Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power construction, and particularly relates to a multifunctional grounding assembly for electric power equipment maintenance.

Background

In consideration of eliminating residual charges in equipment and avoiding the risk of sudden call, the power equipment is usually grounded before maintenance, and equipment to be maintained is connected with the ground through a grounding device, so that working (maintenance) personnel can safely carry out field work. Besides the grounding disconnecting link, a temporary grounding wire is also often hung on a working site to perform short-circuit grounding on the maintenance equipment.

The grounding wire is a grounding device composed of a wire clamp, a soft copper wire, a grounding terminal and the like, and in use, a contact electroscope is used for testing electricity of the hanging part, and then a matched insulating operation rod is used for completing the step of hanging the grounding wire. Because the grounding wire can be freely detached and moved, the grounding wire becomes a power equipment maintenance safety tool with extremely high usability.

However, the ground wires commonly used at present have the following inconvenience problems:

1. the ground wire is difficult to articulate. When the existing common grounding wire is arranged on an operating rod, a wire clamp of the common grounding wire and the operating rod form an included angle of 90 degrees which cannot be adjusted, and the angles of hanging points of different equipment to be overhauled are completely different, and are different from the horizontal to the vertical to the ground. In use, the phenomenon that the grounding wire is difficult to be hung frequently occurs due to the angle problem, and the workload of arranging safety measures is greatly increased.

2. The use of tools is numerous. Because hanging the earth connection in electrified way is equivalent to short circuit grounding of the electrified equipment, serious safety accidents can occur, and therefore, the three-level electricity testing needs to be carried out by using an electricity testing pen fixed at the front end of an insulating operating rod before grounding. In the process of hanging the ground wire, in order to keep enough safe distance, another corresponding insulated operating rod is also used for operation. Therefore, a plurality of insulating operation rods, a test pencil, a grounding wire and other devices are required to be carried in the process of one-time grounding. If two or more voltage levels are involved in a single operation, the equipment carried will be quite numerous.

Therefore, it is desirable to develop a novel grounding wire device, the joint of which can be adjusted at multiple angles to adapt to different working environments, and meanwhile, the electroscope is integrated into the grounding wire device in a matching manner, so that the number of tools required to be carried by the grounding wire can be reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional grounding assembly which can adapt to different working conditions, is convenient to use and can reduce the number of tools.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a multifunctional grounding assembly comprises an insulating operating rod, a grounding end head detachably mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod, and an electricity testing end head detachably mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod;

the grounding end comprises a grounding connector detachably mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod, a grounding wire clamp rotatably mounted on the grounding connector, and a grounding wire connected with the grounding wire clamp;

the electroscopic end head comprises an electroscopic connector detachably mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod and a contact electroscope mounted on the electroscopic connector.

The ground clamp is rotatably installed on the ground connecting head through a rotating shaft, and a knob for locking the position of the ground clamp when the ground clamp is rotated to a proper position relative to the ground connecting head is arranged on the ground clamp.

The ground clamp comprises an upper port and a lower port, wherein the upper port is rotatably connected with the ground connector, the lower port is movably connected with the upper port, and a clamping space of the ground clamp is formed between the upper port and the lower port.

A spring is arranged between the lower port and the upper port.

The ground connection connector comprises a ground mounting seat and a movable part, wherein the ground mounting seat can be mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod and is connected with the ground wire clamp in a rotating mode, and the movable part is movably mounted on the ground mounting seat and is used for controlling the closed ground wire clamp.

The grounding installation seat comprises a grounding seat body and a grounding limiting column, wherein the grounding seat body is rotatably connected with the grounding wire clamp and is partially inserted into the front end of the insulating operating rod, and the grounding limiting column is arranged on the periphery of the grounding seat body.

The moving part comprises a rotary rod in threaded connection with the grounding installation seat, and the rotary rod is always in contact with the grounding wire clamp.

The grounding wire comprises a wire and a grounding terminal, wherein one end of the wire is fixedly connected with the grounding wire clamp through a bolt, and the grounding terminal is arranged at the other end of the wire.

The invention will be further described with reference to examples of embodiments shown in the drawings to which the invention is attached.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the multifunctional grounding assembly comprises an insulating operating rod 1, a plurality of grounding terminals 4 and an electricity testing terminal 16, wherein the plurality of grounding terminals 4 can be divided into a plurality of groups for use, and the grounding terminals 4 and the electricity testing terminal 16 are detachably mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod 1.

