1. A ceramide-containing composition comprising the following components: nitrogen-containing organic acids, ceramides, antioxidants and solvents.

2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the organic nitrogen-containing acid is at least one of creatine, arginine, or lysine.

3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the ceramide is selected from at least one of ceramide 1, ceramide 3, or ceramide 6.

4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of tocopherol, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, or papain; the tocopherol is selected from at least one of alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol or gamma-tocopherol.

5. The composition of claim 1, further comprising oligopeptide-29 and/or adjuvants; the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of an emulsifier, an auxiliary emulsifier, an emollient, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent, a humectant, a preservative, an anti-allergy agent, a penetration enhancer or a pH regulator.

6. The composition according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-2 parts of organic acid containing nitrogen, 0.1-3 parts of ceramide, 0.05-1 part of antioxidant and 50-70 parts of solvent.

7. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

and stirring and dissolving the components to prepare the composition.

8. An eye cream comprising the composition of any one of claims 1 to 6.

9. A cosmetic comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

10. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for the preparation of a cosmetic product.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition containing ceramide and application thereof in eye cream.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, people begin to pay attention to skin care, and healthy and good skin is of great help to improve self confidence. After a person enters the age of 25, the skin health begins to decline slowly. With age, the metabolism of the body is gradually slowed down, the replacement time of the cells forming the horny layer in the epidermis is prolonged, and the content of the natural moisturizing factors is reduced. The collagen fibers in the dermis are not regenerated significantly, the hyaluronic acid content is reduced, and therefore, the moisture content of the skin is reduced, the skin becomes dry, and wrinkles begin to appear at certain specific portions of the face, such as the corners of the eyes, the forehead, and the like. In particular, eye marks are liable to occur.

In the prior art, a plurality of cosmetics for removing wrinkles exist, but the effect of removing eye wrinkles is relatively poor.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a cosmetic, such as an eye cream, for removing wrinkles, particularly, for removing eye lines, which has a good effect of removing eye lines.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art described above. Therefore, the invention provides a composition containing ceramide and application thereof in eye cream, the composition and the eye cream containing the composition have remarkable wrinkle removing effect, and particularly, the skin elasticity can be improved after the wrinkles are removed.

The invention conception of the invention is as follows: activating skin cells with organic acid containing nitrogen (such as creatine, arginine or lysine), and then using the combined action of antioxidant tocopherol and ceramide, thereby effectively removing fine lines of skin, improving skin elasticity, and establishing good skin barrier. Oligopeptide-29 is further introduced into the composition, so that the wrinkle removing effect of the composition can be further improved.

In a first aspect of the invention, a ceramide-containing composition is provided.

Specifically, the composition containing ceramide comprises the following components: nitrogen-containing organic acids, ceramides, antioxidants and solvents.

The nitrogen-containing organic acid is nitrogen-containing organic acid with cell activating function.

Preferably, the organic acid containing nitrogen is at least one of creatine, arginine or lysine. Creatine promotes the synthesis of intracellular proteins and repairs cellular DNA.

Preferably, the ceramide is selected from at least one of ceramide 1, ceramide 3 or ceramide 6.

Further preferably, the ceramide is ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6, and the mass ratio of ceramide 1 to ceramide 6 is 1: (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.5) in proportion. The ceramide has effects of repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance to external adverse stimulus.

Preferably, the antioxidant is at least one of tocopherol, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase or papain.

Preferably, the tocopherol is selected from at least one of alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol or gamma-tocopherol; further preferably, the tocopherol is selected from alpha-tocopherol and/or beta-tocopherol. The alpha-tocopherol and/or beta-tocopherol can be selected to be better matched with other components in the composition, so that the skin elasticity is further improved, and fine wrinkles are reduced.

Preferably, the solvent is selected from water and/or an alcohol. Further preferably, the water is deionized water.

Preferably, the ceramide-containing composition further comprises oligopeptide-29. Oligopeptide-29 can resist glycosylation, and can further improve wrinkle removing effect of the composition.

Preferably, the ceramide-containing composition further comprises an adjuvant.

Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of an emulsifier, a co-emulsifier, an emollient, an antifoaming agent, a thickener, a humectant, a preservative, an anti-sensitivity agent, a penetration enhancer or a pH adjuster.

Preferably, the emulsifier is glyceryl monostearate (i.e. a165) or polyethylene glycol.

Preferably, the co-emulsifier is cetostearyl alcohol.

Preferably, the emollient is selected from at least one of jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, shea butter, or neopentylglycol bis (ethylhexanoate).

Preferably, the defoamer is dimethicone (i.e., DC 200).

Preferably, the thickener is xanthan gum or carbomer.

Preferably, the humectant is enzyme-cleaved oligomeric sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate or 1, 3-propylene glycol.

