The type of the condenser 131 may be various, and for example, it may be one of a double pipe heat exchanger, a shell and tube heat exchanger, a coil heat exchanger, a fin and tube heat exchanger, and the like. In some embodiments, the condenser 131 is a double pipe heat exchanger, and in this case, the double pipe heat exchanger has a water inlet pipe 1311 and a water outlet pipe 1312 which are respectively communicated with an external water source (for example, a tap), so that the condenser 131 can be heat-exchanged by water while the water in the double pipe heat exchanger can be heated, thereby facilitating the preparation of hot water by a user. A cross-flow fan 125 is arranged in the refrigeration cavity 12.

It is to be understood that a control panel 127 is further provided on a side of the casing 10 facing a user to facilitate mode selection and operation control of the unitary air conditioner by the user.
