precast slab (101) prefabricated by concrete and a steel bar assembly,

6. A laminated wall and laminated column connecting structure according to claim 3, further comprising horizontal overlapping reinforcing bars (40),

two ends of the horizontal lapping reinforcing steel bar (40) are respectively positioned in the cavities of the two superposed walls (30) and penetrate through the part of the superposed column (10) extending out of the U-shaped opening surface;

and two ends of the horizontal lapping reinforcing steel bar (40) are respectively and fixedly connected with the tie bar (333).

7. A laminated wall and column connection according to claim 6, wherein the horizontal overlapping reinforcement (40) remote from the U-shaped open face abuts against the longitudinal column reinforcement on the side remote from the U-shaped open face.

8. A laminated wall and laminated column connecting structure as claimed in claim 3, further comprising reserved wall longitudinal ribs (21),

the reserved wall longitudinal ribs (21) are arranged along the height direction of the superposed wall (30);

the reserved wall longitudinal ribs (21) are arranged in the cavity and are respectively adjacent to the inner surface of the inner blade plate (301) and the inner surface of the outer blade plate (302).

9. A construction method of a coupling structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, applied to the coupling structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column according to any one of claims 3 to 8, comprising,

reserving wall longitudinal bars (21) at preset positions;

mounting the second column longitudinal rib (20) so that the second column longitudinal rib (20) is the same in height as the first column longitudinal rib (112);

hoisting the superposed wall (30) and the superposed column (10) to a preset position so that the second column longitudinal bars (20) are all connected to the inner side of the outer contour of the stirrup net sheet (111) and are arranged at the corner positions of the lattice structure;

the horizontal lapping steel bar (40) passes through the superposed column (10) and extends out of the U-shaped opening surface part, and two ends of the horizontal lapping steel bar are respectively and fixedly connected with the tie bars (333) in the two superposed walls (30);

the two inner templates (50) are respectively blocked at the gap between the prefabricated plate (101) of the superposed column (10) and the inner leaf plate (301) of the superposed wall (30);

and pouring concrete at the cavity and the connecting area to form a connecting structure of the superposed wall and the superposed column.

10. Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a superposed column, a superposed column and superposed wall connecting structure and a construction method thereof.

Background

In recent years, the assembled building in China is developed rapidly, most of structural systems mainly adopt solid prefabricated structures, but a plurality of problems are found in the practical process, such as low automation degree of component production caused by the fact that ribs are formed on the side faces of prefabricated components, difficulty in quality control caused by on-site steel bar connection, large tower crane model caused by heavy self weight of the components, difficulty in on-site hoisting and transportation, large workload of templates and steel bars caused by post-cast strip connection, large manual demand and the like. Under the background, the assembled integral type superposed shear wall structure is produced at the same time and becomes a great direction for the country to promote the development of the assembled building.

At present, the basement exterior wall is generally cast-in-place concrete exterior wall, firstly, the horizontal construction joint surface of the exterior wall is treated, a scaffold is erected, basement exterior wall steel bars are bound, a template is erected, wall-through sleeves are reserved, waterproof concrete is poured and the like. Adopt assembled coincide basement outer wall, can directly practice thrift on-the-spot construction work such as basement outer wall reinforcement, formwork, pouring, very big promotion construction speed, improved outer wall component quality. However, the lower outer wall of a common basement needs to be provided with the buttress column, the joint of the buttress column and the outer wall of the double-faced superposed basement still adopts the cast-in-place buttress column at present, and a large amount of templates and reinforcing steel bars are needed for binding work, so that the industrialization degree is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve at least one of the technical problems, the prefabricated superposed column is adopted to replace a cast-in-place buttress column, the connecting structure of the superposed column and the basement external wall is prefabricated, the prefabricated superposed column comprises prefabricated concrete, column reinforcing steel bars and necessary connecting pieces, the prefabricated concrete part can participate in stress, and meanwhile, the prefabricated superposed column can be used as an outer side concrete template during construction, so that a large amount of work of on-site reinforcing steel bars, templates and supports is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a laminated column including a precast slab prefabricated from concrete, a reinforcing bar assembly,

the prefabricated plate is of a U-shaped shell structure;

the steel bar assembly comprises a horizontal stirrup net piece and a vertical column longitudinal bar;

the hoop reinforcement meshes are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the superposed column, one part of each hoop reinforcement mesh is embedded in the precast slab, and the other part of each hoop reinforcement mesh extends out of the precast slab; and

and one part of the column longitudinal bars is embedded in the precast slab, hooping net sheets arranged at intervals are connected together, and the other part of the column longitudinal bars is used for on-site construction and installation.

