The operation of railway enterprises is both increasing in income and saving in expenditure. The railway income management means that railway transportation resources are fully and reasonably used on the basis of accurately mastering market demands, and a proper transportation product is designed, so that the railway income maximization is realized. At present, the data downloading process of the ITCS consumes time and labor, and is mainly represented as follows:
