The universal wheel 4 enables the press machine to move more conveniently and rapidly, the guide rod 25 is connected to the inside of the column groove 18 in a sliding mode through the upper spring seat 19, the spring 21 and the lower spring seat 20, so that the press machine has a good buffering and damping effect when moving, and the stability of the press machine when moving is improved; column grooves 18 are formed in the periphery of the outer wall of the bottom of the base 1, the upper spring seat 19 is mounted on the periphery, close to the outer wall of the bottom of the column groove 18, of the base 1 through bolts, the guide rod 25 penetrates through the through hole 22 and is connected to the inside of the column groove 18 in a sliding mode, the column groove 18 can play a good positioning role for the guide rod 25, and the guide rod 25 is enabled to be more stable and firm when sliding in the column groove 18; the interval between the positioning hole 13 and the positioning column 16 is 2 cm, and the positioning column 16 is inserted in the positioning hole 13, so that the laminated plates 2 are more compact and stable in fit; a cushion pad is bonded on the outer wall of the bottom of the limiting disc 24; one side of the protective shell 6, which is close to the threaded rod 5, is provided with a rectangular groove matched with the specification of the worm wheel 11, and the protective shell 6 can play a good role in protecting the worm wheel 11; the air holes 14 and the penetrating holes 17 are millimeter holes, and the air holes 14 and the penetrating holes 17 are arranged to ensure that each layer of compressed tea combination has stronger air permeability; the area of the pressing groove 12 and the pressing block 15 is 4 x 4 cm; the outer side wall of the universal wheel 4 is provided with anti-slip stripes distributed in a corrugated structure, and the anti-slip stripes enable the universal wheel 4 to be more stable in the moving process.

In summary, according to the special press for compressed tea forming provided by the invention, an operator firstly uniformly places compressed tea in the pressing groove 12, then the worm gear 11 is driven by the stepping motor 8 through the worm 9 to rotate, the worm gear 11 drives the threaded rod 5 through the casing string 10 to rotate, so that the pressing plate 2 is drawn close along the threaded rod 5 through the threaded hole 23, the pressing block 15 is fit in the pressing groove 12, thereby completing the pressing processing of the compressed tea, when the pressing plate 2 is fitted, the positioning column 16 is inserted in the positioning hole 13, so that the air holes 14 are communicated with the penetrating holes 17, the air permeability of each layer of compressed tea combination is ensured, the universal wheel 4 enables the press to move more conveniently and quickly, and the guide rod 25 is slidably connected in the column groove 18 through the action of the upper spring seat 19, the spring 21 and the lower spring seat 20, so that the press has good buffer effect when moving, the stability of the press when moving is promoted.