According to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the exterior contour of the stirrup net is rectangular, the interior of the stirrup net is divided into a plurality of rectangular lattice structures, and the column longitudinal bars are located on the inner side of the exterior contour of the stirrup net and arranged at the corner positions of the lattice structures;

the prefabricated plate is characterized in that the inner half part of the outline of the stirrup net piece and the first column longitudinal rib at the corresponding position of the inner half part are embedded in the prefabricated plate, the outer half part of the outline of the stirrup net piece extends out of the prefabricated plate, and the second column longitudinal rib at the corresponding position of the extending part of the stirrup net piece is used for installation in site construction.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a connection structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, comprising the above laminated column, at least two laminated walls,

the laminated wall comprises an inner blade plate and an outer blade plate, wherein the inner blade plate and the outer blade plate are arranged at intervals to form a cavity and are connected together through a reinforcement cage;

one end of the outer blade plate is longer than the inner blade plate;

the outer blades of the two superposed walls are abutted together, a connecting area is formed between the inner blades of the two superposed walls and a corresponding cavity of the inner blades, and the width of the connecting area is greater than that of the superposed column; the overhanging part of the superposed column is outwards arranged and embedded in the connecting area.

According to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the U-shaped opening face of the overlapping post is flush with the inner surface of the inner leaf, and the portion of the web of stirrups distal from the U-shaped opening face is adjacent to the inner surface of the outer leaf.

the reserved wall longitudinal bars are arranged along the height direction of the superposed wall;

the reserved wall longitudinal ribs are arranged in the cavity and are respectively close to the inner surface of the inner blade plate and the inner surface of the outer blade plate.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a construction method for a connection structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, which is applied to the connection structure of the laminated wall and the laminated column, including,

reserving wall longitudinal bars at preset positions;

mounting a second column longitudinal rib to enable the height of the second column longitudinal rib to be the same as that of the first column longitudinal rib;

hoisting the superposed wall and the superposed column to a preset position so that the longitudinal bars of the second column are all connected to the inner side of the outer contour of the stirrup net piece and are arranged at the corner position of the lattice structure;

the horizontal lapping steel bar passes through the part of the superposed column extending out of the U-shaped opening surface, and the two ends of the horizontal lapping steel bar are respectively fixedly connected with the tie bars in the two superposed walls;

the two inner templates 5 are respectively blocked at the gap between the precast slab of the superposed column and the inner leaf slab of the superposed wall;

and pouring concrete at the cavity and the connecting area to form a connecting structure of the superposed wall and the superposed column.

According to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, in the step of installing the second column longitudinal rib such that the second column longitudinal rib is the same height as the first column longitudinal rib,

the reserved column longitudinal rib is installed firstly, and the exposed column longitudinal rib is fixedly connected to the end portion of the reserved column longitudinal rib to form a second column longitudinal rib.

Detailed Description

The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.

The prefabricated superposed column comprises prefabricated concrete, column reinforcing steel bars and necessary connecting pieces, and the prefabricated concrete part not only can participate in stress, but also can be used as an outer side concrete template during construction, so that a large amount of work of on-site reinforcing steel bars, templates and supports is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.

According to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a composite column, as shown in fig. 2, a composite column 10, which is composed of a precast slab 101 prefabricated from concrete and a steel bar assembly, wherein the precast slab 101 is a U-shaped shell structure, and the steel bar assembly includes a horizontal stirrup web 111 and a vertical column longitudinal bar, the horizontal direction refers to the direction of the cross section of the composite column in a normal use state, and the vertical direction refers to the vertical direction of the composite column in a normal use state. The superposed column 10 comprises a plurality of stirrup net sheets 111, the stirrup net sheets 111 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the height direction of the superposed column 10, wherein one part of the stirrup net sheets 111 is embedded in the prefabricated plate 101, the other part of the stirrup net sheets extends out of the prefabricated plate 101, the outward direction refers to the direction from the bottom surface of the U-shaped shell structure to the opening surface and continues to extend out of the opening surface, optionally, one part of a plurality of column longitudinal ribs is embedded in the prefabricated plate 101, and the other part of the column longitudinal ribs, the part outside the U-shaped opening surface, is used for installation during site construction.

According to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the outer contour of the stirrup mesh 111 is rectangular, the interior of the stirrup mesh 111 is divided into a plurality of rectangular lattice structures, the column longitudinal reinforcements are located inside the outer contour of the stirrup mesh 111, and the inner side of the column longitudinal reinforcements is located inside the rectangular outer contour, that is, the column longitudinal reinforcements pass through the area surrounded by the outer contour and are arranged at the corner positions of the lattice structures, that is, the intersection points of the criss-cross lattice reinforcements and the outer contour reinforcements; the inner half part (referring to the direction from the U-shaped opening to the bottom surface) of the outline of the stirrup net sheet 111 and the first column longitudinal rib 112 at the corresponding position are pre-embedded in the prefabricated plate 101, the outer half part of the outline of the stirrup net sheet 111 extends outwards out of the prefabricated plate 101, and the second column longitudinal rib 20 at the corresponding position of the outward extending part of the stirrup net sheet 111 is used for installation in site construction.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a coupling structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, including a laminated column 10, two laminated walls 30, wherein the laminated walls 30 include an inner leaf 301 and an outer leaf 302, the inner leaf 301 and the outer leaf 302 are oppositely disposed at a certain distance to form an inner cavity, and the two leaves are coupled together by a reinforcement cage to form the laminated wall, the two laminated walls 30 have the same structure, the end of the outer leaf 302 is longer than the inner leaf 301, wherein the outer portion of the outer leaf 302, i.e. the side far from the cavity, is outside the basement, the outer portion of the inner leaf 301, i.e. the side far from the cavity, is inside the basement, the outer leaves 302 of the two laminated walls 30 abut against each other, and the region between the inner leaves 301 of the two laminated walls 30 and the corresponding cavity region form a coupling region of the laminated wall and the laminated column, the overhanging portion of the laminated column 10 is disposed outward and embedded into the connecting region, where the overhanging portion of the laminated column 10 refers to the portion of the U-shaped housing structure that extends outward from the opening surface in the direction from the bottom surface toward the opening surface, and the outwardly disposed portion refers to the overhanging portion of the laminated column 10 located in the cavity region of the laminated wall.

