Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "opening," "upper," "lower," "thickness," "top," "middle," "length," "inner," "peripheral," and the like are used in an orientation or positional relationship that is merely for convenience in describing and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced component or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be considered as limiting the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the multi-pad dual-purpose speaker for long and short axes 1 includes a sound module 11, a mounting case 12, a support plate 13, a first fastening strip 14, a second fastening strip 15, a central chip 16 and a bottom plate mounting member 17. The sound generating module 11 is installed in the installation shell 12, the installation shell 12 is attached to the supporting disk 13, the central chip 16 is installed on the supporting disk 13, and the first fastening strip 14 and the second fastening strip 15 are attached to the central chip 16 and fixed to the supporting disk 13 in a matched mode. The bottom plate mounting piece 17 is fixedly mounted on the lower end of the support plate 13. The central chip 16 is electrically connected to the electronic device for receiving and transmitting audio signals.

As shown in fig. 4, the sound generating module 11 includes a mounting plate 111, a first screw hole 114 distributed in an array is formed in the mounting plate 111, a sound-emitting loudspeaker 112 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the mounting plate 111, a signal receiver 113 is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the mounting plate 111, and the signal receiver 113 is communicated with the mounting plate 111 and is electrically connected with the sound-emitting loudspeaker 112. The central chip 16 is electrically connected to the signal receiver 113. The signal receiver 113 receives the audio signal transmitted by the central chip 16, converts the audio signal into sound, and finally plays the sound through the sound-playing speaker 112.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mounting case 12 includes a housing 121, second screw holes 123 are disposed at an upper end of the housing 121, the first screw holes 114 and the second screw holes 123 have the same structure, and the first screw holes 114 and the second screw holes 123 are overlapped. The upper end of casing 121 is equipped with first mounting groove 122, first mounting groove 122 and signal receiver 113, mounting panel 111 and casing 121 upper end laminating, the fixed first installation piece 124 that is equipped with of side of casing 121, be equipped with third screw 125 on the first installation piece 124, the fixed post 126 that inserts that is equipped with the array distribution of lower extreme of casing 121.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the supporting plate 13 includes a base 131, a second mounting block 132 is fixedly disposed at a side end of the base 131, a fourth screw hole 133 is disposed on the second mounting block 132, the base 131 is attached to the housing 121, the third screw hole 125 and the fourth screw hole 133 have the same structure, and the third screw hole 125 and the fourth screw hole 133 are overlapped. Be equipped with second mounting groove 139 on the supporting disk 13, the fixed first fastener 135, second fastener 136, L type piece 134 and the cooperation post 137 that are equipped with the symmetry and set up in the upper end of base 131, be equipped with slot 138 in the cooperation post 137, insert post 126 and slot 138 cooperation. The central core 16 is placed on the upper end of the base 131, and the side end of the central core 16 is attached to the first fastening member 135, the second fastening member 136 and the L-shaped block 134. The lower end of the base 131 is provided with a groove 1310, the groove 1310 is communicated with the second mounting groove 139, and the groove 1310 is internally provided with fifth screw holes 1311 distributed in an array.

As shown in fig. 9, the first fastening strip 14 includes a first clamping strip 141, a first clamping groove 142 is disposed at a lower end of the first clamping strip 141, first clamping blocks 143 are fixedly disposed at two ends of the first clamping strip 141, the first clamping blocks 143 are matched with the second fastening member 136, and the first clamping strip 141 is attached to the upper end of the central chip 16.

As shown in fig. 10, the second fastening strip 15 includes a second clamping strip 151, wherein second clamping blocks 153 are fixedly disposed at two ends of the second clamping strip 151, and the second clamping blocks 153 are matched with the first fastening member 135. The upper end of the second clamping strip 151 is provided with a second clamping groove 152. The second card strip 151 is attached to the upper end of the central chip 16, the first card strip 141 is attached to the second card strip 151, and the first card slot 142 is matched with the second card slot 152.

As shown in fig. 11, the floor mounting member 17 includes a catch plate 171, an insert 172 is fixedly provided at an upper end of the catch plate 171, the insert 172 is engaged with the second mounting groove 139, and the catch plate 171 is engaged with the groove 1310. The clamping plate 171 is provided with sixth screw holes 173 distributed in an array, the sixth screw holes 173 have the same structure as the fifth screw holes 1311, and the sixth screw holes 173 coincide with the fifth screw holes 1311.

