Technical Field

The invention relates to a 70-155 mm ammunition body in military industry, which is used for transferring, carrying, transporting, stacking and storing ammunition products in the manufacturing process, and belongs to the technical field of transferring in the manufacturing process of ammunition bodies. The device is suitable for transportation, turnover and storage in the mass projectile body production process in the military industry.

Background

The main process flow of the ammunition body (70 mm-155 mm) in the military industry comprises the following steps: hot stamping and drawing, rough machining and closing, fine machining of the projectile body, surface treatment of the projectile body, charging and assembling of the projectile body, wherein the machining and manufacturing are distributed in different workshops and production lines, and the projectile body needs to be turned over, transported and stored in the manufacturing process. The prior bullet body turnover generally adopts a packaging wooden box which is unqualified or eliminated in the production of the bullets to carry out turnover, transportation and storage, 2 bullets are loaded in each box, a partition board is arranged in the middle of the packaging box to separate the bullets and avoid mutual collision. As shown in fig. 1 and 2.

The former turnover packing box size is different according to its packing box overall dimension of projectile body bore difference, and general maximum dimension is: 96cm × 46cm × 29 cm. The surface of the bullet body after being painted is generally protected by the package of kraft paper which is used for dipping wax in the bullet body, and the damage of the paint layer is avoided. The height of the stack is 5 boxes in general during turnover and transportation.

The turnover packing box has the main defects after long-term use: the bullet body is not fixed in a box and can move in a string mode, and the surface of the bullet body is easily scratched and collided when hard impurities exist in the box; the packing box stacking height is 5 boxes, the labor intensity is high, and the phenomenon of stack falling is generated; the situation that the bullets collide with each other in the turnover process is caused if the turnover box is used for a long time and parts of the turnover packing box are lost, so that the product quality cannot be guaranteed; the requirement for upgrading and transforming the projectile production line is not met, and the efficiency is low; in recent years, the ammunition product adopts an engineering plastic packaging box to replace a wooden case, so that the source of the turnover wooden case is greatly reduced, and the requirement cannot be met.

The vertical wooden packaging tray for the turnover of the projectile body consists of a bottom belt, a supporting plate, a lower clamping plate, a strapping tape, a ratchet locking device, an upper clamping plate and a buffer belt, wherein the bottom belt, the supporting plate, the lower clamping plate and the buffer belt are fixedly combined to form a bottom tray component.

The turnover packaging tray for the projectile is simple in structure, convenient and fast to operate and use, and quality of the projectile in turnover, carrying, transporting, stacking and storing processes is effectively guaranteed. The specific use method is as follows:

(1) the bottom tray part is placed on a flat ground, and the turnover elastic bodies 9 are sequentially placed at the fixed positions of the lower clamping plates, as shown in figures 8 and 9.

(2) The upper pallet part is loaded through the upper part of the projectile body as shown in figure 10.

(3) The strapping tape is strapped by the bottom tray component and the upper clamping plate component, and then is fixedly locked by a ratchet locking device of the strapping locking component, and the bullet body is packaged, as shown in figure 3.
