Referring to fig. 4, the humidifying assembly 5 includes a conveyor belt 51 and a humidifying cotton 52, the conveyor belt 51 is fixed on the humidifying rack 41, the conveyor belt 51 and the conveyor belt 2 are arranged in parallel, and the transmission speeds of the conveyor belt 51 and the humidifying cotton 52 are the same, the humidifying cotton 52 is arranged on the conveyor belt 51 and is used for humidifying the paper 8 on the conveyor belt 2, a plurality of humidifying cotton 52 are arranged, three humidifying cotton 52 form a humidifying cotton 52 group for humidifying the paper 8, the humidifying cotton 52 includes a cotton body 521 and a cotton seat 522, the cotton body 521 is used for absorbing moisture and coating the moisture on the paper, the cotton seat 522 is used for fixing the cotton body 521, the cotton seat 522 is an elastic cotton seat 522 made of rubber, and a connecting assembly 7 for detachably connecting the cotton seat 522 and the conveyor belt 51 is arranged between the cotton seat.

The connecting assembly 7 comprises connecting plates 71 and clamping pieces 72, the connecting plates 71 are elastic connecting plates 71 made of rubber materials, two connecting plates 71 are arranged, the two connecting plates 71 are arranged in parallel and are vertically fixed on two sides of the conveying end face of the conveying belt 51, two pairs of clamping pieces 72 are arranged on the two connecting plates 71, and the two pairs of clamping pieces 72 are used for clamping and fixing the cotton bases 522 between the two connecting plates 71.

The clamping piece 72 comprises an insert rod 721, a spring and a pressing rod 723, the insert rod 721 vertically slides through the connecting plate 71 and is inserted into the cotton seat 522, a slot 523 for the insert rod 721 to insert is formed in the position, opposite to the insert rod 721, of the cotton seat 522, the spring is sleeved on the insert rod 721, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the side end face, away from the cotton seat 522, of the connecting plate 71, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with one end, away from the cotton seat 522, of the insert rod 721, the pressing rod 723 is an elastic pressing rod 723 made of rubber, and two ends of the pressing rod 723 are fixedly connected with the two insert rods 721 respectively.

The moisture keeping assembly 6 comprises a water tank 61 and a water absorbing brush 62, wherein the water tank 61 is fixed on the humidification frame 41 and is positioned above the humidification assembly 5, the lower end part of the water tank 61 is communicated with a plurality of communicating pipes 63 which are uniformly distributed at intervals, the communicating pipes 63 are distributed along the vertical direction, the water absorbing brush 62 is a water absorbing block made of water absorbing materials, the water absorbing brush 62 is fixed at the lower end part of the communicating pipes 63 along the horizontal direction, and the water absorbing brush 62 can be in sliding contact with the cotton 521 on the conveyor belt 51.

The embodiment of the application also discloses a use method of the paper cup machine thick paper anti-burst processing device, which comprises the following steps:

s1, conveying the paper to a conveying belt: firstly, a worker puts a paper stack on a lifting plate in a containing box from a placing opening, then the worker starts a moving assembly, a moving cylinder and an air suction machine are started, an adsorption head adsorbs the paper, the moving cylinder conveys the paper onto a conveying belt, then the air suction machine is stopped, the moving cylinder is started reversely until the adsorption head returns to an initial position, and then the steps are repeated, so that the paper can be conveyed onto the conveying belt in a single mode.

S2, conveying and humidifying paper: the paper enters into humidification mechanism department under the transport of conveyer belt, and the drive belt drives the continuous removal of humidification, and the humidification is continuous inconsistent with the paper on the conveyer belt, humidifies the paper, leaves the humidification mechanism and enters into paper cup built-in position until the paper, and the brush that absorbs water in the subassembly of moisturizing simultaneously slides with the continuous conflict of humidification, guarantees the moisture content in the continuous humidification.