The sound generating module 11 and the mounting shell 12 are fixed through bolts, the mounting shell 12 and the supporting disk 13 are fixed through bolts, and the supporting disk 13 and the bottom plate mounting piece 17 are fixed through bolts.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, an anti-interference detection apparatus for a multi-pad dual-purpose speaker with long and short axes includes an upper detection module 2 and a lower lifting module 3, the upper detection module 2 is disposed at the upper end of the lower lifting module 3, and the multi-pad dual-purpose speaker with long and short axes 1 is disposed on the lower lifting module 3.

As shown in fig. 14, 15, 16, and 17, the upper end detection module 2 includes a support plate 21, a support column 26 is fixedly disposed at the upper end of the support plate 21, a first sliding groove 27 and a second sliding groove 28 are disposed at the upper end of the support column 26, a first guide rod 214 is fixedly disposed in the first sliding groove 27, a first screw rod 213 rotatably connected is disposed in the second sliding groove 28, a first motor 25 is fixedly disposed at one end of the second sliding groove 28, and an output end of the first motor 25 is communicated with the second sliding groove 28 and is fixedly connected to the first screw rod 213.

The fixed anticreep arm 22 and the detection mechanism 23 that shocks resistance that is equipped with the symmetry in the upper end of backup pad 21, the fixed connecting plate 24 that is equipped with the symmetry and sets up of lower extreme of backup pad 21, upper end detection module 2 is equipped with logical groove 29. A transverse rod 210 is arranged between the first sliding groove 27 and the second sliding groove 28, the first guide rod 214 and the first screw rod 213 penetrate through the transverse rod 210, the first guide rod 214 is connected with the transverse rod 210 in a sliding mode, and the first screw rod 213 is in threaded fit with the transverse rod 210. The upper end of the cross bar 210 is fixedly provided with first connecting blocks 211, second screw rods 212 which are rotatably connected are arranged between the first connecting blocks 211, one end of one first connecting block 211 is fixedly provided with a second motor 215, and the output end of the second motor 215 is communicated with the first connecting block 211 and is fixedly connected with the second screw rods 212. The cross bar 210 is provided with a first sliding block 216 in sliding connection, the upper end of the first sliding block 216 is fixedly provided with a second connecting block 217, and the second screw rod 212 penetrates through the second connecting block 217 and is in threaded fit with the second connecting block 217. A first scribing knife 219 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the first sliding block 216.

The mounting rod 218 which is transversely arranged is fixedly arranged between two adjacent supporting columns 26, a third connecting block 224 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the mounting rod 218, a third screw rod 223 which is rotatably connected is arranged between the third connecting blocks 224, a third motor 225 is fixedly arranged at one end of one third connecting block 224, and the output end of the third motor 225 is communicated with the third connecting block 224 and is fixedly connected with the third screw rod 223. The mounting rod 218 is provided with a second sliding block 220 in sliding connection, the upper end of the second sliding block 220 is fixedly provided with a fourth connecting block 222, and the third screw rod 223 penetrates through the fourth connecting block 222 and is in threaded fit with the fourth connecting block 222. One end of the second sliding block 220 is fixedly provided with a second scriber 221.

As shown in fig. 18, the impact resistance detection mechanism 23 includes a vertical plate 231 fixedly connected to the upper end of the support plate 21, a square groove 232 is formed in the vertical plate 231, a guide groove 2311 and guide blocks 233 symmetrically arranged are fixedly formed in one end of the vertical plate 231, a sliding block 2312 is arranged in the guide groove 2311, a cylinder 234 is arranged in the guide block 233, and the cylinder 234 penetrates through the vertical plate 231 and the guide blocks 233 and is slidably connected to the vertical plate 231 and the guide blocks 233. The fixed impact piece 235 that is equipped with of one end of cylinder 234, the other end of cylinder 234 is fixed and is equipped with stopper 236, the fixed fourth motor 238 that is equipped with in upper end of riser 231, be equipped with first connecting rod 239 in the square groove 232, the square groove 232 rotates with the one end of first connecting rod 239 to be connected, the output intercommunication riser 231 of fourth motor 238 to with the one end fixed connection of first connecting rod 239.