Preferably, the preservative is benzyl alcohol, 1,2 hexanediol or phenoxyethanol.

Preferably, the anti-sensitivity agent is a lysine polypeptide.

Preferably, the penetration enhancer is tetrahydropiperine.

Preferably, the pH regulator is citric acid or sodium citrate.

Preferably, the ceramide-containing composition further comprises at least one of gold foil, diamond dust, niacinamide, amino acids, or fragrances. The niacinamide acts to brighten the eye.

Preferably, the composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-2 parts of organic acid containing nitrogen, 0.1-3 parts of ceramide, 0.05-1 part of antioxidant and 50-70 parts of solvent.

Further preferably, the composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of organic acid containing nitrogen, 0.1-2 parts of ceramide, 0.05-0.3 part of antioxidant and 50-60 parts of solvent.

Preferably, the composition containing ceramide also comprises 20-40 parts of auxiliary agent; further preferably 23 to 35 parts. The content of the preservative in the auxiliary agent accounts for less than 1% of the total mass of the composition. The addition amount of each component in the auxiliary agent meets the requirement of the cosmetic industry standard.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition.

Specifically, the preparation method of the composition containing ceramide comprises the following steps:

stirring and dissolving the components to prepare the composition containing ceramide.

Further preferably, a method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition comprises the following steps:

(1) heating and mixing emulsifier, auxiliary emulsifier, emollient, antifoaming agent and antioxidant to obtain phase A;

(2) adding thickener, humectant, gold foil and diamond powder into solvent, heating and mixing to obtain phase B, heating phase A into phase B, stirring, and homogenizing to obtain phase C;

(3) heating nitrogen-containing organic acid, ceramide and the rest components in water bath to dissolve, adding phase C, homogenizing, and stirring to obtain the composition containing ceramide.

Preferably, the temperature for heating and mixing in the step (1) and the step (2) is 75-85 ℃; further preferably 75 to 80 ℃.

Preferably, the water bath heating temperature in the step (3) is below 40 ℃; further preferably 30 to 40 ℃.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides an eye cream comprising the above composition.

An eye cream comprises the composition.

The invention also provides an application of the composition in preparing cosmetics.

A cosmetic comprises the above composition.

The cosmetic has wrinkle removing effect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the composition containing the ceramide and the eye cream containing the composition have obvious wrinkle removing effect due to the matched use of the nitrogen-containing organic acid, the ceramide and the antioxidant (tocopherol), and particularly, the skin elasticity can be improved after the eye cream is removed. The composition has a great application prospect in preparing cosmetics with the wrinkle removing function.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more apparent to those skilled in the art, the following examples are given for illustration. It should be noted that the following examples are not intended to limit the scope of the claimed invention.

The starting materials, reagents or apparatuses used in the following examples are conventionally commercially available or can be obtained by conventionally known methods, unless otherwise specified.

Example 1: preparation of ceramide-containing compositions

The composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8 part of creatine, 10.5 parts of ceramide, 30.5 parts of ceramide, 0.08 part of alpha-tocopherol, 290.5 parts of oligopeptide and 55 parts of deionized water.

A method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition, comprising the steps of:

mixing creatine, ceramide 1, ceramide 3, alpha-tocopherol and deionized water, heating in water bath at 35 deg.C for dissolving, homogenizing, stirring at 30 r/min to obtain composition containing ceramide.

Example 2: preparation of ceramide-containing compositions

The composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of creatine, 10.5 parts of ceramide, 30.5 parts of ceramide, 60.5 parts of ceramide, 0.08 part of beta-tocopherol and 60 parts of deionized water.

A method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition, comprising the steps of:

mixing creatine, ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6, beta-tocopherol and deionized water, heating in water bath at 40 deg.C for dissolving, homogenizing, stirring at 30 r/min to obtain composition containing ceramide.

Example 3: preparation of ceramide-containing compositions

The composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of creatine, 10.5 parts of ceramide, 61 parts of ceramide, 0.5 part of alpha-tocopherol, 0.08 part of beta-tocopherol and 70 parts of deionized water.

A method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition, comprising the steps of:

mixing creatine, ceramide 1, ceramide 6, alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol and deionized water, heating in water bath at 30 deg.C for dissolving, homogenizing, stirring at 30 r/min to obtain composition containing ceramide.

Example 4: preparation of ceramide-containing compositions

The composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of creatine, 10.5 parts of ceramide, 61 parts of ceramide, 0.5 part of alpha-tocopherol, 0.08 part of beta-tocopherol, 3 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 1 part of octadecanol, 3 parts of jojoba oil, 3 parts of wheat germ oil, 3 parts of shea butter, 3 parts of neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate), 1 part of simethicone and 70 parts of deionized water.