Optionally, the U-shaped opening surface of the laminated column 10 is flush with the inner surface (the side adjacent to the cavity) of the inner leaf 301, and the part of the stirrup web 111 away from the U-shaped opening surface, i.e. the side of the rectangular outer profile away from the bottom surface of the U-shaped casing, is adjacent to the inner surface (the side adjacent to the cavity) of the outer leaf 302

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, optionally, the second column longitudinal rib 20 includes a reserved column longitudinal rib 201 and an exposed column longitudinal rib 202, where the reserved column longitudinal rib 201 is reserved in the ground, the foundation or the lower layer member, and the exposed column longitudinal rib 202 is connected to the top end of the reserved column longitudinal rib 201. Since fig. 3 and 4 are schematic top views, the ends of the reserved column longitudinal rib 201 and the exposed column longitudinal rib 202 are fixedly connected together, bound, welded and sleeved, and the positions are the same as seen in the figures.

As shown in fig. 1, according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the structure for connecting a laminated wall and a laminated column further includes a horizontal overlap steel bar 40 for enhancing the strength of the connection node between the laminated wall and the laminated column, wherein two ends of the horizontal overlap steel bar 40 are respectively located in the cavities of the two laminated walls 30 and penetrate through the laminated column 10 to protrude out of the U-shaped opening surface; alternatively, the two ends of the horizontal overlap reinforcing bar 40 are fixedly connected, bound or welded with the tie bars 333 of the laminated wall. Alternatively, two horizontal overlap bars 40 are provided on one web of stirrups, one adjacent to the inner leaf 301 and the other (adjacent to the outer leaf 302) abutting against the longitudinal bar of the column on the side remote from the U-shaped open face. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, optionally, the connection structure of the laminated wall and the laminated column further includes a reserved wall longitudinal rib 21, the reserved wall longitudinal rib 21 is disposed along the height direction of the laminated wall, wherein the reserved wall longitudinal rib 21 is located in the cavity of the laminated wall 30, one part of the reserved wall longitudinal rib is adjacent to the inner surface of the inner leaf plate 301, and the other part of the reserved wall longitudinal rib is adjacent to the inner surface of the outer leaf plate 302, and is in a vertical state, because the reserved wall longitudinal rib 21 is in a vertical state and is reserved on the foundation or the lower-layer member, the part of the reserved wall longitudinal rib 21 extending into the cavity of the laminated wall 30 becomes a connection rib, and is used for enhancing the connection strength between the laminated wall 30 and the foundation or.

According to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, there is also provided a construction method of a connection structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, which is applied to the connection structure of a laminated wall and a laminated column, which comprises the steps of reserving dowel bars, hoisting a basement superposed wall and superposed columns, installing and positioning horizontal lap joint steel bars, supporting templates and the like, drawing the positioning lines of two superposed walls 30 and superposed columns 10 (as shown in fig. 1), reserving wall longitudinal ribs 21 and reserved column longitudinal ribs 201 at specified positions, then fixedly connecting exposed column longitudinal ribs 202 at the end parts of the reserved column longitudinal ribs 201 to form second column longitudinal ribs 20, wherein the height of the second column longitudinal bar 20 is the same as the height of the first column longitudinal bar 112, the two superposed walls 30 and the superposed columns 10 are hoisted in place according to the positioning lines, and the second longitudinal bars 20 are all connected to the inner side of the outer contour of the stirrup net sheet 111 and are arranged at the corner positions of the lattice structure (as shown in figure 5); a plurality of horizontal lapping reinforcing steel bars 40 penetrate through the superposed column 10 and extend out of the U-shaped opening surface part, and the two ends of the horizontal lapping reinforcing steel bars are respectively and fixedly connected with the tie bars in the two superposed walls 30; and (3) plugging gaps between the prefabricated plates 101 of the superposed column 10 and the inner blades 301 of the superposed wall 30 by using L-shaped inner formworks 50 respectively so as to form closed areas at the connecting nodes, and then pouring concrete in the cavity of the superposed wall 30 and at the connecting areas to finally form a connecting structure of the superposed wall and the superposed column.