The upper end of the impact block 235 is provided with a second connecting rod 237, the impact block 235 is rotatably connected with one end of the second connecting rod 237, the upper end of the moving block 2312 is provided with a third connecting rod 2310, the moving block 2312 is rotatably connected with one end of the third connecting rod 2310, the second connecting rod 237 and the third connecting rod 2310 penetrate through the square groove 232, and the other end of the second connecting rod 237 is rotatably connected with the other end of the third connecting rod 2310. The other end of the first link 239 is rotatably connected to the third link 2310.

As shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21, the lower end lifting module 3 includes a bottom fixing plate 31, the upper end of the bottom fixing plate 31 is fixedly provided with symmetrically arranged convex plates 32, one side of each convex plate 32 is fixedly provided with a fifth motor 33, the other side of each convex plate 32 is provided with a first rotating shaft 313 connected in a rotating manner, one end of each first rotating shaft 313 is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear 314, and the output end of each fifth motor 33 is communicated with the convex plate 32 and is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 313. The upper end of the bottom fixing plate 31 is vertically provided with guide frames 39 distributed in an array manner, the guide frames 39 are internally and fixedly provided with second guide rods 310 vertically arranged, the guide frames 39 are internally provided with lifting blocks 312 in sliding connection, and the second guide rods 310 penetrate through the lifting blocks 312 and are in sliding connection with the lifting blocks 312. A lifting piece 38 is fixedly arranged between two adjacent lifting blocks 312, a lifting plate 34 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lifting piece 38, the multi-pad dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 with long and short axes is placed at the upper end of the lifting plate 34, the lower end of the connecting plate 24 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the bottom fixing plate 31, and the lifting plate 34 is placed right below the through groove 29. Fourth screw rods 36 which are connected in a rotating mode are symmetrically arranged in the lifting plate 34, sixth motors 35 are fixedly arranged at two ends of the lifting plate 34, and output ends of the sixth motors 35 are communicated with the lifting plate 34 and fixedly connected with the fourth screw rods 36. The upper end of the lifting plate 34 is symmetrically provided with a clamping plate 37 in sliding connection, and the fourth screw rod 36 penetrates through the clamping plate 37 and is in threaded fit with the clamping plate 37.

A square plate 315 transversely arranged is fixedly arranged on one side of the guide frame 39, and the lower end of the square plate 315 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the convex plate 32. One side of the square plate 315 is provided with a second rotating shaft 316 which is rotatably connected, one end of the second rotating shaft 316 is fixedly provided with a second bevel gear 317, and the first bevel gear 314 is meshed with the second bevel gear 317. The other side of square board 315 is equipped with the disc 318 of rotating the connection, the fixed transmission post 321 that is equipped with on the disc 318, one side of square board 315 is equipped with fourth connecting rod 319, the one end of fourth connecting rod 319 rotates with square board 315 and is connected. The fourth link 319 is provided with a transmission slot 320, and the transmission column 321 penetrates through the transmission slot 320 and is slidably connected with the transmission slot 320. One side of the lifting block 312 is provided with a fifth connecting rod 311, one end of the fifth connecting rod 311 is rotatably connected with the lifting block 312, and the other end of the fifth connecting rod 311 is rotatably connected with the other end of the fourth connecting rod 319. The second rotating shaft 316 is communicated with the square plate 315 and is fixedly connected with the disc 318.

When the combined type multi-pad long and short axis loudspeaker 1 is used, the assembled multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 is placed on the lifting plate 34, then the fifth motor 33 is started, the lifting plate 34 drives the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 to ascend, the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 is lifted to a specified height according to actual detection requirements, then the position of the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 is adjusted through the anti-falling mechanical arms 22 located on the two sides of the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1 according to the actual detection requirements, then the sixth motor 35 is started, the clamping plate 37 clamps the two ends of the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1, then the first motor 25, the second motor 215 and the third motor 225 are started, the first scribing cutter 219 and the second scribing cutter 221 scribe the side ends of the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker 1, and accordingly the anti-scribing capability of the shell of the multi-pad long and short axis dual-purpose loudspeaker is detected. The fourth motor 238 is activated so that the impact mass 235 strikes the side end thereof, thereby detecting the impact resistance of the multi-pad long and short axis dual speaker 1 itself.