The ground terminal 4 includes a ground connector 5, a ground clip 10, and a ground wire 13. The ground connector 5 is detachably mounted on the front end of the insulated operating rod 1, the ground clamp 10 is rotatably mounted on the ground connector 5, and the ground wire 13 is connected with the ground clamp 10. The ground clamp 10 is rotatably mounted on the ground connector 5 through a rotating shaft 22, and a knob 23 for locking the ground clamp 10 when the ground clamp is rotated to a proper position relative to the ground connector 5 is provided on the ground clamp.

Specifically, the grounding connector 5 comprises a grounding mounting seat 6 which can be mounted at the front end of the insulating operating rod 1 and is rotatably connected with the grounding clamp 10, and a movable member 9 which is movably mounted on the grounding mounting seat 6 and is used for controlling the grounding clamp 10 to close. In this embodiment, the movable member 9 includes a rotating rod in threaded connection with the ground seat body 7 of the ground mounting seat 6, the axial direction of the rotating rod is the same as the axial direction of the ground mounting seat 6 and the axial direction of the insulating operating rod 1, and the rotating rod is always in contact with the ground clip 10 at the rotating shaft 22.

The ground clamp 10 comprises an upper port 11 rotatably connected with the ground connector 5 and a lower port 12 movably connected with the upper port 11, and a clamping space of the ground clamp 10 is formed between the upper port 11 and the lower port 12. A spring is arranged between the lower port 12 and the upper port 11. The lower end of the rotary rod is contacted with the rotary rod.

The ground wire 13 includes a wire 14 having one end fixedly connected to the ground clip 10 by a bolt 15, and a ground terminal (the ground terminal is omitted in the drawing) provided at the other end of the wire 14.

Electroscope end 16 includes electroscope connector 17 and contact electroscope 21, and electroscope connector 17 detachably installs at insulating action bars 1 front end, and contact electroscope 21 installs on electroscope connector 17. Electroscopic connector 17 including can install at insulating bar 1 front end and with contact electroscope 21 fixed connection's electroscopic mount pad 18, electroscopic mount pad 18 includes that the part inserts the electroscopic seat body 19 of insulating bar 1 front end, sets up in electroscopic spacing post 20 of electroscopic seat body 19 periphery.

Insulating bar 1 includes pole body 2, rotates and sets up in the front end of pole body 2 and is used for installing earthing terminal 4 or the installed part 3 of examining electric end 16, and the tip that installed part 3 is located forms the front end of insulating bar 1. The mounting piece 3 is provided with a limit groove matched with the grounding limit column 8 or the electricity testing limit column 20. And the rod body 2 can be tightly clamped with the rotary rod in the grounding connector 5 so as to drive the rotary rod to rotate.

After the grounding end 4 is connected to the insulating operating rod 1, the rotating rod in the grounding connector 5 can be rotated up and down by rotating the operating rod, so that the lower port 12 is driven to act, and the rotating rod can be contacted with the upper port 11 at any angle, so that the wire clamp clamping piece is closed;

When the grounding wire is used, a contact electroscope 21 is used for carrying out three-stage electroscopy on the hanging part of the grounding wire 13; then the contact electroscope 21 is taken down from the insulating operation rod 1, the angle of the grounding wire clamp 10 in the grounding end head 4 is adjusted according to different working conditions on site, and the grounding end head 4 is hooked by the insulating operation rod; after all the work is finished and the grounding end 4 is used, the electricity testing end 16 is installed on the insulating operation rod again and is placed back to the safety tool room together with the grounding end 4 for proper storage.

In summary, the grounding assembly is a multifunctional universal grounding wire 13 device, and the grounding assembly is different from a common grounding wire 13 on the market in that two characteristics are provided: firstly, the grounding end 4 can be adjusted in multiple angles, so that the hanging operation can adapt to different working conditions; secondly, abandoned traditional electroscope from the insulator spindle of taking, installed the joint with earth connection 13 insulating bar 1 assorted at the electroscope tail end for it can install on insulating bar 1, thereby has become the electroscope and has cup jointed the partly of earth connection 13 subassembly.