A method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition, comprising the steps of:

heating glyceryl monostearate, cetostearyl alcohol, jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, shea butter, neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate) ester, simethicone, alpha-tocopherol and beta-tocopherol to 85 ℃ for dissolving, and cooling to 80 ℃ to prepare phase A for later use; and mixing the creatine, the ceramide 1 and the ceramide 6 with deionized water, heating in a water bath to dissolve, wherein the heating temperature in the water bath is 36 ℃, adding the phase A, homogenizing, stirring, and stirring at the speed of 30 revolutions per minute to obtain the composition containing the ceramide.

Example 5: preparation of ceramide-containing compositions

The composition containing ceramide comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of arginine, 10.5 parts of ceramide, 30.5 parts of ceramide, 60.5 parts of ceramide, 0.5 part of alpha-tocopherol, 0.08 part of beta-tocopherol, 3 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 1 part of octadecanol, 3 parts of jojoba oil, 3 parts of wheat germ oil, 3 parts of shea butter, 3 parts of neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate), 1 part of simethicone, 0.35 part of carbomer, 3 parts of nicotinamide, 4.06 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.001 part of arginine, 2 parts of gold foil, 0.01 part of diamond powder, 0.02 part of tetrahydropiperine, 1 part of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 0.3 part of phenoxyethanol, and 70 parts of deionized water.

A method for preparing a ceramide-containing composition, comprising the steps of:

(1) heating glyceryl monostearate, cetostearyl alcohol, jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, shea butter, neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate) ester, simethicone, alpha-tocopherol and beta-tocopherol to 85 ℃ for dissolving, and then cooling to 80 ℃ to obtain phase A;

(2) adding carbomer, nicotinamide, sodium hyaluronate, gold foil and diamond powder into deionized water, heating and mixing to obtain phase B, heating phase A into phase B, stirring, and homogenizing to obtain phase C;

(3) heating creatine, ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6 and the rest components in water bath at 35 deg.C, adding phase C, homogenizing, and stirring to obtain the composition containing ceramide.

Comparative example 1

In comparison with example 1, creatine was not added in comparative example 1, and the remaining components and preparation method were the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 2

In comparison with example 2, in comparative example 2, ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6 were not added, and the remaining components and the preparation method were the same as example 2.

Comparative example 3

In comparison with example 3, in comparative example 3, α -tocopherol and β -tocopherol were not added, and the remaining components and the preparation method were the same as in example 3.

Product effectiveness testing

Eye creams were prepared from the ceramide-containing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively (the technique for preparing eye creams from the ceramide-containing compositions is a conventional technique), 24 subjects were randomly divided into 8 groups of 3 persons, each group was tested for wrinkle removal effect with one eye cream (for example, the subject numbered 1,2, 3 was tested for wrinkle removal effect with the eye cream prepared from the composition of example 1), the subjects were 25 to 35 years old, the conditions for wrinkle removal were 25 ℃ at constant temperature and 40 to 60% relative humidity, the apparatus for testing eye wrinkles was the C-Cube multifunctional skin imaging analysis system of PIXIENCE, and the test procedure was: 1. after cleaning the face with warm water, the subject had a rest in a constant temperature and humidity room for 0.5-1h, and then evaluated the skin wrinkle grade and the average value of the test wrinkle depth using the C-Cube multifunctional skin imaging analysis system of PIXIENCE; 2. the eye cream was applied to the lower eyelid and the outer canthus of the subject, followed by slight massage from inside to outside in the direction of the texture of the skin on the eyes, and the skin wrinkle level and the average value of the test wrinkle depth were evaluated after 30 minutes, and the skin wrinkle level and the average value of the test wrinkle depth were measured at the sixth week after 6 weeks of continuous use of the eye cream, once a day, morning and evening, and the results are shown in table 1. Wherein the wrinkle grade is: level 0: no wrinkles, a ruddy complexion and elastic skin; level 1: fine false wrinkles; and 2, stage: fine real wrinkles; and 3, level: slight real wrinkles; 4, level: moderate real wrinkles; and 5, stage: severe true wrinkles; and 6, level: the skin with extremely severe true wrinkles has poor elasticity. Mild wrinkles below grade 2, which are visible as fine and shallow wrinkles during facial muscle activity, and wrinkles which disappear after the activity stops; 3. grade 4 is medium wrinkles, which are already visible when the face is inactive, but disappear when the skin is stretched and stretched on both sides of the wrinkles; grade 5 or above is a severe wrinkle, which does not disappear when the skin is stretched on both sides.

As can be seen from Table 1, the eye creams prepared using the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 according to the present invention have significantly better effects on the improvement of eye wrinkles than the eye creams prepared using the compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3. Furthermore, the eye creams prepared using the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention also have the effect of improving skin elasticity.
