(1) weighing wormwood and soybean residue according to the weight, crushing, performing constant-temperature steam treatment for 10h at the temperature of 200 ℃, cooling to 60 ℃ at the cooling rate of 5 ℃/min, continuing constant-temperature steam treatment for 15min, taking out, placing in the temperature of-1 ℃, performing constant-temperature freezing treatment for 15min, taking out, placing in the temperature of 80 ℃, performing constant-temperature steam treatment for 10min, heating to 140 ℃ at the heating rate of 5 ℃/min, continuing constant-temperature steam treatment for 20min, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;

(2) fermenting aloe to obtain aloe fermentation liquor, adding the aloe fermentation liquor into the mixture prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; the aloe fermentation liquor is prepared by the following steps: cleaning fresh aloe, adding 3 times of water and 35% of bifidobacterium adolescentis by mass into a reactor, uniformly stirring, fermenting at 35 ℃ for 80h in a sealed manner at constant temperature, adding 40% of bacillus subtilis by mass, uniformly stirring, continuously fermenting for 90h, refrigerating at 18 ℃ for 2h, sterilizing in a sterilizer, and rapidly spraying tap water to cool to normal temperature to obtain aloe fermentation liquor;

(3) heating the slurry prepared in the step (2) with slow fire to 55 ℃, continuously stirring, adding aminomethylbenzoic acid, sodium sulfamate and nano zinc oxide, uniformly stirring, homogenizing at 65 ℃ and 60MPa for 20min, making paper, and drying to obtain paper as a fan blade of a fan;

(4) weighing silica sol, zinc oxide, a curing agent and a stabilizing agent according to the parts by weight, sequentially putting the silica sol, the zinc oxide, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent into a container, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1800r/min for 40min to obtain the adhesive;

(5) weighing radix sileris according to parts by weight, crushing the radix sileris into powder which is sieved by a sieve of 80 meshes, adding the powder into the adhesive prepared in the step (4), and mixing the powder and the adhesive to obtain a mixture;

(6) and (3) injecting the mixture prepared in the step (5) into a mould of a plate press, vacuumizing, pressing and forming at 40 ℃ under the pressure of 1.8 multiplied by 107 newtons, removing the mould, curing and drying for 4 hours at 150 ℃, shaping, cutting edges and polishing the shaped plate blank to obtain a fan framework plate of the fan, and preparing the fan framework plate into fan frameworks according to the industry requirements according to the conventional fan preparation process and matching the fan framework plate with the fan blade prepared in the step (3) to prepare the fan with the health-care function.

Example 4

A fan with health care function is characterized in that:

the fan ribs of the fan are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 30 parts of silica sol, 2 parts of zinc oxide, 3 parts of curing agent aluminum hydroxide or zinc hydroxide and 0.5 part of stabilizer sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose.

The fan blade of the fan is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of soybean residue, 30 parts of wormwood, 20 parts of aloe, 8 parts of aminomethylbenzoic acid, 5 parts of sodium sulfamate and 6 parts of nano zinc oxide.

A preparation method of a fan with health care function comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing wormwood and soybean residues according to the weight, crushing, performing constant-temperature steam treatment for 8h at the temperature of 150-200 ℃, cooling to 50 ℃ at the cooling rate of 5 ℃/min, continuing constant-temperature steam treatment for 15min, taking out, placing at-2 ℃ for constant-temperature freezing treatment for 10min, taking out, placing at 80 ℃ for constant-temperature steam treatment for 5min, heating to 120 ℃ at the heating rate of 5 ℃/min, continuing constant-temperature steam treatment for 20min, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;

(2) fermenting aloe to obtain aloe fermentation liquor, adding the aloe fermentation liquor into the mixture prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; the aloe fermentation liquor is prepared by the following steps: cleaning fresh aloe, adding 3 times of water and 35% of bifidobacterium adolescentis by mass into a reactor, uniformly stirring, fermenting at 30 ℃ for 80h in a sealed manner at constant temperature, adding 40% of bacillus subtilis by mass, uniformly stirring, continuously fermenting for 80h, refrigerating at 18 ℃ for 2h, sterilizing in a sterilizer, and rapidly spraying tap water to cool to normal temperature to obtain aloe fermentation liquor;

(3) heating the slurry prepared in the step (2) with slow fire to 50 ℃, continuously stirring, adding aminomethylbenzoic acid, sodium sulfamate and nano zinc oxide, uniformly stirring, homogenizing at 65 ℃ and 60MPa for 20min, making paper, and drying to obtain paper as a fan blade of a fan;

(4) weighing silica sol, zinc oxide, curing agent and stabilizing agent according to the parts by weight, sequentially putting the silica sol, the zinc oxide, the curing agent and the stabilizing agent into a container, and stirring the mixture for 30-40min at the rotating speed of 1500-1800r/min to obtain the adhesive;

(5) weighing the divaricate saposhnikovia root according to the parts by weight, crushing the divaricate saposhnikovia root into powder which is sieved by a 60-mesh sieve, adding the powder into the adhesive prepared in the step (4), and mixing the powder and the adhesive to obtain a mixture;

(6) and (3) injecting the mixture prepared in the step (5) into a mould of a plate press, vacuumizing, pressing and forming at 30 ℃ under the pressure of 1.8 multiplied by 107 newtons, removing the mould, curing and drying for 3 hours at 150 ℃, shaping, cutting edges and polishing the shaped plate blank to obtain a fan framework plate of the fan, and preparing the fan framework plate into fan frameworks according to the industry requirements according to the conventional fan preparation process and matching the fan framework plate with the fan blade prepared in the step (3) to prepare the fan with the health-care function.

Comparative example 1

The patent of application No. 201911003445.4, an environment-friendly paper and a preparation method thereof, is taken as comparative data, the data of example 1 in the patent are selected for comparison with the invention, and the specific data are shown in Table 1.

Comparative example 2

A patent with application number 201610713470.1, namely a biomass flame-retardant heat-insulation plate and a preparation method thereof, is taken as comparative data, a data interval of examples 1-4 in the patent is selected for comparison with the invention, and the specific data are shown in Table 1.

First, performance detection

The fan with health care function and the finished product prepared by the preparation method thereof according to the invention are tested according to the following method, and the results are shown in table 1: the tensile strength of the fan leaf with the health care function obtained in the example 1 to 4 is measured by a ZL-100A type tensile tester according to the GB/T453-1989 standard; the ring crush strength is measured by an HSD-A type compression tester according to the GB/T2679.8-1995 standard; and meanwhile, carrying out antibacterial and mildewproof detection. The field application and test data of the fan ribs with health care function obtained in examples 1 to 4 are shown in table 1.

The embodiment and the comparative example show that the fan blade with the health care function prepared by the method can achieve better antibacterial property and mildew resistance, and meanwhile, the fan blade has the advantages of high strength, high burst index, difficult deformation in the using process and stable performance; the fan ribs have better density, hydrophobic rate, compressive strength and flexural strength. The above embodiments are merely provided to help understand the method and core principle of the present invention, and the main steps and embodiments of the present invention are described in detail by using specific examples. To those skilled in the art, the various conditions and parameters may be varied as desired in a particular implementation in accordance with the principles of the invention, and in view of the foregoing, the description is not to be taken as limiting the invention.
