Background

The fully insulated transformation project is the most important one in the lean operation and maintenance and fault voltage drop project of the distribution network equipment, and has great significance for improving the capability of the net rack for preventing external force faults. At present, the electric power industry is combining various engineering projects, and accelerating the full insulation transformation of a distribution line in a non-power-off operation mode is realized, so that the tripping faults caused by external force factors such as external foreign matters, small animals and the like are reduced. A large number of crossing cables exist in the district in the urban district at present, and the traditional outgoing cable and a 10kv lead wire are directly connected through a connecting hardware fitting in the existing crossing cable pole climbing mode. When the crossing cable connected among the lines has a fault, the power needs to be cut off to remove the connection at the two ends of the cable so as to carry out fault finding, repairing and normal test on the cable. After repair, the two ends of the cable need to be lapped in an electrified way. For cables which are not capable of being charged and have two disassembled ends, cable splicing is needed, and cable class is matched with live cable tail splicing in the field after a pilot test. If the rear end of the crossing cable has users, live working can not be carried out, the power restoration time of the crossing cable is prolonged, the repair cable needs to be subjected to power failure lap joint, and the number of users is reduced when the power failure occurs to the users.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a pole-mounted circuit breaker which can quickly isolate a spanning cable, shorten the fault processing power failure time and reduce the household consumption during the fault power failure. After the cable fault is repaired, the power can be directly transmitted, and the problem that the number of households is consumed when the power is cut off due to the fact that follow-up power failure lap joint recovery is possible is solved.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made by specific examples:

referring to fig. 1 and 2, a pole mounted circuit breaker of the present invention includes a circuit breaker 1 and a circuit breaker base 2.

The base 2 is composed of a hoop 21 and a triangular support 22. The base 2 is connected with the electric pole through the hoop 21, and the triangular support 22 supports the circuit breaker 1.

The circuit breaker 1 comprises a box 11, an arc extinguishing chamber, a three-phase contact and operating handle 12, an upper connecting contact 13 and a lower connecting contact 14.

The arc extinguishing chamber is arranged in the box body and is provided with a three-phase integrated linkage type linear gas arc extinguishing chamber, the arc extinguishing chamber is provided with a transparent housing, and the moving contact blows at the contact arc drawing position of the contact to extinguish arc by utilizing the air pressure difference between the front chamber and the rear chamber generated by the cooperation with the housing in the moving process. And the bottom and the side surface of the box body are provided with observation windows 15 for observing the motion range of the three-phase contact.

The indicator or the indicating mark provides state indication of two independent principles together with a three-phase contact visible fracture observed on a box observation window in class, and accuracy of indication information is ensured.

The side of the box body 11 is provided with a barometer which detects the air pressure in the arc extinguishing chamber. Besides the specific air pressure reading, clear visible red and green area indication is provided, so that the air pressure of the switch can be conveniently confirmed to be within a normal range; the switch design can operate at full power in the bottom region of the green zone (30 kPa).

The box body 11 is provided with a lifting ring for lifting, so that the switch equipment in suspension is kept horizontal, the lifting chain is not in frictional contact with any part, and the surface of the box body is prevented from being scratched in the lifting process.

The 10kv lead 3 is connected with an upper contact 13, the upper contact 13 is connected with a lower contact 14 through a lead in the arc extinguishing chamber, and the lower contact 14 is connected with a lower lead 5 through the lightning arrester 4.

When the pole-mounted circuit breaker is operated, the barometer needs to be checked to be in a green range before the handle is operated to pull the switch on and off. The position of the knife switch needs to be checked through the visual window after the handle is pulled open and closed.

At present, products in the market can be insulated in a closing state, and have no obvious electrified bare dew point, but when a switch is in an opening state, equipment with a visible disconnection point always has a contact with the electrified bare dew point, which is a short plate for essentially insulating the equipment. The key point of the invention is to realize the essential insulation of the product, namely the all-insulation visible breaker. Meanwhile, on the basis of intrinsic insulation, the insulation of the remote visible fracture is ensured, and the fracture on-off condition can be conveniently checked on the lower side of the electric pole.
