3) The invention adopts the design of the lifting platform, compresses the endoscope pretreatment time and further improves the endoscope pretreatment efficiency.

the water suction port of the diaphragm pump 13 is connected with the diaphragm pump inner perfusion suction port 2 through a pipeline J27, and the diaphragm pump inner perfusion suction port 2 is arranged at one side of a pipeline A19; an enzyme solution stock solution inlet 3 is connected to one side of the pipeline A19, the enzyme solution stock solution inlet 3 is connected with an outlet of the peristaltic pump 8 through a pipeline I28, and an inlet of the peristaltic pump 8 is connected with a stock solution pipeline; one side of the pipeline B20 is connected with a main equipment water inlet 5, and the main equipment water inlet 5 is connected with a water inlet pipeline; one side of the pipeline B20 is connected with a water gun water inlet 6, and the water gun water inlet 6 is connected with a water gun water inlet pipeline. The operation table 38 is also provided with an ultrasonic cleaning tank 36. The third joint of tee bend A35 is connected with the one end of pipeline F24, the other end of pipeline F24 is connected with the first joint of tee bend B43, pipeline F24's one side has connect electronic ball valve 15, electronic ball valve 15 is connected with the flowing back pipeline, the second joint of tee bend B43 passes through pipeline G25 and is connected with the water inlet of circulating pump 14, the delivery port of circulating pump 14 connects the water drainage pipe, the third joint of tee bend B43 passes through pipeline H26 and is connected with the outlet B18 of ultrasonic cleaning tank 36 bottom. The circulating pump 14 is a magnetic circulating pump, and the ultrasonic cleaning tank 36 is installed on the side of the operation table 38.

Baffle 41 is installed to one side of operation panel 38, is provided with supporter 40 on the baffle 41, install display 42 on the baffle 41, display 42 includes that display screen and hand sweep inductive switch, and display 42 passes through controlling means and is connected with electronic ball valve 15, circulating pump 14, gas injection solenoid valve 12, water injection solenoid valve 11, peristaltic pump 8, diaphragm pump 13 and electric putter 33 respectively, electric putter 33 bottom has connect lift foot switch. The action of the lifting platform can be realized at any time through the foot switch.

The use method of the soft endoscope pretreatment device is provided, after the leakage of the soft endoscope is detected by using the endoscope leakage detection system and the lifting device, the soft endoscope is pretreated by using the lifting device, the peristaltic pump 8, the diaphragm pump 13, the circulating pump 14 and corresponding pipelines; the detachable parts are cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaning tank 36. The endoscope leak detection system is in the prior art, and the principle of the endoscope leak detection system is that pure low-pressure compressed gas of 0.2bar is utilized to carry out leak detection monitoring on the pressure maintaining principle of an endoscope, and the process is continuously carried out in the program operation process. The leak detection system structure is not described herein.

Preferably, the leak detection specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) the soft endoscope is horizontally placed on the lifting platform 10 and is connected with the leakage detection interface in the quick plug interface 16, and a leakage detection switch on the display 42 is started;

(2) firstly, dry measurement is carried out, an inflation mechanism in a leakage detection system is started, an endoscope is inflated and pressurized to a preset value through a leakage detection interface in a quick insertion interface 16, pressure is maintained, and the pressure maintaining time is up to the end of leakage detection;

(4) when dry measurement is carried out, water is automatically fed into the water injection holes 1 below the lifting platform 10 to a preset value;

(5) after the dry measurement preset time is finished, the lifting platform 10 is lowered to the bottommost part, the endoscope is completely immersed in water, and pressure is continuously maintained for wet measurement;

(6) if the endoscope leaks or the pressure maintaining pressure is smaller than the pressure maintaining set value range, the leak detection system continuously admits air to maintain positive pressure in the endoscope body, so that liquid is prevented from entering the endoscope leakage part, and after the lifting platform 10 is lifted away from the liquid level, the display 42 gives an alarm and displays the endoscope leakage to remind a worker to process;

(7) after the humidity measurement time reaches a preset value, if the pressure maintaining does not exceed the preset value range, the success of leak detection is displayed; when the detection is passed, the lifting platform 10 is lifted, and the leakage detection interface in the quick plugging interface 16 is pulled out; the drainage is automatically opened and ready for the next step.

Preferably, the pretreatment specifically comprises:

s1, automatically preparing a cleaning agent solution;

according to different requirements, the raw liquid is injected into an enzyme liquid raw liquid inlet by a peristaltic pump 8 according to a proportion by using the liquid level measured by a liquid level sensor, and is injected into a pretreatment cleaning groove body 37 through a water injection port 1 to form a uniformly mixed enzyme liquid; the lifting platform 10 is lowered to the lowest level by pressing the pre-processing switch on the display 42, ensuring that the endoscope can be completely immersed in the solution,

s2: manually brushing the endoscope;

controlling the lifting platform system to lift the lens body to a position suitable for brushing any liquid level; brushing the surface and the pipeline of the endoscope by using a brush, brushing and wiping the endoscope, and thoroughly flushing the inner cavity of the pipeline of the endoscope by using uniformly mixed enzyme liquid;

s3: cleaning by perfusion;

after the brushing is finished, the lifting platform 10 is lowered to the bottommost part, and the endoscope body is completely immersed below the liquid level; performing full-pipeline perfusion cleaning;

the diaphragm pump 13 works, the mixed enzyme liquid enters the lumen of the soft endoscope through the internal perfusion inlet 16 and then returns to the diaphragm pump 13 through the water injection port 1 and the internal perfusion suction port 2 of the diaphragm pump to form perfusion circulation;

after the cleaning and perfusion are finished, the gas injection electromagnetic valve 12 automatically injects gas to discharge the enzyme liquid uniformly mixed in the endoscope lumen;

after the perfusion is finished, the electric ball valve 15 is started, the circulating pump 14 is started, and the cleaning solution is discharged through the water outlet a17, the pipeline E23, the pipeline F24, the electric ball valve 15, the pipeline G25 and the circulating pump 14.

S4: rinsing and perfusing;

the lifting platform 10 is lifted, and the decontamination solution can be drained by using a strip-shaped hole panel or the surface enzyme solution can be directly washed by water to increase the cleaning efficiency without discharging the solution in the tank; flushing the inner cavity of the endoscope pipeline with water through the water injection electromagnetic valve 11, and closing the water injection electromagnetic valve 11 after flushing is finished; and after the rinsing internal perfusion is finished, the gas injection electromagnetic valve 12 is started to flush the water in the inner cavity, the lifting platform 10 is lifted to a preset position, the whole pretreatment process is finished, and the height of the lifting platform can be adjusted at any time by stepping on the lifting foot switch in the whole operation process.

In the above process, if drainage is needed, the method comprises the following steps: the electric ball valve 15 works, and the wastewater in the pretreatment cleaning tank body 37 enters the circulating pump 14 through the water outlet A17, the tee joint A35, the tee joint B43 and the pipeline to be discharged; when the wastewater in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 36 is discharged, the electric ball valve B44 works, and the wastewater enters the circulating pump 14 through the pipeline and the tee joint B43 to be discharged.
