The market demand for surface printing gloss oil products with extremely low odor is also expanded year by year, and the surface printing gloss oil products with extremely low odor are required to have the characteristics of extremely low odor, good gloss, good leveling property and good wear resistance. The grinding and dispersing process of the surface printing gloss oil is an important step in the production of the surface printing gloss oil, and the quality of the surface printing gloss oil is directly influenced.

At present, the flexographic inner printing composite ink used in the market is mainly inner printing composite ink taking PVB resin as main body resin and inner printing composite ink taking alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin as main body resin. The former is difficult to be applied to high-speed printing because of high viscosity of flexible printing ink made of PVB resin. The flexographic inner printing ink made of alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin has high viscosity, so that printing faults such as poor ink transfer, reverse adhesion of printed matters and the like are easily caused in printing, and other resins with high hardness are needed to be combined for use so as to improve the printing adaptability of the flexographic inner printing ink, but the composite strength of the working procedures after printing is low, particularly the extrusion composite strength can only reach 0.1-0.2N/15mm, and the market demand is difficult to meet.

The alcohol soluble polyurethane resin is another main resin of the flexographic extrusion composite ink, improves the toughness of ink film forming, and provides adhesion on plastic substrates (BOPP, PET and the like). Available commercially.

The polyethylene wax improves the printing adaptability of the ink and can be purchased in the market.

Solvents for dissolving resins, wetting pigments, improving solvent evaporation rate and adjusting viscosity, etc., and conventional propylene glycol ethers, n-propanol and ethanol are commercially available.

The modified dammar resin is used as auxiliary resin for flexographic extrusion composite ink, on one hand, the adhesive force on a plastic substrate can be enhanced, and simultaneously, the extrusion composite strength can be improved.

The coupling agent plays a role in bridging and crosslinking in an ink system, can rapidly generate bridging reaction at the temperature of over 60 ℃, improves the adhesive force of resin and a plastic substrate, ensures that the ink is more stable in film forming after crosslinking, and also improves the extrusion compounding strength in the subsequent extrusion compounding process.
